The Sonema is, overall, a solid hotel.
What we really liked was the pool area, and the restaurant was also good — especially the staff, who were friendly and attentive. However, in my opinion, the price is too high. Of course, hotels tend to be more expensive, but in the surrounding area you can find similar places for about 15 soles less.
Now to the room: everything is very noisy. Since the bar plays music until late in the evening, they should really consider improving the sound insulation. The water pressure is also not great, though that’s probably because it’s located in the desert.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, because the room simply doesn’t match the price. You can find something similar nearby for around $30–40 less..

The resort is perfectly located near the main town. Extremely large rooms with great amenities. There are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool for the spa (additional cost). Rooms are clean and spacious. There was a good spread for breakfast and the dinner selection was splendid. There is a small private beach with great views of Paracas Reserve.
I totally recommend getting a massage. My therapist was very very good.

A hotel in the rich area of Ica, with a swimming pool and gym, and sanitary conditions are also very good. The disadvantage is that the hotel does not provide any toiletries, even simple shampoo and soap. Breakfast is also quantitative and there is no self-service.

The location is very good, the bus station where Lima comes is right next to it, and the pier to Bird Island is also very close. Peruvian fish is good, and there are many people on the side of the hotel to eat. The water quality of the hotel is not good, and the bottled water outside is also very expensive. The seaside suite is good, two rooms have a big bed and a sofa bed, the hotel's dinner tastes very good, the swimming pool is large, there is a children's pool, the water is shallow and then warm water, there are many seaweeds on the beach, can not be launched, but can see some sea birds, the hotel will light a bonfire on the beach at night, Projection play cartoons, and send you a bunch of marshmallows

The hotel was cute and the staff very friendly , although I wish that the hotel would be better connected to the restaurants down in the nearby village via the beach but it’s not. Luckily we’ve had a car. Other than that I think they need a few more entertainment activities btt it overall I think it was great

The beachfront suite is nice. There is a large bed and a sofa bed in both rooms. The hotel's dinner tastes good. The swimming pool is large, and there is a kiddie pool. The water is shallow and warm. There is a lot of seaweed on the beach, so you can't go in the water, but you can see some seabirds. At night, the hotel will light a bonfire on the beach, project cartoons, and give everyone a bunch of marshmallows.
