Upon check-in, I was greeted by the warm and attentive staff who ensured a seamless process. As I entered my suite, I was immediately struck by the sheer elegance and sophistication of the space. The suite was impeccably designed with plush furnishings, rich fabrics, and tasteful artwork adorning the walls. The living area was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The bedroom exuded comfort and tranquility, with a sumptuous king-sized bed draped in the finest linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The marble-clad bathroom was a sanctuary in itself, featuring a deep soaking tub, a rainfall shower, and luxurious amenities that added to the overall indulgence.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were truly wonderful—very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the coach in our room had a very strong odor, to the point that we were convinced someone might have had an accident on it. Thankfully, the staff quickly replaced it for us, which we really appreciated. Aside from that, everything else was great—the pool was fantastic, and the view was absolutely beautiful.

It is one of the best hotels for me. The location is so convenient, the staff is great and so helpful, and the rooms are very good. However, the hotel still needs few maintenance tweaks to keep the perfection level and standards very high.

Very friendly staff all around, just be careful with the taxi drivers from the airport highly suggest to book the taxi driver from the hotel . Especially Mr Toni Damien nice man friendly and he is very knowledgeable almost a tourist guide

The hotel is not very good except for the location! Everything else is great!

The hotel is located in the famous red light district called super night. It is not safe to go out alone at night. But it is convenient to take the bridge. There is a sweet spot. Local features are recommended. The local traffic jam is small but the car is more than the cable car behind the hotel.

Highly recommended ! Staff are so nice and helpful , they would help you with anything you need the view to the mountains is gorgeous, everything is absolutely beautiful there .. you feel like you’re home Also their new building ( were I stayed ) is done perfectly!!
