BEST STAY EVER! Long review, but a meaningful one. Hotel & Facilities: I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, plus all the shopping and food area. There is also a nearby bridge where I enjoyed beautiful views of the grottoes without entering the site! The receptionist Mengmeng upgraded my room to a suite free of charge, which made my stay even more memorable, since it was a special occasion! She was super helpful and kind through my stay. Housekeeping was outstanding. My room was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and enough choices to keep breakfast interesting throughout my stay, I ate like a queen, besides the restaurant area is super peaceful. As a Spanish girl who does not speak good Chinese, I relied on translation apps, and the staff were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. Exceptional Staff Support After I Sprained My Ankle: During my visit to the Longmen Grottoes, I unfortunately sprained my ankle. The level of care I received from the hotel staff was exceptional and was one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay by an extra night. The receptionist Dan Dan and the driver Zhang Hong went above and beyond to help me the night I sprained my ankle. Ma Dan Dan was my main contact point. She regularly checked on me, provided ice for my ankle and even helped me do my laundry! She came up and down to my room several times to bring me everything I needed. I am very grateful for her time and care. The driver Changwang took me to the nearest health centre and he was super patient and talkative, which was nice. Special mention to one staff member called Wang Bing, she was working during the breakfast the day after I sprained my ankle and she was incredibly helpful, lovely and attentive, she even gave me a medicine for mosquito bites! Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I believe mentioning their names is relevant, due to my particular situation, they deserve the recognition. As a solo woman travelling and getting injured far away from home, their support meant a great deal to me. Overall: Whether you are a domestic or international traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of beautiful facilities, an excellent location, outstanding cleanliness and nd caring staff made this one of the most memorable experiences I have had in my years of travelling. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special !

Let me start with the basics. I've only visited Xin County twice, coincidentally both times in the same hotel and the same room. Opening the window, I was greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of the Huanghe River! A stroll along the riverbank, with a gentle spring breeze, was a rare and delightful experience! A small bridge leads to Xin County Square, the heart of the county! After a busy day, you can drive along the Xihe River to experience its serene beauty and tranquil atmosphere, or cycle through the former capital of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area to pay homage to its heroes and reconnect with your roots!

The Qichi Suite at Puyang Baiwei Mansion was an amazing experience! I was immediately impressed by the high-quality facilities upon entering the room. The smart voice control throughout the room was incredibly convenient; one-touch operation of lights and curtains was effortless. The large-screen smart TV even allowed for screen mirroring, making it perfect for relaxing and watching shows. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet, and high-end toiletries, ensuring a superior washing experience. The furniture in the room was of excellent quality, and the mini-bar thoughtfully provided coffee and tea. All the facilities were complete and impeccably maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also impeccable. Check-in was efficient and attentive, with staff who were consistently polite and welcoming. They meticulously explained how to use all the suite's facilities and proactively informed me about the hotel's fitness center, laundry, and other services. They patiently answered all my questions, making for a perfect experience. As expected of a high-quality hotel in Puyang, the Qichi Suite was a perfect fit in terms of both facilities and service. I'll definitely choose Baiwei Mansion again next time I'm in Puyang!

This business trip chose the Jiji Zhengzhou Beilonghu Financial Center Store, the overall experience exceeded expectations. The hotel is located in the core area of Beilonghu Financial Center, with convenient transportation, complete facilities, and very convenient travel. The lobby is designed with a simple atmosphere, the log color is matched with soft lighting, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and you can feel the full oriental aesthetics and relaxation as soon as you enter the door. The rooms are clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the quality of sleep is greatly improved. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are exclusive white tea fragrance type for the whole season, fresh and elegant. The front desk service is warm and efficient, check-in and check-out are fast, responsive, and the details are intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, balanced nutrition and timely supply. The overall price is very high, it is an ideal choice for business travel and short trips, next time you come to Zheng, you will choose here, highly recommended!

A Charming Old Town Homestay in Luoyang: Beautiful but with a Few Quirks! This is a beautifully renovated homestay nestled right inside Luoyang's ancient old town. If you are looking for a place with local character, this is a wonderful choice, though there are a few practical things you should know before booking. The Cons (Things to consider): The Location/Access: Because it is located deep within a narrow alley of the old town, large cars and taxis cannot pick you up or drop you off right at the doorstep. You will need to roll your luggage for about 400 meters to the main road. 🧳 The Breakfast: They serve a very traditional Chinese breakfast consisting of millet porridge, fried dough sticks (youtiao), and vegetable steamed buns. While it tasted good, it was a bit salty, and the menu was exactly the same every single day without any variation. The Pros (Why I still loved it): The Room & Vibe: Our triple room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the entire courtyard was beautifully decorated with a lot of taste and local charm. The Hospitality: The owner and the staff were absolutely amazing—super enthusiastic, warm, and helpful throughout our stay! ❤️ The Prime Location: Being situated inside the old town means it is exceptionally convenient. You can easily walk to all the major historical sights and the vibrant Drum Tower (Gulou) Night Market for amazing street food. 🏮🍢 Overall, despite the minor inconveniences with luggage and the repetitive breakfast, the massive rooms, lovely aesthetic, and unbeatable location make it a fantastic base for exploring Luoyang!

The room decor is nice and it's quite clean, with good service. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the breakfast quality is quite high. Parking is convenient, and there are charging stations available. The only downside is a severe odor coming from the bathroom. The drainpipes lack a P-trap, and the corrugated pipe under the sink isn't sealed where it connects to the in-wall PVC drain, essentially providing a direct connection from the sewer to the room, causing a strong unpleasant smell.

The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were well-equipped. It was relatively quiet in the evenings. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's also very close to the Tianbing Cold Drink Factory store. After we used up the two complimentary bottles of water on the first night, the staff proactively replenished an extra bottle the next day. Excellent service!

If you are looking for a blend of comfort and convenience in Zhengzhou, this is the place to be. Highlights of my stay: Prime Location: The hotel’s proximity to the East Railway Station is unbeatable. It made my transit incredibly smooth and stress-free. it is only few minute walk to the high-speed rail station. Top-Notch Facilities: I was impressed by the well-maintained gym and the free laundry room. Having access to a self-service laundry is a huge plus for travelers who want to refresh their wardrobe mid-trip. Wonderful Staff: The team here is genuinely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you check in. Above and Beyond Service: The standout moment of my trip was their flexibility with my schedule. My flight to Shanghai wasn’t until 8:00 PM, so I requested a late check-out. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff extended my stay until 4:00 PM at no extra charge. This kind gesture made a massive difference in my travel day, allowing me to rest before heading to the airport. Final Verdict: I really appreciate the hospitality shown by the Atour team. I will definitely stay here again whenever I find myself back in Zhengzhou!

I really loved this hotel! It's super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Exit D of Erqi Square. 1. The hotel's location is fantastic – a peaceful oasis in the middle of a bustling area. The surroundings are nice, and it's close to the street entrance. The night view of Erqi Tower is beautiful, and you can even visit a flagship Mixue Bingcheng store and try various snacks at Asia (Yaxiya). 2. The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are well-maintained. 3. When I checked in, I saw a market right outside the hotel. I bought some braised dishes and bread, and the pastries were excellent value for money, comparable to a dedicated bakery! 4. The service was incredibly warm. They provided four bottles of water in the room, which was a huge convenience for me as a tea lover. 5. If friends come to visit, the hotel also has free parking.
