Train Station Area Shanghai|0.28km from Shanghai Railway Station
The room is located in the Post Building, with security on-site. Food deliveries are brought directly to the room door by a robot, which adds a great sense of security. The room itself is very new, with windows, and the Hanting 3.5's overall color scheme and facilities feel upscale and comfortable – really excellent. It's also about a three-minute walk from the subway station, making it super convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

In late June, I visited Shanghai with my parents, also taking the opportunity to see relatives and old friends. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Shanghai Railway Station, making it very easy to find. Just take Exit 6 from Metro Lines 1, 3, or 4, turn left, and you'll spot it immediately. The '5-minute walk' felt longer because you have to navigate through an underground shopping area after exiting the turnstiles, and frustratingly, there's no escalator at the subway exit. Shanghai Metro can be a bit perplexing at times! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and even the security guards were warm and welcoming. Breakfast is a buffet; while the selection wasn't extensive, there was certainly enough to fill us up, saving us the hassle of finding a place to eat in the morning. The room was clean and well-maintained. Although a bit compact, it was perfectly sufficient for three adults. A full-length mirror was a nice touch, and the lighting was bright enough, perfect for doing makeup.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding my expectations. The staff provided excellent service, always going the extra mile for guests. They even proactively upgraded our room and offered an excellent value breakfast. The cleanliness was impeccable; both the bedding and bathroom facilities were spotless. The surrounding environment was lovely and very quiet. It was incredibly convenient to find dining options nearby, and public transportation made it easy to reach all the tourist spots. The location was perfect, right across from the train station. We could even see the train station's large display screen from our window. Highly recommend!

I booked this Netfish Esports Hotel near the train station, partly due to my business trip's location and also to pass some time in the evening. It wasn't as loud as I'd imagined a hotel near a train station might be. What's more, the earplugs provided effectively managed the common noise issues when groups are gaming in esports hotels. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She not only assisted me with a computer problem but also went the extra mile to bring up my food delivery. Highly appreciated!

The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Shanghai Railway Station and next to Metro Line 1. We were traveling with our family, the youngest being only 5 years old. This place perfectly suited our needs; it's convenient to get around without any walking required. A taxi to the Bund costs around 20 yuan. We checked in around 6 PM, and were able to go to the Bund and Nanjing Road for the night view that same evening. The facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is good. You need a room card to access the elevator, which feels safe. Although the reception area is small, the hotel's signage is quite prominent, making it easy to find. Hotel amenities are provided, and the hot water is great. The ”Bao Yi Qie Xianbing” (a type of pie) downstairs is delicious. The TV can be screen-cast from your phone, so the kids can watch. The staff aren't overly enthusiastic, but they are always willing to answer questions. Late check-out costs 30 yuan per hour. Overall, the price-performance ratio is quite good, and I would consider staying here again if I have the chance to visit Shanghai again.

Staying at the Hanting Hotel Shanghai Railway Station South Square exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the South Square of the railway station, making transfers incredibly convenient. The room design is simple yet elegant, with warm wood tones creating a cozy atmosphere. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom features a wet and dry separation, and the facilities are spotless, with quality toiletries provided. The service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff efficiently handled my check-in and enthusiastically recommended local dining spots. The hotel's public areas are quiet and tidy, and the bookish ambiance in the lobby was very soothing. Whether for a business trip or a layover, this place offers a comfortable and reassuring experience. I sincerely recommend it to every traveler visiting Shanghai!

I booked three rooms for my friends and family this time, and everyone said it was absolutely fantastic! The location, facilities, and service were all top-notch. The rooms were super spacious, yet clean and tidy. The beds were just the right firmness, very comfortable. The lobby is huge, and the staff are all very friendly. They even offer complimentary lemonade, freshly ground coffee, and biscuits for guests to enjoy. That's really thoughtful. The cleaning staff were also very polite. If I get the chance, I'll definitely come back again.

It was okay. The location was good. It was near to Shanghai Railway Station and to some places we visited. But when we came in, it was too cold and the AC was actually off. The musty odor from the room and the hallway was overwhelming I wished I didn't inhale them. It seemed that carpet had not been vacuumed for a long time. The walls weren't isolated. At late nights, my friend and I had to listen to people talking loudly till midnight.

In the cluster of hotels in Shanghai's core area, what truly sets Pullman Shanghai Jing'an apart isn't just its 'convenience,' but its precise balance between 'frequent travel needs' and ' understated luxury and relaxation.' It's like a discerning old friend: never showy, yet always hitting the right note at every critical juncture. The hotel's location is supremely convenient, a 'hub-level' accessibility. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Shanghai Railway Station and a 3-minute connection to the subway. Whether you're catching an early high-speed train or returning after a night out on the Bund, there's no need to rush. Yet, the moment you step into the lobby, the city's hustle and bustle fade away. The understated luxurious decor, paired with vibrant greenery, avoids excessive flair, instead using perfect lighting and a delightful aroma to instantly relax you. The most pleasant surprise is the 'granularity' of the service: the concierge can arrange shipping for forgotten items for guests who have already checked out, and the front desk service is warm and efficient. This unforced attentiveness feels warmer than standardized service. The rooms are an example of 'practical sophistication': floor-to-ceiling windows invite the city skyline in, the bedding is soft yet supportive, and it offers both a full-sized desk for business travelers and connecting room options essential for families. Even the sofa in executive suites can be converted into an extra bed free of charge, revealing a thoughtful consideration for different guest demographics in every detail. The leisure area on the 6th floor is a hidden gem: a 28℃恒温 swimming pool with the Jing'an skyline visible through floor-to-ceiling windows. In the evening, the golden sunset reflects on the water, creating stunning, high-quality photos effortlessly. The 24-hour gym ensures exercise is never a chore. It lacks the gimmicks of 'influencer hotels' but, through a profound understanding of the 'essence of travel and living,' it enables business travelers to be efficient and stress-free, families to be comfortable and at ease, and solo travelers to find a sense of relaxation. In Jing'an, where every inch of land is precious, a hotel that 'understands needs and offers warmth' truly is the premier choice for accommodation.

My stay at the Holiday Inn was an exceptionally pleasant experience, and I'd like to specifically highlight the service beyond just the facilities: Natural, Friendly, Professional, Attentive 1. Upon check-in, I was assisted by a lady whose name tag read Leo. She addressed my requests left on Trip.com and thoughtfully assigned me a quiet room not facing Shanghai Station. Her demeanor throughout was very natural and friendly, setting a great start to a wonderful stay. 2. In the morning, I called the front desk to inquire about a meeting room. The lady who answered, Ms. Zhang (Ada?), spoke very quickly, but her articulation was clear, and her explanations were precise. She efficiently resolved my issue and perfectly arranged a meeting and venue for me and my friend. I wanted to see her name tag, but she moved too quickly, so I couldn't get a clear look. 3. For check-out and invoicing, staff member #17 was swift and professional, bringing this stay to a perfect close. Additionally, I even encountered the cleaning staff (Auntie) in the hallway, who were also very natural and friendly. It felt like they were well-trained, but not in a mechanical, robotic way. The F&B department was also excellent. At breakfast, someone genuinely and kindly asked if I wanted milk tea, I think. The experience of ordering and dining in the afternoon was also commendable. The complimentary drinks in the lobby or F&B area were great; generous offerings like these encourage guests to spend more. Yesterday evening, there were a lot of guests checking in. The elevators felt insufficient, and combined with the relatively small public areas, it seemed a bit crowded and chaotic. This could be improved, perhaps by guiding and diverting guests in batches?
