GGuest UserThe property was so beautiful! My husband and I really loved the amenities and location of the hotel, BUT we were not treated very nice by quite a few hotel staff. We observed on multiple occasions white or colored guests being treated with A+ service while we were treated with C+ service. When we first arrived, we went to the rooftop and were ignored by 2 attendants at the bar. When we did get service, it was mediocre and almost as if we were doing the hotel a favor by being there. Other than those unfortunate instances, we enjoyed our stay.

MMike KBWe chose this hotel again because of the previous experience being so good the week before. Unfortunately this time around there was a mistake in the type of room required and despite reserving a king size bed we ended up with a twin room. We called and informed the reception of the mistake and they checked if our previous room was available which it was not. They asked us to give them some time and after a short while, we were called back and informed that they will upgrade us to a suite for the night at no extra cost because of the hassle. We were quickly moved to the suite which was more than we expected. We had a great last night In Namibia relaxing in the suite at the hotel. Which had a lounge, dining table and bedroom and was clean and spacious. Thank you for your effort. Always well supported by staff and nothing was too much trouble.

EELENA_I.This Hilton is just like all the other Hiltons— clean, comfy, and tidy all around. Friendly staff made everything smooth, and the location was nice, right near all the main sights, shops, and more.
We grabbed burgers at the downstairs restaurant— it was really tasty and with good service! I recommend for a hassle-free stay.

JJason CorbettGreat place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

金金Breakfast is very good, a wide variety, most like hot milk and cereals, the hotel's environment is superb, the location is next to a golf course, the environment is very good, the hotel has ATM machines can directly use the credit card to pick up the local currency, but there is a fee This is also more cost-effective than changing the US dollar at the counter. A cash withdrawal fee is about 3 knives, but you can basically buy the card and use less cash. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel, it tastes good.
