Very near the airport. Only 20 mins. The lobby got small starbucks. Nice view from hotel room, we saw 3 mountains. Very affordable for such high quality rooms and bedding and seevice. Would recommend and 100% coming back

Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

We love the stay… really enjoy the view from the sky dining… easy access to jatim park and all not a quiet area but still acceptable

very recommended for family trip, the room clean, friendly staffs with great services, the breakfast delicious with many variations menu, will be back again once we visit banyuwangi

Hotel location is good. I did the check in at 21:30, my room was booked with dinner package and i specific request a meal for room dine in to be deliver at 24:00. I have to called at 00:05 about my request, and only fruit being delivered. The manager apologized for the miscommunication in the restaurant. The hotel need to improve the sound proof, music from the bar nearby the hotel was very disturbing, the manager on duty (Mr. Hendra) had tried to change the room to upper floor for me but it just the same. I have to cancelled my stay and check out at 01:00AM. I usually never write comments for my stay, but it was very disappointed with the services that i paid for 4 stars hotel. Hope the hotel can improve the facilities and services

This is my second stay here, and I absolutely loved all the friendly staff. I'll definitely be back, but next time I'll request a room on the 17th floor. This room is perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to rest.

Stayed at this hotel and it was a really nice experience. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the staff were friendly. The location is easy to access too. Overall, a comfortable stay and I’d be happy to come back.

The old hotel was replaced by a theme park hotel concept. Unfortunately I'm not quite ready for that yet. The bathroom where I was staying had a moldy ceiling and some of the wood was peeling slightly. Many statues give the impression of horror. Even though the waiters are friendly, there seems to be a lack of staff for such a large number of hotels and rides, which also affects the cleanliness of the hotel, which should be maximal.

Such a nice Hotel in Banyuwangi. Very calm, noiseless, very close to beach, enjoying breakfast while seeing to nice view of Bali. What a great experience staying this Hotel. 👍

Hotel staff not so warm and friendly. Some do not understand basic english. I was left standing for no reason. Only when i asked what am i waiting for, someone “jumped” in and served me. Room was ok. Comfy bed. I slept well. But towels are were old with frayed ends. Gross. Location is less than 10 mins to Tunjungan Plaza, a popular mall. Traffic is mad so crossing the road is challenging. No bottled water but rooms have pitchers to fill up water from Dispensers outside rooms. Good initiative.
