Highly recommend this hotel!
1. The best thing is its location: inside the ancient city, the North Gate leads to the food street and is next to Taigu Bridge; the South Gate connects to Taiwan Road, making it super convenient to reach all the scenic spots and food areas in the ancient city within minutes! You can slowly experience the ancient city by day and night: mornings are peaceful but full of local life, where you can chat with residents and enjoy local breakfast in nearby streets to start a vibrant day; at noon, it's too hot, so head back for a nap and scroll through your phone; at 4 PM, head out to find food or a spot for coffee and just relax; evenings are all about the hustle and bustle!
2. Hotel environment: It has a courtyard design, with flowers and plants everywhere, making it a quiet oasis in the middle of all the action. It offers the warmth of a B&B with the management of a hotel!
3. Room: We chose the 3rd-floor LOFT, which gave the kids their own space. It would have been even more perfect if the view from the balcony was a bit better! The public area on the 2nd floor is also great, you could sit there all afternoon with a coffee or tea.
4. The ancient city offers a variety of snacks, so you can spend a whole day just walking, stopping, eating, and exploring đ Everyone can crossä¸ĺąąĺ Źĺ (Zhongshan Park) to é嚴衯 (Qingnian Road) for more food! I recommend éŚçž¤éĽĺş (Jinqun Restaurant); for a Cantonese foodie like me, it's right up my alley â large portions with that 'wok hei' flavor! It has that street-side stall vibe! We ate there two days in a row. Although the rating isn't high, I've included photos, so you can judge for yourselves.

We drove 7 hours from Ningbo, and this hotel is right in the city center. For a May Day holiday stay, the value for money was pretty good. Getting around the city is convenient by subway, and the station is right downstairs. Plus, the subway was free on May Day! The room was quite spacious, and I was really happy with the double sinks and bathtub. It was also pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was standard; it probably falls a bit short compared to five-star hotels in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area. The parking lot is on B3, and driving down there was a bit of a test for my parking skills. All the popular city attractions were swarming with people, so we skipped them, but Fudao is genuinely great. I recommend going early in the morning or around 5 PM, starting at entrance 3, and walking to entrance 5 or 7. It's about 5 kilometers and takes around 1.5 hours.

This place was lovely.
The room: Clean, modern, no cheap furniture falling apart⌠well-designed. The shower is great. The tea set much appreciated and the water kettle lined with metal so youâre not leaching plastics into your water. The tea was super lovely tooâtea sets without tea would be sad, so this felt complete. Wifi connection was good too.
Service: the people were friendly, helpful, and quick to make suggestions. Even with the language barrier (my fault, I donât speak Chinese⌠yet) we always managed. They also always said a friendly hello back. They also let me choose my room out of two options, which was super appreciated as Iâm very sensitive to smell, and one of them was smoke-free. đ
Environment: on one of the main roads of the old town, that isnât closed off for scooters. Itâs super easy to get to and explore both the old town and more local food options further down the road (highly recommend the fried duck and ginger, youâll see the rotating fryers and smell it well before you see it). Lots of other food and cafes aroundâsharing some pictures of things you can get within 100m.
The only thing is that due to the road and shops and cafes the noise can be quite loud till pretty late on one side of the hotel. I sleep pretty ok being used to cities, but if you want something quiet the rooms on the other side look into a school fieldâmuch quieter.

The hotel's location in Sanfang Qixiang is golden; it's incredibly convenient to visit the 'Love Tree' and other historical blocks. The hotel itself is charmingly antique, with unique and tasteful decor that perfectly captures traditional Chinese aesthetics. From the design of the main entrance to the rockery and pond in the central courtyard, and the elegant ambiance of the rooms, everything complements each other beautifully. Sisters who love taking photos will find plenty of picture-perfect spots.
First, a big thank you to the greeters at the main entrance. When we arrived on the main street outside the hotel on April 1st afternoon, it was raining slightly. A concierge was waiting for us at the street corner, helping us with our luggage â it was such a warm gesture. I had booked two twin rooms on the platform but forgot to include breakfast. The front desk staff member was very helpful and got me the best possible price. Overall, the service was excellent, and all the staff were very enthusiastic.
The complimentary dinner at the hotel was delicious. Traditional Laohua, peanut soup, and other small snacks all had distinct local flavors. We also ordered lychee pork and 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,' which were very good. Breakfast was also rich and varied; we had rouyan fish balls, oyster cakes, and qingtuan (green rice balls). Additionally, the complimentary afternoon tea, with its plum wine, was excellent!
Our three-day, two-night stay was, overall, very pleasant. I would suggest that the hotel consider upgrading some of its facilities, as a few are a bit outdated (for example, the rubber seal on the shower door was peeling off). It would also be great to have a safe in the room.
Thank you, Shuxiang Wenru Hotel, for providing us with such wonderful memories.
Even on a business trip, I got to enjoy beautiful scenery! The Xiangyu Hotel's convenient location with its views of the Jiulong River and garden scenery was truly a balm for the soul. After work, I relaxed in the hot spring to relieve stress, and enjoyed the river view from the balcony. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for both work and rest, making it my top choice for travel. It also provided great photo opportunities! The service was efficient, and the facilities were excellent, suitable for both meetings and leisure. Beauty and quality coexist here. It was raining in Zhangzhou, but my mood was beautiful! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. đ

Our overall stay exceeded expectations! The environment was quiet and pleasant, the room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, promptly responding to our needs and paying great attention to detail. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.
When the hotel first opened, I saw a video about it, so when I came to Zhangzhou this time, I chose to stay here.
Good aspects: The environment is indeed excellent, with a large footprint. The hotel as a whole is grand, and the greenery and views are very pleasant. Soundproofing is decent, and the rooms and public areas are clean. The complimentary sweet soup was delicious, and the fruit was fresh and thoughtful. No strange smells. The parking lot is spacious and clean.
Areas for improvement:
1. During check-in, the front desk was aware that three people, including one child, would be staying in the room, but they didn't ask if we needed extra toiletries, nor were any provided in the room.
2. Throughout our stay, we encountered several staff members, but surprisingly, only four of them actively greeted guests: the young man who delivered disposable cups that evening, the cleaning lady (PA) in the public restroom in the lobby the next day, the staff member in charge of the coffee machine at breakfast, and one front desk staff member during check-out. Many others we saw simply walked past us.
3. The room (5320) had insufficient power outlets. Of the few available, the one at the bar counter was not only unusable, but the entire panel was about to fall off when unplugging something. Additionally, the small desk lacked a tabletop outlet, only having one on the floor, which required crouching to use.
4. The floor of the shower stall and the outer floor were basically at the same level, and the drainage trench was shallow. When showering, water would overflow, which was a bit awkward.
5. As other guests mentioned online, the souvenir was indeed 'invisible' and required guests to ask for it. When we checked out, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and the staff member offered a fan as a gift, which differed from what other guests reportedly received. It also had lower relevance and brand coherence.
6. The Ctrip benefits included a free Didi (ride-hailing) service to the ancient city. The front desk also knew we might go to the ancient city after checking in and were planning to take a taxi, but they did not proactively ask if we needed help arranging a car.
In summary, these are my and my husband's brief impressions after our one-day stay. Overall, for the price during the National Day holiday, the hotel offered very good value in terms of hardware services. However, for female guests hoping for certain 'soft' services in a five-star hotel, it doesn't meet the value and expectations for its price point.

The hotel was good. It's quite close to the attractions I visited, and transportation is convenient. The breakfast was surprisingly good too, with local specialties like 'Laohua' (a type of noodle soup) and fish balls, which were delicious. The room was clean and well-arranged, and I particularly enjoyed the smart toilet â very comfortable. The hotel service was also excellent; I arrived quite late, and they thoughtfully provided an eye mask and earplugs.

I don't often give five-star recommendations for hotels, but this one truly deserves it!
Originally, I planned to stay at a hotel within Sanfang Qixiang, but as Chinese New Year approached, prices skyrocketed to an absurd level, so I gave up on that idea. My child accidentally stumbled upon this hotel online. A quick search showed it was also near Sanfang Qixiang, and the price was just right, so we booked it without hesitation.
Upon arrival, someone helped us with our luggage and took it up to the elevator. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Seeing that we had a child, they even upgraded our room! The upgraded room was fantastic â spacious with a large table, perfect for my child to do some writing. We could also gather around the table and watch TV together, which was very convenient.
The hotel's location is superb, close to all the attractions. Sanfang Qixiang is within walking distance, and Lin Zexu's birthplace memorial is just a ten-minute walk away. Other attractions are also quickly accessible by taxi; we went to Fudao and the Forest Park, and taxis both ways were very convenient.
There's a convenience store downstairs from the hotel, and directly opposite is a shopping mall. Zhu Fugui is inside, along with McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Luckin Coffee, and a whole host of other fast food and coffee shops. On the hotel's ground floor, there's a bakery, a restaurant, and a children's play area. Although the play area is small, it's perfectly adequate, and every evening I saw staff diligently cleaning it. The bakery's bread is very reasonably priced; we even bought a few to take with us when we left Fuzhou. I highly recommend the restaurant on the first floor. We ate dinner there for two consecutive nights. This restaurant ranks second on Dazhong Dianping, the taste is excellent, portions are generous, and it features Fujian specialties. Many locals also dine here, and we noticed it was quite busy in the evenings, which shows how popular it truly is. The service here is excellent, and it offers great value for money â highly recommended! The hotel breakfast is also served at this same restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast entirely considers the guests' experience; in addition to the standard breakfast items found at other hotels, it also offers many Fuzhou local specialties such as Mianxian paste, Laohua, and fish balls, allowing those who don't have time to try local snacks to enjoy them thoroughly at breakfast.
In summary, our whole family was very satisfied with our three-day, two-night stay here. The staff were all very warm and patient. The hotel room was clean and tidy; even for someone with mildć˝ç (germaphobia) like me, I found it exceptionally clean, which shows a lot of genuine effort. I strongly recommend it to everyone, especially tourists visiting Fuzhou with children.

Great location! It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Sanfang Qixiang, and there's a bus stop right across the street, plus it's very close to the subway station. On holidays, you can even get to many places for free, which makes getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors, and the bed was very soft (though I personally prefer a slightly firmer mattress). The staff were really enthusiastic and even combined our bookings so we wouldn't have to switch rooms halfway through our stay. The best part is that the hot water is from a hot spring; after showering, my skin felt so smooth I didn't even need lotion â that's a huge plus for someone from the north! Excellent value for money [grin].

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

YYiyulvjianFirst time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! đŻ
The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water â soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities â this is what a vacation should be like!
The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited!
The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch â I'll save that for next time!
I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! đď¸

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are very thoughtful; they even provide free chargers by the bed, so it's no big deal if you forget yours. The environment is great, with a sea view right outside the window, and you can't hear any traffic at night. As for cleanliness, under the bed and in the sofa crevices were spotless, with no dust accumulation. The service details were meticulous; the front desk even proactively offered a parting gift when I checked out, which was a lovely touch.

MM422358****As a new hotel, Longjiang years are too treasured! The whole service was intimate to foul, the staff took the initiative to help with luggage, detailed introduction of facilities, the demand response was super fast, even when the hot springs were intimately reminded of the time, there was no rusty feeling of the new hotel. The facilities are all new configurations, the intelligent guest control in the room is super convenient, the big bedding is soft and comfortable, and the window is the Jiulong River view; Outdoor more than 30,000 Pingyuan Garden Hot Springs are hidden in green plants, more than a dozen themed pools are full of privacy, as well as heated swimming pools, gyms, parent-child paradises and libraries, whether alone or with a baby can enjoy. The buffet is even more abundant, seafood, ancient early snacks one-stop punch card, with a great location near the ancient city, really a brand new resort with eyes closed and no thunder! The key point is to praise Xiaoye classmates, there is really a question and answer,
AAngbuyangThe hotel exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room. The hotel's location right by Shouxin Park is fantastic, offering a beautiful environment and easy access for strolls. The dining was decent, nothing spectacular, but overall, it was a very good experience. There's a hot spring facility next to the hotel, which I unfortunately didn't get to try, but I look forward to experiencing it on my next visit.
