Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach. This particular stretch of beach is less crowded and very clean, and the wooden boardwalk and pavilions are perfect for photos. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy a walk along the shore in the evening. The room had an excellent view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues I had. Dining options nearby were also plentiful. The value for money was outstanding! I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Qinhuangdao for a vacation!

Huge thanks to the sales manager at the Hampton by Hilton Qinhuangdao for the complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The hotel's housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and attentive, leaving our room spotless. The restaurant staff, especially the tall one, were so thoughtful – always greeting us with a 'good morning' and bidding us a 'safe journey' after our meal. Their service was truly top-notch. The hotel is also super close to Dream Bay, just about a 5-minute walk. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic!

The room was spotless, and the toiletries were complete, including disposable towels. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed was so comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. I even received a small gift when I checked out, which was a lovely surprise!

Excellent location, good hotel, however the front counter staff needs to pay attention to details, hazards, and safety risks!! When I asked the counter staff to book a taxi, she failed to account for my 2 suitcases. When the taxi arrived, it was immediately clear that the boot was too small to fit them. Rather than sending the taxi away and arranging a more suitable vehicle, she agreed with the taxi driver to force the suitcases into the boot and travel with the lid left open. This is plainly unsafe and completely unacceptable — a serious failure of duty of care.

Over the past two years, eight (closer to ten now) visits have instilled in me a unique sense of familiarity – a feeling of stepping not into a hotel, but returning to a familiar and warm home every single time. My first choice was probably due to its excellent location and the allure of 'Water World,' but what keeps bringing me back is that indescribable 'home' feeling. From the moment I push open the hotel doors, the familiar Baroque-style decor greets my eyes, a faint fragrance permeates the air, and the front desk staff always know my surname, greeting me with a 'Welcome home, Mr./Ms. X,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue. I absolutely love the hotel's food; it's simply incredible! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You must try their Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and the breakfast spread is particularly rich and diverse. The hotel rooms consistently maintain a reassuring level of cleanliness and comfort. The bedding is just right for a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for peaceful nights even in the bustling city. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality. And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. The bathing facilities here are well-maintained, the water is clear, the environment is elegant, and the staff are always there when you need them, without being intrusive. What I find most unforgettable is the hotel's personalized service. I remember one time I accidentally left a coat in my room. After contacting the hotel, they not only kept it safe but also proactively arranged for it to be couriered back to me. This sense of responsibility and thoughtfulness made me feel completely at ease. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It has never shown any neglect despite my frequent visits; instead, each time it has surprised me with new delights and consistent warmth. It's not just a hotel; it's more like a 'home away from home' in Shijiazhuang, a sanctuary where I can let my guard down and rest peacefully. If you're also looking for a hotel that gives you that 'home' feeling, then the Shijiazhuang Venice Water World Hotel is definitely worth a try. Trust me, once you experience the warmth and service here, you'll feel, just like me, that it's your other home in Shijiazhuang.

Absolutely thrilled! The courtyard room offers incredible value for money. The hotel is super comfortable and clean, with a unique garden landscape. The staff and guests are all very friendly and pleasant. The eight little cats at the hotel are incredibly cute! And there are deer too! There are many fruit trees, and guests can pick and taste the fruit. We had some small cherries, and the staff said the apricots would be ripe in about ten days. There are only two things that could be improved: I smelled someone smoking indoors, so please enhance patrols; and the peacock cage is too small, which isn't great for the animals. I'll definitely be back and will highly recommend it to my friends. A truly wonderful trip to Chengde!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Handan Road and Congtai Park. There's ample parking available. The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

Service attitude is full, any needs will be patiently responded, processing quickly. The room has no smell and no dust, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sound insulation effect is outstanding, the transportation is convenient, and this is the most recommended at the same price. Breakfast can be until ten o'clock. The meal is too early. Soy milk is water.

My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

The hotel is in a very good location, next to Congtai Park and very close to Handan Road; The hotel is in a garden-style with green trees and a very good environment. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the brand-new cotton fabrics are very comfortable. The breakfast is unimaginably good, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, baked pastries, four kinds of soups, porridges, not to mention the hot dishes, which are much better than those in five-star hotels in second- and third-tier cities. The service is very good. You can tell at a glance that the staff have received professional training. They receive things with both hands and use polite language. As a hotel industry practitioner, I also feel that such service is rare nowadays. The waiters' uniforms are very distinctive. The ladies' horse-faced skirts are both beautiful and reflect traditional historical culture. It can be seen that a lot of care was put into them. There are also areas that need improvement. The noise from singing and dancing in the square outside is too loud at night. They were still singing at 10 o'clock. After reporting this to the hotel, there have been improvements. While noise is not an issue within the hotel, it can affect the experience of hotel guests. It is also necessary to communicate with the Urban Management Department and other departments to resolve the issue.
