I blindly picked this hotel for my trip and it turned out to be an absolute hidden gem – what a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that let in so much natural light. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and fresh, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service throughout was impeccable. Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

I chose Xiangwang Beishe for my trip to Zhuhai this time, and overall it was a very comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to both the border crossing and shopping areas. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, no strange smells, and the soundproofing was good too. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were all very friendly and quick to respond to any issues, not cold at all. The value for money is really solid for the area, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Overall, it was a very hassle-free experience, unlike some hotels that look nice but are a pain to stay in. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhuhai, and I recommend it to friends traveling to the area.

The hygiene was excellent, the environment was lovely, and it's very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively upgraded our room type. The service staff on the twelfth floor were also warm and polite. This is a hotel with great value for money.

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

The Garden Hotel Guangzhou truly lives up to its platinum five-star reputation, exuding strong Lingnan charm! The lobby murals are stunning, and the 18-meter waterfall in the backyard is like a 'hidden paradise' right in the city center – perfect for photos. The guest rooms are retro yet comfortable, with excellent bedding. The service is attentive and thoughtful. Its location right by Taojin metro station makes getting around incredibly convenient. A perfect experience!

The Hengqin Bay Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end Chimelong resort. The garden and sea views are stunning, and with its own water park and dolphin pool, it's perfect for families with kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is attentive, and there's a free shuttle boat to and from Ocean Kingdom, making travel incredibly convenient. This is the pinnacle of ocean-themed amusement parks in China! The Whale Shark Exhibit is absolutely breathtaking; watching whale sharks and manta rays glide gracefully past the gigantic acrylic tank makes for incredible photos. The dolphin and beluga whale shows are both heartwarming and spectacular, with great interactive elements. The roller coasters and ice mountain coaster are thrilling and fun, and the 5D cinema is incredibly immersive – fun for both adults and kids. In the evening, the luminous parade and drone fireworks show are absolutely stunning. The lights, fountains, and jet ski performers create a truly dreamlike atmosphere, making it well worth the price of admission. The park is clean, well-planned, and the service is attentive, making it suitable for both families with children and couples.

The entire hotel really showcases a lot of thought and effort in its design, especially with all the small details – you can snap a great picture almost anywhere. The butler service was excellent and very attentive, and all the staff were proactive and welcoming. Our room overlooked the pastoral scenery through a full-length window, making it incredibly comfortable and airy. However, due to the overall design style, there's nowhere to hide or block views within the room. If you're not a couple, this might be a bit inconvenient. A small suggestion: adding blinds to the toilet and shower room doors would be helpful. Also, it would be great if some soft cushions could be provided in the cabinet for the tatami area, available for guests to use if needed. If you're looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place for a getaway. On clear days, you can catch beautiful sunsets, and at night, you can look up to a sky full of stars and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Just a heads-up: the pool wasn't open yet during our visit, and you need to communicate with the butler in advance to use the public hot spring area. The restaurant serves excellent new-style fusion cuisine with a farmhouse flair, and the butler will arrange everything perfectly for you. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance!

It's very close to the beach, the environment is great, and the location is super convenient – near the border gate, making it easy to travel to Macau and Hong Kong. The facilities are also well-equipped; for those concerned about hygiene when traveling, the hotel even provides disposable toilet seat covers. The rooms have many thoughtful designs, including a small vanity mirror, and the air conditioner vents have deflectors, which is a very user-friendly touch. The hotel also has a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and irons, which is perfect for modern travelers who appreciate convenience and ease (honestly, I'm comparing you to a certain brand, and you're just as good, even better in terms of service). It's truly considerate. The hand soap smells lovely, and the staff ladies always greet you with a smile. When checking in, they even provide a local travel guide, so you don't have to worry about planning your outings. Any questions you have are answered thoroughly. The breakfast offers a wide and rich selection of items, and the freshly cooked noodles from the auntie at the noodle station are delicious. The hotel also provides four pillows, which is comfortable for using your phone while leaning against them, and convenient for people like me who prefer high pillows. This time, I chose the Shangri-La Shenzhen with my wife, children, and my mother who came from Australia to stay with us, and the overall experience was very satisfying. Many years ago, I frequently stayed at Shangri-La hotels in different countries for work, so I'm very familiar with the brand. I'd always hoped to share this wonderful experience with my family one day, and now that dream has finally come true. The hotel staff—from the greeters at the entrance, the front desk, lobby security, cleaning team, to the restaurant servers—were all incredibly dedicated, polite, and attentive, making us feel completely at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids had a blast in the pool. It would be even more perfect if they could add a heated pool, as the outdoor weather is still a bit chilly. The only minor suggestion is that the quality of the restaurant's buffet could be improved. It would be even better if it could reach the five-star standard of Shangri-La buffets in other countries. Overall, we are very grateful to all the staff at Shangri-La Shenzhen for making this family trip so warm and memorable with their professionalism and passion.
