My stay at Xinuo Light Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The overall decor is simple and clean, and the room had excellent natural light. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-quality. The hot water supply was stable, no sudden temperature changes. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they responded quickly to any requests. The public areas were tidy and quiet, and the location was convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. It offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for business trips or short stays. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

We extended our stay for one night. This old hotel was very luxurious 30 years ago. The revolving restaurant on the top floor will still be revolving in 2026, and that's where breakfast is served. However, it's not for everyone; some of us get 'restaurant seasickness.' We couldn't possibly eat three breakfasts, which were included in our initial three-night booking. We tried to talk to the front desk manager about getting discount vouchers or something so we could eat at their downstairs restaurant instead. No! No! No! It felt like they refused everything they possibly could. They wouldn't even give us a single cage of char siu bao (BBQ pork buns)... I felt like the money for those three breakfasts was completely wasted.

Loved my stay here! The lake-view room offered stunning views of Yayee Park and a distant glimpse of Foshan TV Tower. The room was spacious and bright, with smart controls that were easy to use. It was impeccably clean and tidy, and the hot water was plentiful and consistent. Plus, the minibar drinks were complimentary! The hotel is very thoughtful; on the 13th floor, next to the laundry room, there's a scenic corridor where you can relax and enjoy the view while waiting for your clothes. Breakfast was also high-quality, a great blend of Western and Chinese options. They even had local Foshan specialties like Chen Cun noodles and Lun Jiao cakes, alongside toast and salad. I didn't have time to try the gym or the infinity pool this time, but I'll definitely make sure to next visit. The front desk staff and the manager in black were incredibly genuine and attentive, patiently answering my questions with a smile. They even recommended Qixiangji, a local chicken restaurant, which turned out to be fantastic!

The overall experience at Shenzhen Junting Design Hotel was fantastic! The lobby has a great artistic vibe, simple yet luxurious and very stylish – perfect for a quick photo op. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, equipped with smart voice control devices. The King Koil mattress is just right, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast on the 14th floor offers a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The lobby also provides complimentary tea and drinks 24/7. The service from the staff (Tibbers) was warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial district, making travel easy, yet it's quiet despite being central. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

This is the best place with an ocean view! The beach is right outside the door. We booked a king-sized room in advance because we have a child. The lady at check-in was super thoughtful and made us two coffees as soon as we arrived. It started to drizzle after we checked in, but the view of the sea through the large window was absolutely stunning! The overall style is fresh and refreshing, with a healing ocean view. The decor is very clean, creating a great atmosphere. The common areas have expansive views, and there's even a washing machine with a drying function, which is super convenient for a beachside stay. The room is bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. You can see the ocean directly from the bed, watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening – so relaxing and therapeutic. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. All the toiletries are provided, and the big bathtub was a huge hit with the kids. The fully intelligent voice control in the room makes for an easy and comfortable stay! It's perfect for families traveling with children! When vacationing in Jiaochangwei, this is the top choice, as its central location makes it convenient to go anywhere.

Highly recommend, especially if you book in advance. There's ongoing subway construction right outside the hotel, but it doesn't affect access. You might want to call the hotel ahead of time for directions, as it can be a bit tricky to find. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and proactive; they guided us when we went out and even upgraded our room to a suite, plus gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. The service truly deserves a thumbs-up. The hotel environment itself is quite upscale, standing out as unique in the area.

Our room overlooked the pastoral scenery through a full-length window, making it incredibly comfortable and airy. However, due to the overall design style, there's nowhere to hide or block views within the room. If you're not a couple, this might be a bit inconvenient. A small suggestion: adding blinds to the toilet and shower room doors would be helpful. Also, it would be great if some soft cushions could be provided in the cabinet for the tatami area, available for guests to use if needed. If you're looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place for a getaway. On clear days, you can catch beautiful sunsets, and at night, you can look up to a sky full of stars and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Just a heads-up: the pool wasn't open yet during our visit, and you need to communicate with the butler in advance to use the public hot spring area. The restaurant serves excellent new-style fusion cuisine with a farmhouse flair, and the butler will arrange everything perfectly for you. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance!

The location is excellent, right by Tianyu Plaza and very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to various malls and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is on the 36th floor, but the selection isn't very wide, and the restaurant is quite small, so it gets very crowded during peak hours. I was given the first room right off the elevator, which I wasn't too happy about. The soundproofing isn't great; you can definitely hear people talking as they walk by. Service was good, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee upon check-in. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money.

The hotel's hygiene was excellent; despite its age, it's very well-maintained. However, the bathroom faucet was incredibly difficult to use – very stiff, and you had to twist it twice to get warm water, but then it would immediately turn scalding hot if you twisted it just a little more. The bathroom is arguably the most important part of a hotel room, so this was a really poor experience. I hope they consider replacing the bathroom fixtures. Another point is that the hotel staff's management and service need significant improvement. Our package included breakfast and dinner. During check-in, I asked the front desk if my child, who is 1.2 meters tall, could eat for free. They even looked at my child and confirmed it was fine. Yet, during dinner, someone came to charge us. I asked why there were such inconsistent statements. They went back and forth three times, verifying and then trying to charge us again. Eventually, I asked for a superior to handle it, and indeed, my child was not charged for dinner. The funniest part was the next day at breakfast: it was just me and my child (the other adult was still sleeping). Someone immediately stopped us at the entrance, saying that if the other adult wanted to eat, we'd have to pay extra... My eyes practically rolled to the back of my head! Is such a large hotel really so worried about a 1.2-meter child drinking an extra glass of milk? With that kind of mindset, I doubt they'll last long. I didn't want to get angry so early in the morning, so I just said, 'Then we won't eat!' Honestly, I've stayed at many hotels in the same tier – Marriott, Hyatt, Le Méridien, Sheraton, etc. – and I've never encountered anything like this. It was quite an eye-opener.
