The hotel is very well located, and the restaurant is unbeatable. I didn't give it a 5/5 because I went for my birthday and wasn't given any gifts, even though I specified them at check-in.

This hotel is located in a small alley, with an inconspicuous facade, but the interior is a delightful surprise. At its center is a beautiful little garden, bursting with vibrant flowers and plants, surrounding which are elegant four- or five-story buildings, seemingly recently constructed. The pale yellow exterior is striking and elegant. The windows are adorned with rustic brown wooden latticework, and the interior features solid wood floors, stylish wooden furniture, comfortable and clean bedding, and well-equipped bathroom fixtures and toiletries. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the dining room is also exquisitely decorated. The staff are warm and attentive; our experience was excellent!

Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco was a seamless experience. As Cusco is a major gateway city for Machu Picchu, choosing this hotel made transportation and itinerary connections incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is quiet but not isolated, making it easy to access the Old Town or head to the train station. The overall service was satisfying, with professional and friendly staff who are well-versed in the special needs of a high-altitude city, which put me at ease. The room was comfortable and tidy, providing a great place to rest after a day of activities. For travelers planning a trip to Machu Picchu who want a reliable, comfortable, and consistently good hotel, this is a highly recommended option.

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service. The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out). They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

very good! I didn't take a lot of photos, but I probably told you about it! First of all, I went to Machu Picchu to stay in Hot Water Town for one night. The town was really small, so this hotel looked far from the station. It took only 3 minutes to walk. I got off the train station and walked uphill. The hotel is four stars, the lobby reception service is very good, there is free hot tea bags for you to drink, there is an elevator with luggage storage service, the room is large, and the bed for two people is almost Queen size. Room facilities are complete: electric fans, heating, blankets It is worth mentioning: Wi-Fi is particularly easy to use, the meeting is very smooth; the faucet is large, the bath is very happy! Watching the river at night to sleep, the white noise of sleep aid Breakfast was too early to experience, but the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and patient. After returning from Machu Picchu, we rested in the lobby and charged to the train station to return to Ouyutai. The price is also very affordable, in short, the experience is very good 😘 recommend everyone to come

The room given was good, the mountain view could be seen, the room was large and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel includes a buffet breakfast, although not rich, but it is completely enough. It is also very convenient to take a taxi near the hotel, and there is no problem with travel.

The location is good, just near the Temple of the Sun. Although the suite area is a bit roundabout, it is a historical building after all, and was the communication room for the Inca Empire to convey orders (the Inca civilization did not develop writing). The breakfast is quite satisfactory. Because of the historical building, the wall is relatively thin, and the noise is still relatively loud. As a 50-square-meter suite, there is enough space for a bathtub but there is only a huge shower room... Is it because of the high altitude of Greater Cusco?

I chose it carefully because it was a trip with my mother. The accommodation condition was very good, but it was a little difficult because it was cold in the early morning. They were kind enough to provide a heater, but I had difficulty sleeping because of altitude sickness.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

The reception staff was very helpful. Although I had to check in at 11 a.m. I just wanted to stop my backpack because of my early flight. She immediately told me the room was free and I could go to my room. Even in tours he was very helpful! She has taken care of everything. Big, clean room, good breakfast.

PPeter Tang 369Hotel location is very good in the old town, six or seven minutes walk from the weapons square The internal environment of the hotel is very good, the decoration is very beautiful and very clean. The room is also clean and tidy, but there is no exhaust fan in the room. The smell of the bathroom is difficult to disperse, especially the closed room without windows. The service is difficult to say. I booked a superior room with windows and balconies. When I checked in, I said that the room was gone. The room I upgraded was the result of the ”upgraded” room. It was a fully closed room without windows! I don't agree, but the hotel said there was no room. The ”discussion” result was to give me free dinner. I didn't have a choice. I could accept...
