Upon arrival, the staff tried to charge us an additional fee for early check-in without even checking our reservation first. In reality, our reservation had been active since the day before. The room didn't have a hairdryer. Furthermore, when we were leaving, the only elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs. It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers an airport shuttle service. However, the hotel didn't respond to any of the messages we left through Trip or the emails we sent, so we were never able to arrange a pick-up. The location is good and convenient, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. I would only recommend it if you need to get to the airport quickly.

Returning to this awesome Hotel for a second time. It's walking distance to the Baseball stadium. They offer valet parking and everyone is always so nice. Love that you need to a key card to get in and use the elevator!! The rooms are so nice and kept fresh. Decor gives an away from home feeling but simple enough and to theme. We will of course be returning in the future.

Our flight was cancelled due to weather in our layover in Dallas so we picked a feasibly priced hotel near the airport to sleep. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is older and a bit worn but for the price it fit exactly what we needed.

First time to stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be back. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean. I had an excellent view of the water , The breakfast choices were better than I’ve seen in other hotels.

It's the Holiday Inn after all Clean, friendly, good location, and the room had a microwave, which was convenient The only regret was that the bathroom lighting was a little dark I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Houston... ^^

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Galleria Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near the Galleria was perfect. Great amenities and overall a smooth, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

The room was decent, with two 1.5-meter beds and an old-fashioned bathtub in the bathroom where you had to stand to shower. The hotel was said to be a converted prison, located next to a small park. There's a river there, but not the one along the river walk. It's about a five-minute walk to the river. The hotel offers breakfast on the first floor in a small but filling space. They also have a COSCO coffee machine. There's a Domino's Pizza next door; their pizzas are quite good.

Overall Experience: It might be a decent option for someone on a tight budget and just to stay for one night, but I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with better facilities.
