5-Star Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

It was great hotel however there were some loud noises in our room. They offered to change the room later. Overall it is great place as they have an amazing rooftop and gym. Food and breakfast is spectacular. Rooms can feel too dark at night.

It's not too far from Milan's city center, but it's a bit off the ZTL, making it convenient for a car trip. The metro is right next door, making it convenient to use. As it's an older building, the facilities are a bit dated, but the newly renovated rooms are decent. However, there's a slight smell in the hallways. There's a parking lot right behind the hotel, and you can park for €2 per hour with a hotel-issued voucher. The breakfast was also adequate and good.

This hotel embodies the unique European concept of a 'small luxury hotel.' Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Duomo and the Galleria in Milan. At night, after the crowds disperse, you can enjoy the stunning dome all to yourself under the quiet lights – the view is incredible directly from your room. From the reception area to the corridors, the rooms, and the restaurant, there's a pervasive artistic atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

The stay was alright. I think the prices in Milan are too high for some basic facilities. Overall, it could be better. During the stay, we witnessed how the staff at the reception were mocking Asian tourists behind their backs. I think it's unacceptable. We also think the reception staff could be more helpful and informative. We had the case with a delievery of the goods to Germany, and it took forever for us with the help of stuff at the hotel.

The room was very cozy and the toiletries were nice. The front desk attendant would take the guests to the room and ask if they were satisfied. Because I had to catch an early flight and didn't have time to have breakfast, the front desk was very considerate and sent me some cookies.

Very beautiful place in the mountains, what air there 🤍 Hotel is crazy beautiful. Yes, the rooms are not very new and the design is possible, but it gives it a charming. The restaurant where breakfast is going on is something unrealistic. The breakfast is delicious. The terms that are included in the accommodation are also great. Happy hour by recording, also included in the accommodation - serve snacks, small Swedish table, sparkling, beer, alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktail. Thank you to the hotel, for our holiday. Very satisfied, the room has a balcony, very comfortable. The uncle in the bar downstairs is very nice. I bought a bottle of white wine, not only helped to open the bottle, but also lent me an ice bucket and wine glass, and sent me snacks.

Location is great, and the building itself is gorgeous, however, it was far from a 5-star experience. Room outdated and dark, amenities limited and not of a good quality, aircon noisy, view of the inner courtyard (I stayed at a Superior room). In the lobby they played loud music (and occasionally rock music, which felt weird). Bar/restaurant service inattentive. Wi-Fi very unstable. Basically, this hotel works fine if you need a place to sleep, but it doesn't offer any luxurious touches that would make you want to spend more time inside. Very pity because the building has potential. But the price is fair for the offer.

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those coming to Milan!
