The hotel's location is great, close to the scenic area. We were able to arrange a shared car to the park in the morning at a reasonable price. For dinner, we had the yak hot pot at the restaurant, and the portion was incredibly generous. The complimentary ******* milk tea was homemade and tasted authentic and delicious. The kind and shy smile of the ******* auntie, along with her attentive service, made us feel like it was excellent value for money. Jiuzhaigou is breathtakingly beautiful, truly beyond words, and the warm hospitality of Qianhe Hotel made our experience even more unforgettable!

The hotel's location is great, right next to a bar street and very close to Chunxi Road. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. I especially want to thank Xiao Peng from the concierge. When I was dropping off and picking up my luggage, he helped me load all my suitcases into the car and even opened and closed the car doors as I left. I really appreciate his help. However, there are a few downsides. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor; I could clearly hear the wife and kids talking in the next room. Also, since it's an older hotel, there are no power outlets by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient for charging phones. For breakfast, we had to queue for about 15 minutes. While understandable during a holiday, it ultimately indicates that the restaurant's capacity is too small.

Traveling to Dujiangyan with the kids was amazing! I was so caught up in the fun that I didn't go to the hotel first. When I finally got there, I realized our afternoon sightseeing route was super close to the hotel. We ended up walking extra and paying unnecessary parking fees at the scenic spot. The hotel room was incredibly spacious, a duplex in fact, and super clean. They even thoughtfully provided a razor for my husband. Parking was convenient, and getting in and out of the hotel was a breeze. Plus, there were tons of charging stations nearby; I even managed to snag a bargain at 0.4 yuan per kilowatt-hour! The location is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It was so quiet at night too. What a pleasant trip! See you again!

The hotel service is great, and the decor is lovely. Its location is super convenient for sightseeing, and despite being in a scenic area, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The only downside is that the window doesn't seal completely, so cigarette and cooking smells from outside would waft into the room 🙁. The bathroom was also a bit too cramped, but the bed was really comfortable.

Before arrival: On the day of check-in, I received a call asking about my arrival time. Knowing I would be late, they arranged for a turndown service. They also asked my preference for pillows from a variety of options and placed them in the room beforehand. Upon check-in: The room was clean and tidy, and the bathtub was quite large. Being on a high floor, the city night view was very pleasant. During stay: My butler found out it was my birthday and thoughtfully prepared a birthday setup, including a cake. It truly felt like a lot of care was put into it. The hotel also offered three complimentary travel photoshoots. Any additional photos could be purchased. The photography staff were incredibly patient and friendly, and I was very happy with the photos they took, so I didn't hesitate to purchase more. Their team, 'Niguang Travel Photography,' is genuinely excellent. After check-out: The front desk was busy when I left, so I just gave my license plate number and headed out.

I came to Deyang with my parents and this was our first time staying at this hotel. The room was so big and I loved it!!! The breakfast was plentiful; my mom especially loved the braised pork intestines with toppings in the noodles—they were fresh, delicious, and very clean. Parking was convenient. There are lots of delicious restaurants within a 10-minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Deyang, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Service: Extremely satisfied! Before checking in, I communicated that I was traveling with a child and hoped for some kid-friendly arrangements. The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍 Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍

A friend recommended this hotel, saying it was the best in Malkang. Thankfully, the price was reasonable, making it a great value. The hotel is newly renovated and very upscale, with convenient parking and easy access as soon as you enter the city. I loved the laundry room right at the end of the hallway, so I washed all the clothes I'd been storing there for the past few days. There was a wedding downstairs that day, so I went to see the ******* wedding. It was a lively affair, complete with performances. The robot that brought the toothbrush was a bit slow; it arrived after the kids were asleep. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I hope the prices don't increase in the future.

The hotel is in the city center. You can see the park and river view opposite. The scenery is very good. There are supermarkets and shopping malls next to it, so shopping is also very convenient. The front desk manager is very warm and polite. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel facilities are also complete. The breakfast is good and the dishes are also rich. I am very satisfied with the stay. The first choice hotel for coming to Mianyang!!! I have stayed here many times since 21 years!!! And I love the breakfast here🤤🤤🤤

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I booked the 270-degree high-rise room. I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and I was truly amazed when I entered the room. I didn't expect to be able to enjoy Chengdu's night view – the 19th-floor high-altitude view is really fantastic! The room comes with a private hot spring, so you can soak while enjoying the scenery and watching movies. The big screen projection creates a great atmosphere. They even deliver breakfast to your room, which is a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's sky garden is also worth checking out; the green terrace on the 19th floor offers a breezy and pleasant spot to enjoy the view, and it's perfect for taking photos! I'll definitely be back to this hotel.
