The front desk staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and polite, making the check-in process super fast. They also responded quickly to any questions I had. I have to specifically praise the hotel's food here; the breakfast had a good variety and tasted great, especially the yak meat hotpot, which was absolutely fantastic and reasonably priced. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the overall service level is quite high. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it!

A perfect 5-star review! Shangri-La hotels are always my family's first choice, and they consistently deliver. This was my first stay at the Chengdu location, and it truly exceeded my expectations, especially the afternoon tea and evening happy hour at the Horizon Club – the food was fantastic! I highly recommend it, as long as your budget allows.

The facilities are well-equipped and easy to use, and the soundproofing is excellent. Service was prompt, making my stay comfortable and worry-free. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The location is superb, making it convenient to get around. The room was spacious and bright, and the service was thoughtful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

This has to be one of my favorite hotels. It's not about how luxurious it is, but rather the hotel's ambiance and the incredibly relaxing comfort it offers, which is hard to find elsewhere. It's truly a rare luxury. Just outside the hotel's entrance is a bustling, lively pedestrian street, yet stepping inside feels like entering a secluded paradise. The quiet courtyard with its white walls and dark tiles immediately puts you at ease. I actually spent a few days deliberating between Yard Hotel and Jinjiang Hotel VIP Tower, but I'm so glad I made the right choice for me in the end. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was extensive. There are many places to eat, drink, and shop around the hotel, including the famous Wenshu Monastery. The hotel manager was diligent and responsible, quickly answering all my questions. The front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely choose Yard Hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu.

This hotel is my go-to whenever I'm in Chengdu, whether for leisure or business. The entire hotel has a very elegant design, and there's a subtle, pleasant scent in the air. The staff are all incredibly refined and polite. The room facilities are noticeably newer than those at the Shangri-La across the street, yet it comes at a much more appealing price point than the Shangri-La. Its location is right next to Chengdu's core Taikoo Li district, but it's set back enough from the hustle and bustle. Downstairs, transportation links are excellent, and you never have to worry about traffic jams. Even better, behind the hotel are the winding, intricate alleys of Jiaochangba, which hide countless delicious small eateries and street food stalls. They're well worth exploring, whether for lunch or dinner. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator. Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Extremely satisfied with my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu R&F. As always, the service was excellent. I stayed in room 3910 on the Executive Club Level, originally for 2 nights, and then extended for another 2 nights in the same room. From Stephen's warm welcome at the front desk during check-in, to the meals at the Executive Lounge on the 38th floor, and even the late-night room service order I placed myself – I was truly impressed with Ritz's 24-hour in-room dining. The abalone braised pork was exquisite, the M3 Angus steak was incredibly fragrant, and I absolutely loved the fish maw and lobster wonton. The chef's culinary skills are truly exceptional! The Executive Club Level breakfast doesn't close until 11 AM, which was perfect for me while on vacation. Marriott's management is excellent. I frequently stay at IHG InterContinental Executive Lounges, but for this free-and-easy trip to Western Sichuan, I opted for all Ritz-Carlton hotels: The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu R&F, and The Ritz-Carlton, Jiuzhaigou. Loved them!

After a long trip through western Sichuan, I chose a hotel for my final stop. I hadn't had high expectations, but it was a pleasant surprise. The security guard at the hotel parking lot was very helpful, directing us to park and helping us unload our luggage. The room at this newly opened hotel was also very clean, and even better, it had oxygen. I had a good rest, and the breakfast was delicious and spotless. I also tried tsampa and butter tea for the first time.

The hotel is in the city center. You can see the park and river view opposite. The scenery is very good. There are supermarkets and shopping malls next to it, so shopping is also very convenient. The front desk manager is very warm and polite. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel facilities are also complete. The breakfast is good and the dishes are also rich. I am very satisfied with the stay. The first choice hotel for coming to Mianyang!!! I have stayed here many times since 21 years!!! And I love the breakfast here🤤🤤🤤

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately wowed – definitely a designer hotel! Every corner is thoughtfully crafted, full of aesthetic flair. It felt like staying in a small art gallery. My child absolutely loved watching the high-speed trains 🚄 from the window, clapping with excitement and staying focused for half an hour! ✨ A few things that particularly impressed me: * Since I was traveling with a child, I booked a twin room, and the hotel thoughtfully pushed the two beds together, making it super safe and cozy for my little one. * The soundproofing is excellent. It was as quiet as a library at night. My child slept soundly, and we got some much-needed rest. * The room was quite spacious, with smart controls for everything, a bathtub, a smart toilet, and a projector. The high-altitude view was especially stunning. * Breakfast is extended until 11 AM! This was a lifesaver for us traveling with a child. We could sleep in, then enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Plus, the breakfast spread was extensive, and my little girl was thrilled with it. * It’s only a 10-minute walk to Aegean Shopping Park. We took our child there for dinner in the evening, browsed around the mall afterward, and then walked back to the hotel – perfect!
