The hotel is located within the scenic area, and you can see Siguniang Mountain right from your room window – the view is absolutely stunning. You can't drive directly to the hotel, but their shuttle service can pick you up and drop you off in town, which is still quite convenient. The service was excellent; they were very accommodating and met almost every request. Couldn't fault it. The hotel environment is also great. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and they even provide complimentary drinks and snacks. Just a heads-up: Siguniang Mountain is quite high in elevation, and the hotel itself is over 3,000 meters up. So, if you're prone to altitude sickness, you really need to be careful and bring plenty of oxygen tanks, otherwise, it can be quite miserable. Also, the climate here is very different from Chengdu – it's very dry and cold, so make sure you're prepared.

The Sky-High Hot Spring Hotel was an absolute surprise on this trip! The main highlights have to be the elevated hot springs and the incredible design, which perfectly aligned with my aesthetic preferences. The room was primarily Wabi-sabi style, with custom solid wood furniture paired with simple white sheer curtains, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. Every corner exuded sophistication, making every casual photo look like a masterpiece. The 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, framing the Leshan city view like a flowing painting. Soaking in the private hot spring, you can gaze at the bustling city by day and sleep under the magnificent nightscape, all while enjoying complimentary bath salts or milk baths, and watching movies on the giant projector screen – the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The entire room featured smart controls, and the arched doorway bathroom with wet and dry separation showcased quality in every detail. The hotel's convenient location and thoughtful amenities, whether for a romantic getaway or a girls' trip, guarantee an ultimately relaxing experience. It's definitely on my 'must-stay' list for Leshan!

The hotel is very good, with good location and good facilities. The breakfast is also very rich, including Chinese and Western food. The tiramisu tastes very good. There are also robots that deliver fruits to your stay. The girl at the front desk was also very nice. Because I booked the wrong room, she gave me a free upgrade. I will choose this hotel next time I come.

The rooms are quite spacious, all equipped with bathtubs and balconies. Children's amenities are complete. The package we bought included a full-board day and childcare. It's especially suitable for children aged 4-11 for full-day care, which frees up parents' hands and encourages kids to learn independence and participate in outdoor activities. There are craft activities, rock climbing, archery, and other games, which change daily. In the evening, there are fireworks shows and performances. There are plenty of activities, so you can basically spend the whole day at the resort. I suggest that each room's toiletries include child-friendly cups with handles, not glass ones, for safety and suitability.

Big shoutout to our personal concierge, Kelly – she was incredibly attentive and professional throughout our stay. From guiding us through check-in to promptly addressing all our requests, she took care of every little detail, making our trip truly worry-free and heartwarming. The hotel breakfast completely exceeded our expectations. The variety was amazing, with so many options we didn't know what to choose! They had everything from Sichuan specialties and Western dishes to fresh fruit and freshly ground coffee. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great – we had a incredibly satisfying breakfast every morning. The Executive Lounge also delivered on quality, whether it was the afternoon tea snacks or the evening meals. With a diverse selection of cold cuts, hot dishes, and desserts, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the ambiance was absolutely fantastic!

As a husband and a father, I don’t just look for comfort—I look for peace of mind. This hotel delivered both. Service was fast, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Everything was clean, organized, and effortless, which matters when you’re traveling with family. The environment feels premium yet welcoming, not stiff. My family felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Location is a huge win—surrounded by some of the best food Chengdu has to offer, with easy access everywhere. This isn’t just a place to sleep. It’s a place where a family can truly rest. Classy, reliable, and worth every cent.

Before check-in, Cherry reached out to me, meticulously asking about my needs and arranging a connecting room for my extended stay. When I returned in the evening, turndown service was already done, the complimentary snacks were delicious, and an extra tea pillow was provided. The next day, after hearing my friend and I were going to a concert, they thoughtfully prepared chocolates for us to boost our energy – and I have to say, the chocolates were super tasty! For the second night's turndown service, they even prepared it based on which side of the bed I slept on the first night, which was a very thoughtful detail. Regarding the facilities, since the hotel is a bit older, the carpets were indeed a bit worn, but everything else was impeccable. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Chuanxing Yinli Hotel was the other gem we stayed at during our Chengdu trip — and we absolutely loved it! The hotel exudes a tranquil, zen-like atmosphere with beautiful, photo-worthy corners throughout. It features a small garden, koi pond, courtyard, in-house library, and a serene breakfast area, along with complimentary afternoon tea that made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel also has a cosy lounge area with a real fireplace — perfect for chilly evenings — and an outdoor BBQ pit where we enjoyed roasting sweet potatoes. Location-wise, it's ideal — just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, near plenty of local eateries, and conveniently right next to a 24-hour convenience store. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities and smart room technology. A few minor suggestions: the bed could have been more comfortable, and a *humidifier* would be useful in the dry weather. There’s a laundry room with one washer and two dryers, but what’s really convenient is that if there's a queue, you can opt for staff-assisted laundry by simply filling out a form — a thoughtful touch. The staff were outstanding — friendly, responsive, and helpful. They assisted with Taobao parcel deliveries, and when they learned our booking didn’t include breakfast, they generously offered complimentary breakfast for our first two mornings, knowing our friend had stayed there previously. This hotel truly stands out for its ambience, service, and thoughtful details. Would definitely love to return — highly recommended for a peaceful and well-located stay in Chengdu!

The hotel service was truly commendable and very welcoming, making the children especially happy. The family suite was spacious, and they had already set up an extra bed, which was perfect for a family trip, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities, surrounding environment, and transportation are all convenient, with plenty of shopping and great restaurants readily available. Parking for vehicles is also easy, and they even help deliver takeout to the room. It's definitely worth staying at again and again!

The room was excellent, very clean, and overall, the amenities were top-notch. It felt more like a JW Marriott than a Le Meridien. The grounds were tidy. After dinner, it was lovely to stroll around the lake and then soak in the hot spring. However, because it was New Year's Day holiday, I felt the hotel wasn't fully prepared. I anticipated a delay in getting the room ready, so I arrived at 4 PM, but didn't check in until 5:30 PM. While checking in, there were even two other guests arguing about delayed room access. That said, both Trip.com and the hotel's subsequent handling of the situation was very thorough, preventing too much inconvenience. Trip.com's handling was particularly good. Thank you. I guess I've taken advantage of Trip.com's excellent service twice now. Oh, and the hot spring tub in the room had a really strong flow and was very hot; it filled up in about 10 minutes. The small platform by the lake was also very nice.
