Professional staff members. Welcome you with smile and their breakfast is impeccable. I love it so much I’ll go stay there anytime I’m in Cluj. 🙌. The experience of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cluj was beyond my expectation! The hotel is in a prime location - within a 10-minute walk from the city center square and major attractions, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes, you can easily explore the city without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle. The lobby is modern and elegant, with warm lighting and simple art decorations, making you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. Our room is spacious and bright, the bedding is as soft as clouds, and you don't want to get up after lying down. There is a quiet street view outside the window, and you can sleep very well at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with plenty of hot water, and the texture and aroma of the supplies are very good. The richness of the breakfast is amazing, from local sausages and cheeses to fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly baked bread, and super freshly ground coffee. There are so many choices that you can eat in a variety of ways every day. The chef will also enthusiastically recommend local specialties, and the experience is full. The service is even more impeccable. The front desk is efficient and enthusiastic in checking in, and will take the initiative to introduce the surrounding ways to play; the room service responds quickly. Once I wanted to borrow an ironing board, it was delivered in a few minutes. This calm and thoughtful attitude makes you feel at home even in a foreign country. If I were to return to Cluj, this would definitely be my first choice. The value for money and comfort are impeccable!

The hotel's location is a bit far from the attractions, so it's not very convenient. The facilities are okay. There's nothing around. We walked for over 40 minutes to the center of the attractions to eat and explore. The breakfast was good; there were many fresh fruits, and they tasted delicious—naturally grown!
