The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!

The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience, and they even provided complimentary fruit, though it wasn't particularly tasty. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure and volume were excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. The toilet also had an automatic flush, which was a nice touch. For two people, there was plenty of space to spread out, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is great, with many bus routes nearby and close proximity to the Gongbei Port.

Housekeeping regularly cleans and replenishes amenities daily, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay throughout. After renovation, the room facilities feel very modern, with a practical layout. The mattress is just right, not too soft nor too hard, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom's water flow is steady, and water pressure is ample, equipped with branded fixtures for a comfortable experience. The hotel also features a 24-hour gym with complete equipment available anytime, and an outdoor pool open seasonally. Overall, the amenities meet daily travel and relaxation needs. Room lighting and curtains are electrically controlled, making them convenient to use. The WiFi coverage is stable, so you won't experience any lag whether you're working or browsing on your phone while traveling. Mina from guest relations communicated with us via WeChat beforehand, helping us book the 50th-floor buffet dinner. Eason assisted with a room upgrade, welcome fruit, and late check-out. This hotel has an excellent location, well-maintained hardware, rigorous cleanliness, and thoughtful, detailed service. It's suitable for both short leisure trips and regular travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Luohu, Shenzhen.

The room was spacious (East Wing) and offered excellent sea views from the balcony, as well as a nice night view of the Poly Ocean Heart Resort in Yangjiang Hailing Island. The outdoor ground-level swimming pool and children's playground had a pleasant environment. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent!
