4-Star Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc). Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor.

AC leaked heavily and had to call a technician twice. The MOD should immediately change the room because the room was not of good quality.

Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure 🤔 didnt bring any ruler. Breakfast was good, i like their croissant. Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water. Staff was friendly, Surprisingly they have ‘mini market kejujuran’ (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel, and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try. Walking distance to braga street, I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm. I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me 😁 (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done. Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful. Overall was a good stay.

Food quality very poor, ordered dinner for room service, but the food was inedible, breakfast slightly better, but certainly room for improvement

This hotel is really great! I got a room with an amazing view directly facing the mountains in Bogor. The service was excellent and very friendly. The place is super comfortable, perfect for some 'me time.' And if you have a significant other, definitely bring them along!

Our room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

The staff were very friendly. Straight gave an early checked-in while we walked at about 1 pm since there was an available room. Appreciate that since we were too tired then. The lady at the front desk greeted us with smile and offered us with the Hi-Tea at 3pm, believe it was on Christmas day. The staffs at the entrance greeted with smile and help us on the our luggages. Will definitely come back again. Staying for one night hence not be able to use the facilities. To all the staffs keep it up.

-Room is clean and it has a decent vibe -I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout. -Breakfast is abundant but some dishes could be too greasy. -The hotel is attached to a mall. Shopping and dining out are super easy.
