GGuest UserI stayed at Citynote Hotel (Nanyue King Branch) for six nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Nanyue King Museum, with the metro and bus stops very close by, so getting to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, and other attractions was quick and easy. The rooms are modern, minimalistic, and spacious, with super comfortable beds and good soundproofing – I slept really well each night. Housekeeping did a thorough job, and the front desk staff were warm and professional, even recommending a few authentic local Cantonese restaurants nearby. Breakfast wasn't fancy but hit the spot, with congee, noodles, and rice rolls that felt very local. The only downside was the Wi-Fi – it was noticeably slow and a bit unstable, especially in the evenings, making video streaming and file uploads laggy. If you depend on a fast connection, that could be frustrating. Still, this is a minor flaw in an otherwise great value hotel. I'd recommend it to travellers who care about location and cleanliness, but business guests might want to bring a mobile hotspot as backup. I'd happily stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

GGuest UserWe've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

GGuest UserThe place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

AAnonymous UserOur stay in the garden view room was delightful. The elegant decor and soft furnishings created a wonderful ambiance. The room was well-ventilated, with no dampness or strange odors, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The entire resort boasts beautiful scenery; the flamingo viewing area and dolphin pool are perfect for snapping Instagram-worthy photos. The hotel's water park was far less crowded than the one at Ocean Kingdom, making for a much more enjoyable experience. Strolling along the seaside promenade at sunset was simply breathtaking, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere. The room cleaning standards were impeccable. The floors, windowsills, nightstand crevices, and even the bathroom glass were spotless, free of water stains or hair, and the bathroom had no unpleasant smells. All the bedding was fresh and new, with no stains on the pillows or mattress. The room's private balcony provided excellent ventilation, effectively mitigating any dampness from the sea. The hotel's yacht shuttle service offered a unique experience, transporting us directly to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, with surprisingly delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly, and their service was prompt and attentive. At the buffet, all tableware was high-temperature sterilized, the food was neatly arranged, and staff were quick to clear table waste. The front desk staff were thorough in their communication, checking in on our stay and promptly resolving any issues. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, with thoughtful details showing genuine care. Our stay was absolutely perfect. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back if I get the chance.

Our butler, Holly, added me on WeChat in advance. Since we had two babies, she helped arrange bed rails for us. Her service during our stay was attentive, and she proactively asked about our needs – it was excellent! We'll definitely choose to stay at Angsana again next time we visit Zhuhai.

Annie Yan at the front desk promptly processed our check-in and provided useful information. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The air conditioning was especially great – perfect for Guangzhou's hot weather, keeping the room nice and cool, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The soundproofing was excellent too; it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was a satisfying weekend hotel experience and a great place for a future getaway. HHelabiyuqingFacilities: Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's facilities and amenities far exceed those of a typical three-star hotel – a pleasant surprise indeed! They also offer stylish and elegant complimentary tea rooms, both large and small, for guests to relax and enjoy tea. The room's lights, air conditioning, curtains, and bathroom are all smart and very convenient to use. Cleanliness: If there's one outstanding feature of Huiyuan, besides its beauty and tastefulness, it has to be its impeccable cleanliness! It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. I stayed here for an exam at Huazhong Agricultural University, and despite the rainy weather, my second-floor room didn't feel damp or unclean at all. From the lobby to the room, everything was exceptionally spotless. Robot vacuums and cleaning staff were all diligently at work, meticulously cleaning the stairs and corridors. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, no strange odors, and the solid wood furniture also had no unpleasant smell – very comforting! Environment: It's like a beautiful garden villa. The podocarpus trees, hydrangeas, lemon trees, orchids, ponds, and koi fish – all the plants and animals are so well-cared for. There are also several tea rooms on the first floor with a wonderful ambiance... Sitting there sipping tea and practicing calligraphy is one of life's true pleasures. The hotel owner truly has great taste and vision. Service: All the hotel staff are very gentle and approachable, making you feel right at home. On the first day, when I was checking in and about to go upstairs, the owner proactively helped me with my luggage. When I wanted to throw away some trash after lunch, the cleaning uncle told me to just give it to him. While I was exploring the courtyard, the room cleaning staff were also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The owner heard we were here for an exam and even offered to drive us there; all we had to do was tell the front desk the time. The next morning, on the day of the exam, the owner punctually drove us. He said he does this for all guests taking exams, as long as they inform him in advance. Summary: This is truly a wonderfully comfortable hotel. The facilities and amenities are excellent, very stylish and high-class. If you have any problems or needs, the hotel will help resolve them. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
