This was my first stay at an IHG property, specifically the InterContinental Zhuhai, as I usually opt for Marriott hotels. However, my experience with IHG this time was genuinely impressive. The executive lounge, unlike Marriott's, wasn't a crowded marketplace, which made for a truly comfortable experience. I also really loved the wooden room key. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

This hotel deserves a huge thumbs-up! It's super close to the beach, just a one-kilometer walk, so you can easily pop over for photos anytime. The room has a great open view and excellent ventilation, no dampness at all. The staff are incredibly responsive and always happy to help, which made me feel very welcome. The overall environment is elegant, making for a truly perfect trip! The front desk staff were also very welcoming.

My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.

The front desk upgraded us to a luxurious twin room. It was huge, with spacious areas everywhere – a large vanity, a big bathroom, and a massive bed. We had a great experience, and they even provided complimentary fruit, though it wasn't particularly tasty. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure and volume were excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. The toilet also had an automatic flush, which was a nice touch. For two people, there was plenty of space to spread out, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is great, with many bus routes nearby and close proximity to the Gongbei Port.

My recent stay at the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel was enchanting from the moment I arrived. The doorman promptly opened the door with a welcoming smile, and the high-ceilinged lobby, infused with a subtle fragrance, instantly melted away my travel fatigue. In terms of facilities, the guest rooms perfectly blend modern simplicity with a cozy, quality feel. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, complemented by high-thread-count linens – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up. Smart home controls managed everything, from lighting modes to curtain operation, all at my fingertips. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, a deep soaking tub, and a rain shower with a soft, consistent flow. The toiletries were from a renowned fragrance brand, exuding an elegant scent. The room also came equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a well-stocked minibar, while the desk offered both USB and wireless charging. The public areas were equally impressive: the 24-hour gym was fully equipped with towels and mineral water, the heated swimming pool was always crystal clear, and the executive lounge offered a superb view, making it an excellent spot for business meetings or quiet reading. The service provided by Eden and Mina was exemplary. My preference for a high floor, noted during booking, was not only met but I was also upgraded to a scenic corner room. During check-in, the front desk staff presented the room key with both hands and patiently explained the restaurant opening hours. The bellboy escorted me to my room and even adjusted the air conditioning. Throughout my stay, whether in the hallway or restaurant, every staff member would stop, smile, and greet me. The turndown service not only drew the curtains and prepared slippers but also left a handwritten weather forecast and a calming tea, adding a wonderfully personal touch. Once, when I asked for directions, the concierge immediately pulled out a map and meticulously planned my route, even marking the subway exits, which was incredibly reassuring. Cleanliness was rigorously maintained down to every nook and cranny. The bed sheets were spotless and crisply ironed, the carpet was deep-cleaned with no odors, and the bathroom faucets and glass shone brilliantly, even the floor drain was clean and smooth. Housekeeping followed strict protocols, with all items bearing disinfection seals, and staff were constantly, quietly wiping handrails and elevator buttons in public areas, providing great peace of mind, especially during these times. The location is uniquely advantageous, situated in the heart of Luohu, with a subway entrance right downstairs. It's within walking distance of shopping malls like MixC, and surrounded by numerous old-established eateries. The room's soundproofing was excellent; closing the window immediately shut out the hustle and bustle. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could admire the Diwang Building, Luohu Port, and the winding Shenzhen River. At night, the city lights sparkled, offering a tranquil escape for a restful night's sleep. From the hardware to the human touch, the Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel delivered an experience that exceeded expectations. That feeling of being well taken care of without being intrusive is truly the best gift during a journey. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Shenzhen.

My overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel's environment is elegant and grand, and the internal facilities are well-maintained. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and convenient, and the concierge service was thoughtful and meticulous. I especially want to thank Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby; she was warm and polite throughout, provided helpful travel guidance, and handled everything calmly and thoroughly. The room comfort was excellent, public areas were clean and refined, and the overall service was detail-oriented. It was a truly memorable stay.

The facilities are well-equipped, and the washer and dryer were very practical and convenient. We did our laundry here for a few days, and even though room service doesn't start until after 7:00 and then the robot delivers it to the room, it was still very convenient! Our room had a view of the Canton Tower, thanks to the front desk upgrading us. The lobby also offers lemon water, morning tea, and evening tea, so you never have to worry about missing the Canton Tower view while enjoying breakfast or afternoon tea in the lobby. The Wi-Fi was super fast! The showerhead was very practical! The front desk also offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff were professional, attentive, and very patient in answering our questions. The afternoon tea provided was also delicious, all freshly made by 'Urban Sweetheart.' The environment is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and there's 24-hour coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing my elders and children here again next time!

Great weather (22-30℃) with clear skies and white clouds. Arrived at Hailing Island Poly Crowne Plaza by car at 5:10 PM. The room was spacious (East Wing) and offered excellent sea views from the balcony, as well as a nice night view of the Poly Ocean Heart Resort in Yangjiang Hailing Island. The outdoor ground-level swimming pool and children's playground had a pleasant environment. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent! The hotel is fine and the staff were generally lovely. The room was clean. The restaurant on the second floor and the pool area could be cleaner. The chairs and the tables in the restaurant can be cleaner. The sushi is not really sushi it's a gelatin blend of something.
