Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location was top notch, thimphu clock tower is right behind this hotel, very easy to access the tower road, many places around in walking distance. Food was excellent, also our complementary breakfast was perfect and amenities were just right. Hotel staff were very humble and polite. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is a good hotel in the local area ～ but it was difficult for the manager to lock the room type and the hotel to do not match the hotel ～ I waited for three hours at the front desk of the hotel, and changed the service staff to deal with ～ which greatly affected the experience mood. But the hotel spa is very comfortable ～ you can experience it.

Hi, we really enjoyed out stay at the norkhil boutique hotel and spa ! it was centrally located, very neat and clean and super prompt with the room service. The hotel staff was also very helpful with suggestions and recommendations for the best restaurants, spa, treks, etc. We loved the ema datshi prepared by the chef and they also made a special gesture of sending a cake for my birthday. It was a memorable stay and we would definitely recommend to our friends and family
