Good •Good breakfast. They made us a vegan breakfast, even when they don't normally offer vegan options; but it was the same every day. •Cleaning and daily amenities. (Although in the ”cons” I detail the issue of cleaning) •Excellent service. All the staff are more than helpful and resolutive. •The Internet connection is good and stable. We were working 8 hours a day and we had no problems. ATTENTION HERE because we asked to change a room with a better view and when they changed us, there was no internet, so we had to go back to where we were before. So, keep in mind that there are apartments with no Wi-Fi. •24h reception •Very quiet. There's no noise. This gave us a lot of quality of life and more coming from the noise hell that there was in the accommodation in Playa del Carmen. •Spacious. Enough space for storage and put the suitcases. •Good workspace. (desk and confortable chair) •Spa. However, there are restrictions to use the spa Bad: •The kitchen has less than the basics and that is a problem if you expect to cook during your stay because, even if you complain, they will not be able to bring you everything you need. In my case, for example, I needed a pasta strainer, bowls and a good knife and they said they didn't have them. •The gym is small and does not have much. •The apartments are cold and don’t have heating. The only way they solve it is by giving you a blanket. •Regarding cleanliness: I do not like that the floor of the room is covered by a carpet; also, the carpet was completely disgusting. In addition, the utensils they used to clean were more dirty than clean. The surfaces and the bathroom were always very clean, but the floors were not. It is very important to take care of cleaning, disinfection and vacuuming very well, especially when the accommodation accepts pets and considering that we are still living in a pandemic. In conclusion, we had a good stay although perhaps I would recommend it more for a short stay. By the end I was already a bit upset by the carpet and the little glitches. But for the offer that there is and the quality / price ratio that you can find, it is not bad. What is certain is that the hotel would gain a lot of potential if it remodeled the apartments (I think it needs urgent restoration).

Hotel stuff was very accommodating from all depar**ents, at front desk ( carlos, alejandra, katerine & katiuska ) always happy to assist & gave great information about the neat by shops and restaurants At housekeeping ( tatiana & margo ) were always present to provide any extras to make the experience more enjoyable, At the spa ( giseth ) gave a very great massage to relax after in the jacuzzi with a phenomenal view of the Andes on top of the building. At the restaurant ( janeth ) great server and permanent checking if anything else was needed Final, the general manager ( lina padilla gomez ) went out of her way to add one more night on my stay to make more memorable Well recommended & excellent location

Great hotel, did not try the spa facilities as they closed at 9pm. Food on site was excellent. Staff friendly and most bi-lingual. The rooms do have sound proofing but I would suggest trying to get a high floor. Easy parking - overall would recommend

Señora Norma Delgado, I would like you to know how great and PROFESSIONAL is your entire staff. Angela Malagon and Señor William at the front desk were always very kind and extremely helpful with all our needs. Señor Víctor, Señor Mateo and Señora Angie Gómez always made sure our breakfast was hot and very well prepared. When we needed room service they always brought our food quickly and they were always smiling. Señora Janette and Señora Sile always prepared our rooms perfectly and treated all of us with tremendous cariño. Señora Janette and Señora Sile are full of life and happiness. Señor Carlos and Señor Rafael at the front desk were also very, very kind and helpful as were Señor Orlando and Manuel. The staff you have working here is PURO ORO!! Todos son excepciónal. Gracias, gracias, gracias.

The boys at the front desk are friendly and the porters are attentive. The breakfast is rich, the catering service is thoughtful and meticulous, the room is spacious and bright, the kitchen has a microwave oven, a two-burner stove, and the tableware is complete, which is suitable for making simple meals by yourself. The hotel has a free underground parking garage.

Really enjoyed my short stay at Hab Hotel. Arrived early in the morning and was able to get a room in 10 minutes. Staff was really polite and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy, cool, stylish. The music in hotel - top👍🏼 Lunch at Hab cafe was delicious. I would like to come back and experience this hotel once again. Regards, Natàlia

Desde mi llegada a este hotel no he podido percibir la más mínima amabilidad de parte de el personal de recepción de el hotel sin excepción alguna Iniciando desde mi llegada después de un largo viaje fuimos recibidos por un autómata que solo es capaz de ver la pantalla del ordenador y no de dar respuestas coherentes a clientes . Soy miembro de IHG el programa de lealtad que ampara a su hotel siendo está la primera vez que he percibido sólo evasivas , respuestas incoherentes y falta total de cortesía . Desde el día uno pregunte por los beneficios que me da el grado obtenido de lealtad y se me informó que mi reserva había sido hecha con puntos y que además el hotel estaba lleno ! Me pregunto yo si los puntos de lealtad en este hotel no son bien recibidos no deberían aceptar reservas bajo esta modalidad . En cualquier hotel que nos hemos hospedado con mi familia como mínimo recibimos botellas de agua de cortesía , se me informó que esa no era política del hotel . El colmo fue el día de hoy hace unís minutos que llame a recepción solicitando me enviaran 4 tuallas y papel higiénico y la respuesta que recibí me dejo perplejo: que el hotel estaba lleno y que podían atender mi petición hasta las 10 am Porque el hotel se encontraba lleno . Este es un problema administrativo ya que di tienen una capacidad instalada de x número de personas deben será capaces de atender las necesidades de los clientes . Otra situación incómoda fue el día de ayer que ordene comida a el hotel y deseaba que me cambiaran unos billetes de pesos colombianos por otros de menor denominación al que parcamente se me respondió que ellos no efectuaban ese tipo de servicios Creo que en todos los hoteles manejan algún fondo de caja chica . - Really good location in Chapinero. Close to Zona T, Transmilenio and Parque de los Hippies. - A huge breakfast buffet from 6 AM to 10 AM that was refilled until 10 AM. - Gym and spa area with sauna and steam room (haven't tried the spa area but it looked clean). - The staff was very helpful. - I would stay here again the next time.
