This was one of the most comfortable stays I've ever had! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, and the lady who checked me in was so kind and gentle. The room was spotless and tidy, and all the facilities were smart-enabled. The surrounding area has excellent amenities, making dining very convenient. The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely fantastic – a perfect blend of Western and Chinese options. They have wonderful staff, delicious food, and even tiny wontons for the little ones! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The room was great and the hotel's location was good, with warm and attentive service. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was very limited and not tasty at all. Perhaps it's due to limited resources here or the taste just didn't suit me.

This is my second time at this hotel, and it's really great! I've stayed at several hotels here in Tianshui, but this one truly won me over. The security is excellent; as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and they offer luggage storage. The room was impeccably clean. It was very quiet at night, so I slept soundly. Full marks, highly recommend! Whether you're here for tourism, a vacation, or a business trip, you absolutely must book this hotel. Seriously, don't try to save a few bucks by staying next door – it was awful!

Highly recommend the Earth-Built Hotel! The room styles are unique, making for a warm and cozy stay. The hygiene is top-notch, with every detail sparkling clean. Their beverages are great too; the pour-over coffee is aromatic, and the teas are authentic. The staff provides thoughtful and genuine service, very friendly without being overbearing. It was a truly relaxing stay, and the price is reasonable. Whether it's for a short getaway or a stopover, it's an excellent choice and a perfect spot for photos. Definitely worth a return visit!

Hotel is well located with food streets a stroll away. Manager at the hotel, Sam, speaks good English and has gone out of his way to provide advice on places of interest, help book private tours and tips about places of interest in other cities we are heading to.

Zhangye isn't a large city, so staying near the West High-Speed Rail Station is convenient. It's mostly residential around here, so the environment is generally quiet. Taxis are easy to find, and it's only a couple of kilometers to the city center, costing a very cheap six or seven yuan. The only minor drawback is that you have to walk a bit with your luggage after getting off the high-speed train. I'd recommend just taking a taxi directly. After a terrible stay in Dunhuang for the first two nights, I really put my trust in an international brand, and the management level is completely different. Hampton Inn isn't luxurious, but it has everything you need. Plus, the hotel is new, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can choose a memory foam pillow, which is great for people with neck problems. Also, the laundry room is fantastic! It started snowing in the morning and my pants and clothes got wet, but I was able to wash and dry them immediately after going back at noon, which was incredibly practical! Because I had a late flight, the front desk allowed me a late check-out, which was great. There's bottled water available on every floor, and plenty of seating in the lobby on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about lingering, and charging is convenient. The breakfast is decent, and considering it's around 300 yuan a night, it's quite reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Zhangye.

This is by far the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at, with the most exceptional service! When I arrived, the driver who picked me up was in a suit and very polite. The hotel rooms are huge and spacious. The restaurant's à la carte dishes were surprisingly delicious and reasonably priced, and the breakfast selection was also very rich, outperforming a good majority of other hotels. But the absolute best part was the hotel staff. In the morning, while I was having breakfast in the restaurant, another guest accidentally spilled chili oil all over my jacket. I was really upset and felt helpless. The restaurant staff immediately reacted, helping me send the jacket for cleaning and drying. It took less than 20 minutes from start to finish, and it didn't disrupt my plans at all. It's because of the professionalism, warmth, and thoughtfulness of the restaurant, laundry, and front desk staff that this little travel mishap was quickly resolved for me. I really love Zhangye as a city; from the hotel to the attractions, it's given me a fantastic travel experience!

It's really wise to choose this hotel for Dunhuang trip! The room is a new Chinese design, quaint and atmospheric, the room is spacious and bright, the bathroom is dry and wet, the smart toilet, smart curtains. The store also prepared camel dolls and local snacks and drinks intimately. The atmosphere is full, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the experience is full. You must live in Dunhuang!

This hotel is located in the heart of Dunhuang, just a short walk (one traffic light away) from the night market. The service was absolutely fantastic! They have a laundry room and even a balcony for drying clothes. Upon check-in, we were given headscarves, which was a lifesaver as I'd forgotten mine. My 10-year-old also received a complimentary breakfast. The room itself was very spacious and featured a smart toilet. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied!

The cleanliness of this room was below average compared to other Chinese hotels in similar price range..there were even quite a couple of hair on the ground. The friendliness of the staff was great and I felt welcome. Location is good, just in the heart of the city. Overall decent hotel for a decent price but please clean more properly.
