Highly, highly recommend! This was by far the best and newest hotel I stayed in during my Italy trip, especially considering the price point. It just opened in 2025. When I booked it, I was a bit worried that having both hotel rooms and a hostel might be a bit chaotic, but that wasn't the case at all! The hotel lobby is bright and modern, and the whole place is super clean. My hotel room even had a balcony on a separate floor. The staff even left a welcome card, which was a lovely surprise! Plus, the hotel provides complimentary bottled water.

The room is big enough to ride a bike. The outside is quite desolate. There are many warehouses and building materials markets run by Chinese people. Seeing the national flag makes me feel at ease.

Renovated by another hotel, the big sign on the rooftop is still the old name, only the glass in front of the door is pasted with the new logo, and it takes two laps to see it when it arrives.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable .

This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy.

Hotel: The Hermitage Resort & Thermal Spa Hotel is a top-class accommodation for all types of travelers. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The staff is very friendly and premature, and the service is excellent. A special highlight of the hotel is the home restaurant, which serves a variety of delicious dishes from local and international cuisine. The quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invited. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near Castello Aragoneze and many restaurants. Overall, the hotel offers a great experience and is an excellent choice for travellers looking for comfort, quality and first-class service.

Superbe hôtel, très facile d'accès à la sortie de l'autoroute. Parking surveillé ! Chambre rien à redire ! Wifi impeccable. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très diversifié. Personnel très accueillant

Struttura ampia con bella hall, pulita e ben tenuta. Camere ben arredate e funzionali, letto comodo. Piscina esterna di acqua termale fresca, particolarmente adatta nel periodo estivo, ben attrezzata ed ordinata. Disponibilità di docce e spogliatoi in area piscina (prevedere una sistemata a questi servizi, che appaiono un po datati e trascurati) musica di sottofondo e bar. Colazione buona in particolare di dolce. Ampio parcheggio gratuito. Sorgenti di acqua terapeutica (da bere) a due minuti a piedi. Prezzo più che adeguato. Ci tornerò ancora.

Что понравилось:SPA- комплекс термальный бассейн с пятью видами гидромассажа, дорожка Кнайпа, сауна.Проживание- отель « уставший», до 4* далеко, завтраки скромные, без изысков. Звукоизоляция отсутствует совсем. Но брали по акции,поэтому без претензий, а за полную стоимость можно найти лучше.

Stayed for four days. The breakfast was of good quality and the waiters were courteous in a traditional old European style. The hotel hall was decorated in an Italian modern minimalist style and the marble floor was elegant and chic. The room had a sea view and you could enjoy the sunset. The water in the pool and shower room was not smooth. When we checked out this morning, the clerk asked us to pay 60 euros more than the actual consumption. When I asked him, he said that we had dinner, but he said we had not eaten dinner. He said to check, and after a few minutes, he confirmed that we had not eaten. It was very strange. He looked embarrassed and seemed to have complicated thoughts.
