The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

The rooms were great. The staff was especially helpful. Not of all Gonzalo. August was also wonderful. And the server Juan Marco always helped.

The hotel is amazing!!! It’s little far away from the city, but is worth it! We really enjoyed! And we really recommend it.

We had an amazing stay. The food was incredible, especially the breakfast. And the service was better than anywhere else. They helped us with everything we needed and treated us like family :)
