The room layout is well-designed, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The staff are enthusiastic and the complimentary airport shuttle and free daily laundry service for up to 8 items are fantastic added-value services. The plum juice and lemonade in the lobby are delicious, and there's free dessert soup available in the evenings. The delivery robot can even bring food upstairs. The hotel breakfast deserves a special mention – it's truly superb. All in all, it offers great value for money. The only minor issue was the replenishment of toiletries. The toothpaste in the toothbrush and toothpaste set is tiny. We didn't change toothbrushes and used them for a few days to be more environmentally friendly, but the toothpaste was too small and there was no separate toothpaste provided. We were told we could only use the toothpaste from a new set. On the first day, we didn't notice they hadn't replenished it after we used some, and on the second day, they only provided one new set. The toothpaste really isn't enough!🤣

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Xi'an! We stayed in two other good hotels before this, but Ling Hotel was definitely the most delightful. The hotel is located north of the old city and is a bit hidden, but taking the direct elevator to the 16th-floor lobby for check-in was an absolute revelation. The public areas are wonderfully designed, with great attention to detail and a high-quality feel! The room details were also excellent. The sofa was very comfortable, and the TV was large, though the lighting was a bit dim. The LE LABO toiletries and Dyson hairdryer were definite bonuses. But the biggest surprise was the hotel's rooftop observation deck and swimming pool. The observation deck offers a complete view of the Drum Tower and the central axis, and the pool view is also perfect, especially at night when it's lit up! The most, most, MOST delightful thing was the small gift we received at check-out. They specially carved a small seal for my child! Even though we only stayed for one day, they managed to craft such an exquisite seal. This gift was truly thoughtful. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Thank you for your considerate service! My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast and late-night snack options could be improved.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Each pavilion, every bridge and flowing stream is breathtakingly beautiful, leaving us spellbound and enchanted. The joy and pleasure we feel within are simply beyond words. Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. At that moment, a warmth transcending borders struck our hearts, and the fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, replaced by a heart full of warmth. Today, we had the privilege of experiencing two flowing and profoundly rich intangible cultural heritage master classes, truly fulfilling my son's and my dream of experiencing Tang Dynasty culture. Please accept our sincerest and highest gratitude as mother and son! Upon returning to Russia, I will certainly recommend our beautiful photos from HUAQING YUTANG and this dreamlike experience with the utmost praise to all our friends and family. Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

The location is fantastic, right next to the landmark Bell Tower. You just exit subway station B, and the lobby entrance is about 50 meters to your left. We chose a room with an excellent location; it was very clean and comfortable. The self-service laundry room on the 6th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have them wash and dry our clothes and deliver them to our room. This service was a lifesaver during our stay, keeping our clothes fresh and dry, so we didn't have to go home with smelly laundry.

The hotel facilities are good and it's clean. The bed is really soft and comfortable. The cleanliness is quite satisfactory; there are no stains on the bedding, and the floors are clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Keji Road subway station, making transportation quite easy. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea with black tea and parking vouchers.

My stay at this InterContinental in Xi'an exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very welcoming, especially those in the lounge and breakfast restaurant, who provided excellent service. The food was abundant and of high quality. The concierge service was also great; they even helped deliver my takeout order to my room. I've already recommended this hotel to friends visiting Xi'an.

Great hotel. Nice, modern and clean. The room was good too. Comfy bed with medium firmness. Great shower and toilet with auto wash. Aircon worked very well. The tv was a projector onto a big projector screen but we had no idea how to use it as it was in Chinese. The lights had some variations but none that let us control the lights we actually wanted on. This could be improved. Location was excellent to the Bell Tower area. Metro stop on the doorstep but a bit of a walk to the actual train line. Muslim Quarter a 10 min walk. Breakfast catered for the Chinese palette. My husband loved it.  There was a free laundry room which was very handy and we got all our dirty clothes washed and dried in about an hour. Check out going well when they gave us a bag of sweets which we thought was really lovely until we realised it was effectively a bribe when the staff (very politely) insisted we do a 5 star review there and then. That request ironically was the one thing I did not like at all. Do not ask try to force your customers to review what you want them to. Reviews are personal and should reflect their experience plus it’s rude!
