We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

The hotel has a good location, which makes it easier to access tourist points and services. The environment is very nice, offering good aesthetics, but the furniture is a little old, which may be a negative point. Come on, I'll give my fair and honest assessment... From the initial service of Catussaba resort I don't remember the name of the official, she, very friendly and gentle, served us super well... we arrived a little before the scheduled time and have already made us available from a room... as we were in 4 (one couple and two children) we expected the room to be ready to receive us... the bed sofa was unrecognized, we asked and soon more resolved... when I went to sleep in my bed I realized I had a screen of blood apparently and I went to watch well until Hair had... we called for the reception and asked him to exchange the bed copper for gentleness... when we returned to the room, I saw that the sleeve was no longer... apparently had changed, however, When I pulled the cover to sleep... I felt wrong because they had the job to turn the dirt copper bed... Oh, we asked three times to change the control of one of the TV or to change the batteries... we left there without anyone having solved a so simple problem... Another issue that is worth noting is that the hotel has to check urgently... on the air exhaustor of room 217... was not working! My children on the second day no longer took advantage of the hotel because they were sick and the air quality worsened the situation even more. Things that should not pass unnoticed!!!! The hotel has a varied breakfast, everything very tasty, the hot pool, the staff working in this area needs more training because one is playing the client to another... perhaps the workforce is heavy because there are few professionals for demand ( holiday). The park the children loved, the beach is beautiful! The hotel structure is very good! The night is a super pleasant climate!

Super friendly staff available 24/7. Nice breakfast too. Right in the middle of Historical Center so great location. Can be a bit loud at night cuz ppl still party by midnight if u come back home early tho

The hotel by the sea, the balcony can see the sea, the service is super good, there is 24-hour food room servive , no matter how the food tastes, at least convenient. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Take a taxi back to the hotel and help drive the door and carry luggage. Going out for 2 minutes is the beach, the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, it is the richest breakfast among so many hotels in Brazil I have stayed in this month. The room is not too big, but the bed is a big bed, the pillow is just right, and the sleep is very comfortable. There are almost snacks and fruits and drinks at the front desk during the day. Stay here next time.

Alles in Allem das einzig Positive war das Zimmer, es war sehr geräumig und sauber, und das Essen. Sowohl Frühstück wie auch Abendessen waren gut. Leider gab es kein freies Wasser auf dem Nachtisch wie in allen anderen Hotel in Brasilien die wir auf unserer Tour gebucht hatten. Was uns am meisten gestört hat war die Roof Top Bar/Restaurant. Grundsätzlich ist es dort schön, allerdings gab es dort immer ein Abendprogramm mit Live Musik welches einem mit in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Man nannte es Couvert und es wurden einfach mal 30 Real pro Person mit auf die Rechnung gepackt. Ob man wollte oder nicht. Infos dazu hätte man im Aufzug auf einem Plakat lesen können. An der Rezeption beim Einchecken gab es hierzu keinerlei Infos. Am letzten Abend war es dann sogar eine geschlossene Veranstaltung (Konzert) für die man im Vorfeld hätte Karten kaufen müssen. Das empfinde ich als absolutes No-Go für ein Hotel das mit einer Roof Top Bar wirbt!!!!!!!! Dazu war der Event sehr laut und ging bis 2:00 Uhr nachts und deutlich in unserem Zimmer zu hören. Es gibt zum Abendessen das Restaurant im 2. Stock quasi fast ohne Tageslicht. Nicht sehr gemütlich. Das Mittagessen das wir am ersten Tag dort gegessen hatten war gut und wir konnten die Rechnung auf das Zimmer schreiben lassen. Abends haben wir dann auf der Roof Top Bar gegessen. Auch hier war das Essen gut, allerdings konnte man hier NICHT auf Zimmer schreiben und musste gleich bezahlen. Da es Mittags ging hatte ich natürlich weder Geld noch Kreditkarte dabei und musste das erst im Zimmer holen :-( ! Das Hotel selbst könnte eine Rennovation vertragen. Es gibt 4 Aufzüge von denen während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthalts nur 3 funktioniert hatten. Und selbst die waren runtergekommen. Haltestangen sind locker und die Aufzüge wackeln beim Fahren nicht gerade vertrauenerweckend. Auch die Fenster entsprechen nicht mehr den Stand. War waren im 21. Stock und es war fühlte sich an als ob die Straße direkt am fester vorbei geht! Weitere nervige Dinge - WiFi ist auch nicht zuverlässig und eines 4* Hotels unwürdig. - Eine Dose die bei uns in der Minibar war wurde entfernt obwohl nirgendwo stand, dass man nichts rein tun darf. Unsere Beschwerde verlief im Sand, da niemand zu dem Zeitpunkt Englisch gesprochen hat. - Handtücher im Zimmer waren immer nur für eine Person vorhanden. Wir mussten JEDEN Tag erneut reklamieren, dass wir zu zweit sind!! - Sauna war kalt !!! Für uns ist das Hotel absolut keine Empfehlung !!!

Ótima estrutura, bem localizado, fácil acesso, atendimento top, boas instalações, bom café toda manhã. Enfim, gostei e voltarei

The complex of resorts of the Costa do Sauípe impresses the size, but the structure is old and many of the rooms' comforts (shower, fridge, telephone, air conditioning, etc) are defect or not functioning. In our 3-day stay we had to exchange room 02 times for this, however, even with these annoying things, the team always very requesting, educated and available resolved the demands promptly. As for all inclusive, the quality of food was OK, however the variety of food and drinks left unwanted, deserving to draw attention to the lack of options for anyone vegetarian, like my wife. There are no food support points on the beach, and the drink kiosk was a little away from the sticks. With some adjustments in these points, the quality level would take a step and experience would be much better.
