4-Star Hotels in Jiangsu, China

Stayed for one night spontaneously in a King Room with a view. I was extremely satisfied with everything—the room facilities, size, view, and breakfast. I've already recommended it to my relatives. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, making dining very convenient.

This hotel is right next to the Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden, making it incredibly convenient whether you're taking the subway or a taxi. There's also a unique Amber Museum nearby that features Pingtan performances in the afternoon. The hotel's overall style is very distinctive, with a new Chinese aesthetic in an old house, offering both antique charm and modern amenities. The front desk service was excellent. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she was kind, efficient, and took great care of us, especially since we were traveling with children.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Confucius Temple commercial area, making it very convenient to get around. It's also very close to the subway station, so it's super easy to take the subway to the train station, attractions, and more. It's incredibly convenient, and I'll definitely be back. The cleanliness was great, the room was spacious, and the room hygiene was also very good. The service was excellent.

This hotel boasts a modern, minimalist style and is very clean. You can control things with voice commands, which is a nice touch. It's not far from the subway station, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. Shiquan Street and the Master of the Nets Garden are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There are plenty of local eateries around the hotel, plus an ALDI supermarket for groceries. When I checked in, they kindly upgraded me to a room with a window and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, which was really helpful. They even gave me two small sachets when I checked out – highly recommend! 👍

This place is perfect for business trips! It's quiet, spacious, and super close to the high-speed rail station. Plus, they offer coffee and late-night snacks, which is a lifesaver for us workers, haha. I think it'd be great for tourists too, because the rooms are genuinely huge and have everything you need. The staff also make you feel really safe and well taken care of! 👌👌

After the Gaokao (college entrance exam), my friends and I decided to visit Nanjing. We stumbled upon the Atour Hotel Zhongshan Ling and what a great choice it was! The hotel is located right within the Zhongshan Ling scenic area. It used to be an orphanage school where Soong Mei-ling and Soong Ching-ling once taught, so it's absolutely steeped in history and feels incredibly significant. The rooms are charming with a full民國 (Republic of China) style and all the amenities you could ask for. Hotel staff member Zoe provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests. Five-star rating! Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it~

Arrived by train after 10 PM and just wanted to find a close place to rest, and the hotel turned out to be surprisingly good! First, it's incredibly close – literally three minutes from the high-speed rail exit to the hotel. They upgraded me to a deluxe room upon check-in, which was spacious and beautiful; my child absolutely loved it. They even provided slippers and toiletries for the little one, showing very thoughtful and attentive service. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the fish soup wontons – so fresh and tasty!

My overall experience staying at the Atour Hotel on 56 Huaqiao Road, Xinjiekou Shanghai Road, was extremely satisfying. I was in Nanjing for business this time, and due to traffic, I arrived much later than my scheduled check-in time. I was initially worried about a complicated check-in process, but the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and got me settled very quickly. They even thoughtfully reminded me that the elevator requires a key card, which made me feel very secure. The hotel's location is truly excellent. Xinjiekou is right outside, with easy access to the subway and various street food options. Getting to Deji Plaza and Fuzimiao was a breeze, with no detours needed. The hotel hasn't been open for long, so all the facilities are brand new. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water comes on instantly. The hotel's special 'deep sleep' pillows were incredibly comfortable; after a full day of running around, I slept exceptionally soundly. Feeling a bit hungry at night, I remembered the hotel offered free late-night congee and enjoyed a warm, delicious bowl. The hotel also has a great bamboo-themed library and a self-service laundry area equipped with detergent and dryers, which is very convenient for longer stays. Considering the location, environment, and service, this hotel offers excellent value for money among similarly-tiered hotels in Xinjiekou. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nanjing.

Suzhou has so many hotels, and we spent a long time choosing AnShe. First, its location is fantastic – super close to the Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the Lotus Flower Market, which is a must-visit in June. Second, I saw many reviews praising their service, and it really lived up to the hype when we arrived; the staff were all very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; every part of the room was spotless and well-maintained down to the smallest detail. Even though it's not a chain hotel, I was really satisfied with this stay.

The front desk service was excellent, very attentive and polite. This time we traveled with our baby, and they upgraded us to a family room. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, plus it had a tent and a children's bed, which made our baby very happy. The hotel has plenty of parking, and it's very close to restaurants and department stores. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Nanjing.
