GGuest UserOverall the hotel is good. It's very clean. The breakfast buffet is good. However, i do have a problem with them only offering 1 bottle of free water in the room. We booked a 3 person room and there is still one bottle water that's free. And when i asked if this is the hotel policy that one bottle per room despite the number of people, the lady at the front desk gave a really irritating response. If it is the hotel policy, you could just tell me because that's all I want to know. You don't have to give me a face. That just seems very unprofessional. At the end they didn't charge me the extra water i asked but i am willing to pay for it if you tell me that's the hotel policy though to me unreasonable.

EEkaterina_R65A impressive hotel, 10 out of 10! There is so magical that I wanted to extend for a day to enjoy the interior, the view, breathe fresh air, take a picture! The hotel is as photogenic as possible! Clean, beautiful and zen. Thank you very much for the pleasure! P.S. add vegetables to breakfast - it is already a world trend.
