The rooftop offers an unobstructed panoramic view, including the Canton Tower! Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. We received welcome fruit in the afternoon, and on our last day, even though we checked out late, they didn't rush us. Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the room was clean! Definitely recommend for families traveling with children! 🤔

I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I chose Xiangwang Beishe for my trip to Zhuhai this time, and overall it was a very comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to both the border crossing and shopping areas. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, no strange smells, and the soundproofing was good too. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were all very friendly and quick to respond to any issues, not cold at all. The value for money is really solid for the area, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Overall, it was a very hassle-free experience, unlike some hotels that look nice but are a pain to stay in. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhuhai, and I recommend it to friends traveling to the area.

I was looking to relive the nostalgia of Zhongshan International Hotel from 32 years ago, but it turned out to be the only disappointment of my accommodation during this Guangdong trip. I know a 40-year-old hotel shouldn't be expected to be perfect, and I can accept outdated facilities, but they should at least be functional, right? I specifically paid extra for a newly renovated room, only to find that one of the bedside charging sockets didn't work. They said they'd send someone to fix it, and after waiting 20 minutes, the front desk called to ask if I had requested a room change? The tone was quite abrupt. After agreeing to switch rooms, I was told to go downstairs to process the change. Once I did, I found the new room was old and not in the same category as the one I had paid extra for. Switching rooms again was quite frustrating. I hope they improve their service training. As the number one hotel in Zhongshan over 30 years ago, they shouldn't just rest on their laurels and stop striving for improvement.

The location on google map is WRONG! How can ”18 Zhujiang East Road in Tianhe District” be in the Yuexiu District on google map? The location map inside the Trip app is correct. The nearest Metro station is Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center, which is about 4 mins from hotel on foot (290m). Stayed at this room called ”J Apartment (Smart Guest Control + Spacious + High Privacy)” in the trip app. The room is good, big and clean. No safe in the room. There was some construction noise that started at 10am.

The service at the 30th-floor revolving restaurant was absolutely horrendous, from the female manager down to the female staff. I really don't even want to talk about them; they seriously need a complete overhaul! (The male staff were fine, constantly working hard.) In these tough times for finding a job, while customers might not be 'gods,' they at least contribute to your employment. I can't believe the Garden Hotel has come to this. On the other hand, the manager of room service was excellent. He was very professional and highly capable at coordinating and getting things done. When I checked into room 2122, there were cookie crumbs on the table. The floor attendant notified the supervisor, who, with great coordination skills, immediately helped me switch to a clean room on the same floor. As someone who frequently stays at five-star hotels, I must commend this young man. 👍

I scoured countless guides before visiting Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and ultimately chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Turns out, it was a fantastic decision. First, let's talk about the location. While it's a bit of a distance from the park, transportation is a non-issue. You can take a boat or a shuttle bus, both running very frequently. Waiting with kids wasn't a problem at all. The boat ride itself felt quite special, and my little one absolutely loved it. Walking into the hotel lobby was a delightful surprise. NPCs (character mascots) immediately greeted us, shaking hands, high-fiving, and posing for photos. They were incredibly enthusiastic. My child is usually a bit shy, but even they couldn't stop giggling. If you're traveling with young children, this kind of atmosphere is truly welcoming. Regarding the room, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Flamingo View Room. We could see the flamingos in the park right from our window – a beautiful sea of pink that captivated my child for quite a while. The room itself was spacious; we could easily open two large suitcases and still have plenty of room to move around, never feeling cramped. I have to specifically praise the hotel's butler service. After adding them on WeChat, any request I sent was met with an almost instant reply and always fulfilled. Whether it was asking for kids' slippers, extra water bottles, or shuttle times, everything was handled quickly, which made our stay much less stressful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The desserts were both exquisite and delicious. I particularly recommend the freshly made egg pancakes – hot and fragrant. Both adults and children will find something to enjoy. Now, about the water park – honestly, it felt a bit lackluster. The facilities weren't extensive or particularly new. However, since it's included with the stay and doesn't require an extra ticket, it's fine for a casual stroll and splashing around with the kids. Just don't go in with high expectations. Overall, our experience at this hotel was very positive. Despite the mediocre water park, the convenient transportation, attentive service, and excellent family-friendly atmosphere mean I'd definitely consider staying here again for our next trip to Chimelong.

I highly recommend this hotel! I travel a lot for work and leisure, so I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I've genuinely felt compelled to leave a glowing review! First off, the room is very spacious and incredibly comfortable. It seems to have been renovated recently, as the facilities are excellent, and everything is spotlessly clean and tidy. What I liked most, though, is that the shower and toilet are separate! Anyone who gets it knows how great it is not to have wet shoes or a wet toilet seat after showering! Plus, the smart toilet is heated, haha, it's so warm and convenient to sit on, fully automated! The retractable magnifying mirror and smart night lights really impressed me too! And the hotel is located within a courtyard, not directly on the main road, which is perfect because I always worry about not getting good rest when traveling, but it turned out to be very quiet and conveniently located. There are many restaurants nearby, and the hotel is close to the beach, shopping districts, and attractions, making everything easily accessible. All in all, it's truly excellent value for money! The front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and they even offered complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive. For this price point, the value is unbeatable. The actual photos are almost identical to what the hotel advertises. I will definitely be staying here again on my next business trip!

This time, I chose the Shangri-La Shenzhen with my wife, children, and my mother who came from Australia to stay with us, and the overall experience was very satisfying. Many years ago, I frequently stayed at Shangri-La hotels in different countries for work, so I'm very familiar with the brand. I'd always hoped to share this wonderful experience with my family one day, and now that dream has finally come true. The hotel staff—from the greeters at the entrance, the front desk, lobby security, cleaning team, to the restaurant servers—were all incredibly dedicated, polite, and attentive, making us feel completely at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids had a blast in the pool. It would be even more perfect if they could add a heated pool, as the outdoor weather is still a bit chilly. The only minor suggestion is that the quality of the restaurant's buffet could be improved. It would be even better if it could reach the five-star standard of Shangri-La buffets in other countries. Overall, we are very grateful to all the staff at Shangri-La Shenzhen for making this family trip so warm and memorable with their professionalism and passion.
