The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette providing all the comforts of home. The smart TVs and fast WiFi made it easy to stay connected and entertained during my stay. I appreciated the complimentary fruits, Nescafe, tea, and water bottles, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, cooperative, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend Matar Residence to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming place to stay.

Clean hotel top service not far from the city center very professional staff

The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were truly wonderful—very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the coach in our room had a very strong odor, to the point that we were convinced someone might have had an accident on it. Thankfully, the staff quickly replaced it for us, which we really appreciated. Aside from that, everything else was great—the pool was fantastic, and the view was absolutely beautiful.

It is one of the best hotels for me. The location is so convenient, the staff is great and so helpful, and the rooms are very good. However, the hotel still needs few maintenance tweaks to keep the perfection level and standards very high.

Very friendly staff all around, just be careful with the taxi drivers from the airport highly suggest to book the taxi driver from the hotel . Especially Mr Toni Damien nice man friendly and he is very knowledgeable almost a tourist guide

The hotel is not very good except for the location! Everything else is great!

The hotel is located in the famous red light district called super night. It is not safe to go out alone at night. But it is convenient to take the bridge. There is a sweet spot. Local features are recommended. The local traffic jam is small but the car is more than the cable car behind the hotel.

Highly recommended ! Staff are so nice and helpful , they would help you with anything you need the view to the mountains is gorgeous, everything is absolutely beautiful there .. you feel like you’re home Also their new building ( were I stayed ) is done perfectly!!
