Whether it was the majestic mountains and river during the day or the dazzling lights at night, it felt like a living painting. Stepping downstairs, I could stroll along the Yellow River Scenic Route, experiencing the unique charm of Jincheng Lanzhou. The location is truly impeccable. The Hyatt Regency Lanzhou was more than just a place to stay; it became an integral part of my wonderful memories during this trip to Lanzhou. It perfectly blended breathtaking scenery, top-notch facilities, and warm hospitality. If I visit Lanzhou again, this will undoubtedly be my only choice. This stay was absolutely fantastic, five stars all around! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. All the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The hotel environment was quiet, and the natural lighting was great, making for a truly comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted delicious, catering to different preferences. Overall, it's excellent value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

Real stay experience: Traveling to Dunhuang during the off-season is absolutely amazing! 👍🏻 The unique snow scenery was beautiful, but what was even more unforgettable was the hotel's front desk manager, Anna. From the moment I placed my order, I received a call from her reminding me of essential travel items, daily weather updates, and travel precautions. She patiently and meticulously planned our itinerary, saving us a lot of trouble. She also recommended some affordable and delicious local snacks. Anna was always patient and responsive throughout. The room arrangements were also excellent. I'm a light sleeper, and she specially arranged a very quiet room for me. The hotel bedding truly lived up to its name; it made my tired body feel incredibly relaxed after a long day. It was the most comfortable sleep I'd had on my entire trip. Of all the hotels I stayed at during this trip, the Four Points by Sheraton Dunhuang was the most heartwarming. [heart emoji] I truly experienced the comfort and relaxation of being at home. 😌 Her prompt and responsive service was truly commendable. Thumbs up for this professional service! [strong emoji]

The hotel is a bit out of the city center, a 20-minute drive from the West High-Speed ​​Railway Station. Aside from being close to the Yellow River Tower, there aren't many other attractions. My husband checked in alone, lugging two large suitcases, and there was no bellhop to assist him at the gate after we got off the train. The room was standard, business-style, with only one sink, which was a bit inconvenient. Dinner was in the executive lounge, where the menu was limited and every dish was spicy. The only meat dish was chicken wings, and there was no hot noodle station. Because my child had a slight fever, I asked if we could have a bowl of vegetable noodles. One of the waiters coldly said they only had simple fare, leaving me speechless. Later, a woman named Chen approached to check on the child and offered to cook a bowl of noodles from the buffet restaurant downstairs. This was truly commendable; they finally restored the service and standards expected of an international chain hotel. While we were dining, a hotel promotional video was being filmed nearby.

The room is spacious, comfortable and stylish, the breakfast has local characteristics, and parking is convenient. It is the best hotel in Jiuquan and the stay is very comfortable!

It is a bit far from the city center, and there are few restaurants around. The hotel itself has good service and is very quiet. The snacks and red dates in the lobby are delicious, and there is plenty of mineral water. When you meet the aunt who cleans the room, she will take the initiative to say hello. There is a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient. We went to Qicai Danxia and Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon for two days, but the itinerary changed later, so we only stayed for one night. The hotel also has free pick-up and drop-off service, which must be booked in advance.

The hotel lobby and guest rooms are not in the same building. The guest rooms are composed of multiple 3-story independent buildings. There are many parking spaces and convenient parking. The restaurant is in the lobby, with a good environment and convenient dining. There is a separate water bath, and guests staying there have discounts on tickets. The overall environment, sanitation, safety and service of the hotel are very good, and it is very worth staying.
