Some of my clothes are missing. I have one very expensive shirt two pairs of pants and one bikini bottom all missing for my room. Food is terrible here at least breakfast is terrible. If it costs extra don't bother eat somewhere else. All they do is stick your food in the microwave. Coffee wasn't hot omelette was disgusting with a ton of raw onions in it and some disgusting cheese.As for the pool it's in a great location but quite shallow and not heated. The room is barely okay it's not really a Hilton quality room. People that work in the restaurant are grossly incompetent. They serve rawish bacon and if you want something cooked to hotter they shove everything in the microwave. I would stay here again because of the location but lock your suitcase. I put stuff in the safe and I would imagine that would have been stolen had I not locked the outside of the safe with my own locks and chains. I've never had clothes stolen from a hotel before I asked to speak to the manager but the front desk was not helpful. I had to go to the mall to buy a new shirt. The nicest thing about this hotel is a lobby. I heard that the adjacent restaurant was very good but they had bankers hours. Who closes on a Sunday at a hotel after 5:00? I'll tell you who somebody who has an allergy to money

Wenn wir in der Stadt sind wählen wir meist dieses Hotel. Sehr gutes Buffet zu Mittag das Frühstück hat Potential nach oben. Der Pool auch sehr schön, leider keinen Service. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem.

Súper contenta con este alojamiento. Edificio y departamentos super nuevos. Todo A1, camas comodisimas, ropa de cama A1! El departamento tiene todo lo necesario. La verdad nada de que quejarme. Todo me encantó. Super recomendado y volvería definitivamente!

The hotel is located in the commercial district with convenient transportation.

Clean place ,,good staff ,close to shopping mall,kitchen ,laundry machine ,balcony for people ,who want to relax and possibly smoke a cigarette,building is almost new , considered good area in Asuncion ,rooftop services ,but I didn't try it and good for money

The location is very good. There is a shopping mall next door and another shopping mall just a few minutes walk away. There is a rooftop bar on the hotel's rooftop, with a great view and very reasonable prices.

Wie wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Zimmer auch schon früher beziehen. Der Pool ist sauber und schön zum abkühlen und schwimmen. Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen und das Licht war defekt bzw. hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Man kann auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Trotzdem können wir das Appartement empfehlen und auch wieder hier übernachten.

Service was great, very friendly. Located behind one of the best shopping centre in Asunción in the financial district. A roof bar with a pool is the best part. Good food until 1am. Breakfast is great.

The room was excellent and the view from the desk (workplace) was phenomenal. The pool is also a feast for the eyes. As is the steak restaurant next door. The only downside for me: the breakfast. I have already visited a number of hotels in Asuncion and the breakfast in this hotel is, for my taste, at best passable. The scrambled eggs were inedible (which my companion also confirmed), there was no bacon and even the coffee was not tasty. So I limited myself to cakes/sweets and fruit. There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement here. Otherwise, though, it was great.
