The location is nice since it was near the braga street. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I even can have my online shopping parcel send there few days before arrive there

The location is excellent, but unfortunately, the facilities are a bit lacking. There's no hairdryer in the Deluxe room, and there are very few power outlets, which makes it quite difficult to get things done. The hotel lobby also had a slight unpleasant smell, which could perhaps be improved with a diffuser.

I recently stayed at the Harper Purwakarta Hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. - *Room*: The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

The location is excellent, right on Braga Street. There are many hangout spots around the hotel. The price matches the quality. The only downside is very limited parking. Overall, it's okay for a stay with family or friends.

I stayed at Leopard. The room was clean and the facilities were good. The staff were all friendly. - All the double-bed rooms have connecting doors, so it was very noisy with the next room. - The location is far from the lobby. It's quite a trek, especially when carrying a child. My suggestion is to increase the frequency of the tourist train; waiting half an hour, or even longer than that, is too much. - The breakfast was very standard for such a nice hotel: salted fish, fried chicken, fried rice, fried noodles, lontong, porridge. There was no Western food. I hope the menu can be improved. I stayed for 2 days, and the menu was the same both days. However, the animals were great for the kids, and there was lots of entertainment. My child loved it. The fire dance was also excellent.

I think this isn't a new hotel, so don't expect a comfortable bed, great2 rooms and complete amenities (such as they dont provide hair dryer in the room, but you can ask to borrow from receptionist). The first room they gave me a 5th floor (twin bed) smelled musty and had a very noisy AC, so I asked to move. The next room was better but since it is immediate room changing it still dusty at the bed cupboard. You need to go through around 2km village road from the main road to reach the point. There’s a pool (though I didn't use it), breakfast was okay, and nice views—a great place for a breath of fresh air.t

Stayed here for 5 nights. This hotel is located opp botani square mall. Super convenient for tourist/hotel guest to shop. Smooth check-in, attentive & helpful staffs. Breakfast served as early as 6am located on the 1st floor. Extensive breakfast spread but still lack of pastry corner. Rooms were made up daily which is to my liking. However, luminor hotel do not provide in room foc mineral water as they've water dispenser placed at common area near the lift. All in all, it was a wonderful experienced and highly recomsended.
