Jinping Mountain Scenic Area is located more than 10 kilometers north of Mile City. The mountains are full of spiritual energy and the trees are lush and green. From a distance, it looks like a giant Buddha sitting peacefully. Mile has been known as the blessed land of southern Yunnan since ancient times, and has the same name as the future Buddha "Maitreya". Jinping Mountain has a thousand-year-old temple Maitreya Temple, where the main Buddha is Maitreya, so the city name, temple name, and Buddha name are the same. Maitreya Temple was built during the Tianqi period of the Ming Dynasty, rebuilt during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, and expanded and completed in 1999. It has five courtyards: Maitreya Buddha, Dayun Courtyard, Daxiong Hall, Tianwang Hall, and Dazhi Hall. It has the best Maitreya Bag Phase, Maitreya Qiangba Phase, Maitreya Immortal Light Phase, Maitreya Tianguan Phase, and Maitreya Thinking Phase.

The Zhu Family Garden is located on Hanlin Street in Jianshui County. It was a home and ancestral temple built by the Zhu Weiqing brothers in the waning years of the Qing Dynasty. Within the park, the ancestral hall, temple, living quarters and gardens are all magnificent and majestic. Visitors to the site can take the opportunity to learn about the architectural style of the southwestern residential gardens. The entirety of the Zhu Family Garden is built on a south-to-north axis and, for Jianshui, is a typical and classical combination of residential buildings and gardens. The buildings are, of course, laid out in a specific order. In the southeast corner of the Zhu Family Garden stands a Huaiyuan Hall with an exhibition on the Century-Long Rise and Fall of the Zhu Family.

The Honghe Hani Rice Terraces are located on the southern slopes of the Ailao Mountains in Yunnan province. They were constructed over generations by the local Hani people. There are four major scenic spots in the area: Bada, Tiger Mouth, Duoyishu, and Jingkou Village. The rice terraces look particularly beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The frequent early morning mist that envelops the terraces creates a surreal landscape. Visitors can also learn about the Hani people's unique culture.
