The view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff and driver were incredibly responsible as well. We arrived very late, but they still arranged a pick-up and drop-off for us. Knowing we were heading to Shuangqiao Valley the next day, they even thoughtfully prepared some snacks to help with altitude sickness. So considerate!

Right in the city center, the room was small but had everything I needed and was very clean! It was quiet at night too. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free, they have a printer, and I was able to get a late checkout. The front desk staff were really nice. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful place, hotel is amazing with a stunning garden, the area is full of restaurants and street food shops to have dinner. Highly recommended. Staff is kind and helpful they try their best to communicate using a translator. Breakfast is good especially soup handmade at the momen

The room is cozy! Toilet is clean and the shower pressure is strong. They provide alcohol wipe, ear plugs and even ensure that the room is sanitised (there’s a card beside the bed). You can still hear some noise from the corridor but the earplugs help. The hairdryer is from laifen. Location wise it’s just a short walk from exit F (stairs only at this exit though) of Chengdu Second People's Hospital Metro Station (line 4 & 3. It’s an interchange station so you get more options for your train travel which is a big plus). Walkable distance to chunxi road and there’s even 2 small supermarkets just 1-2 mins walk opposite the hotel. The washing machine and dryer works well and there’s laundry detergent provided too

This hotel really impressed me! First off, the location is fantastic – right across from Wuhou Shrine, so incredibly close! The hotel's design is very stylish; even though it's on the 4th floor, it has a wonderful garden feel, with charming little details everywhere. The Chinese aesthetic is truly a feast for the eyes! The staff were very welcoming, and there were complimentary welcome fruits. The room didn't have that typical hotel smell, which was really pleasant. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and the service staff were very enthusiastic. The front desk specially asked us if we were on a business trip in the nearby park. We said that the hotel can pick up and drop off for free. The service is intimate and great! ! I will choose this hotel for business trips in Mianyang in the future!

I stayed at the Jiuzhaigou Lincheng Huating Resort Hotel for three nights, and overall, I think its location is excellent, being quite close to the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. The hotel facilities are also very good, everything is new, and both the environment and hygiene are top-notch. My only minor complaints are that while the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of dishes, the taste is just average and nothing special. Also, there were a couple of instances where housekeeping forgot to restock towels and toiletries. I hope they can improve their service quality in the future.

The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

Traveling solo, I decided to stay in Shuangqiao Town due to a slight altitude sickness and booked this hotel that same night. Shortly after, the hotel proactively contacted me via WeChat, providing various helpful details. The next morning, feeling much better, I took a taxi to the scenic area entrance. Thanks to the hotel's concierge service, I was able to pick up my backpack at the hotel and start my leisurely tour early, feeling genuinely cared for and well-serviced right from the moment I booked. The room was also incredibly clean and odorless, which I was very satisfied with. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit lacking.

The hotel's location is super convenient! Vicky at the front desk was exceptionally professional and personable. She was so great! We needed to extend our stay and she went out of her way to arrange for us to keep our original room, which was a huge convenience. I really appreciate her warm and thoughtful service! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!
