This hotel boasts an excellent location, right above a commercial street with a subway station conveniently located just outside. There's a charming pedestrian bridge next to the subway, perfect for photos and adding to the overall ambiance. The hotel is also incredibly close to a major shopping mall; cross the bridge, and you're at Vientiane World â truly a superb spot!
Service: The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, genuinely caring for every guest and resolving issues remarkably quickly.
Ambiance: The Japanese-inspired decor creates a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable, and tidy. Staying here was a truly delightful experience.
Highly recommend! đđđ

The environment is elegant, quiet, and surrounded by lush trees, lawns, and a river. The location is superb, very close to the city center and Slender West Lake. The in-house dining is top-notch; the Quyuan morning tea lives up to its reputation, and the Ju restaurant's cooking is excellent. Building 8 has the most central location, Building 18 is very new and refined, and Building 11 offers great value for money, even including hot springs and a travel photoshoot. The family rooms are also quite good.

The hotel is incredibly close to Slender West Lake, offering direct views of the lake from the Teahouse building. It's about a 500-meter walk from the hotel entrance to the East Gate of Slender West Lake. The hotel staff are also very warm and accommodating, always ready to help. They even provided complimentary afternoon tea vouchers.
The Gu Shi Photography Studio on the hotel's M floor is also fantastic. They have a wide variety of Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) available in different seasons and styles. After changing into your chosen outfit, the photographer takes you to beautiful spots around the hotel with props for a photoshoot. The photographer was very patient and friendly, providing various ancient-style props and guiding me to take beautiful pictures. Afterward, you can select your favorite photos one by one, and the photographer will retouch them according to your ideas. My first experience with a Hanfu travel photoshoot was truly wonderful!
The Si Qing Tang Living Room, also on the M floor, offers free calligraphy sessions, both with hard or soft brushes. The service there is also very friendly.

We switched from a hotel near the Grand Canal to this one, a classic five-star establishment. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, truly setting a vacation mood. The concierge service was outstanding. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for a trip to Yangzhou; it feels like Daming Temple, Slender West Lake, morning tea, the Ancient City Park, and Yangzhou Banquet are all part of the hotel's amenities. The best part? Soaking in the hot springs after a long day of sightseeing is the most anticipated moment of the trip. We loved it so much that we immediately extended our stay for another night. Highly recommended! For a family of three, getting this level of service, scenery, and amenities for just 200 per person is truly excellent value. It's definitely our top choice for visiting Yangzhou with kids.
The room was very clean, and the location is quite good, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The service was excellent; they even arranged a late check-out for me. The breakfast was also plentiful. Overall, it's a great choice for both leisure and business travel. đ
A perfect experience! The family room was cozy and comfortable, and the play area was clean and safe. The kids had a blast the entire time, and the adults were able to relax and unwind. Highly recommend! There's a great variety of hot spring pools, including shallow areas perfect for little ones. The water temperature was comfortable and clean, and the kids had so much fun. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are spacious, and the rest areas are very comfortable, allowing adults to relax while kids can run free. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, the experience was fantastic â a one-stop solution for family fun and hot springs. We'll definitely be back!

Basically, the products of Huajiantang must be boutique. The hotel is in a very good location. Behind it is Yumatou, the Grand Canal, and Hua Street. It is quiet in the bustling city. There are noisy gongs and drums outside, and the voices are bustling, but it is very quiet in the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation.
The facilities are very new, it is very comfortable to live in, the room is large enough, and the scenery is very good, not to mention the service, which can be ranked among the top domestic hotels. Basically, the front desk is responsive. I originally wanted to stay for one day, and then I extended it for another day because of the service.
The young lady is very enthusiastic and actively recommends delicious and fun things around, and pays great attention to various service details. For example, when my wife had a birthday, the young lady took photos for her, printed the photos and put them in a wooden frame to give to my wife. I give full marks for this wave of service.
The mineral water used is of the same grade as that of Qingdao St. Regis (Qingdao St. Regis is a top luxury hotel in our Shandong), and the various drinks in the small bar are the same as those used by Beijing Bulgari, and there are also various snacks, all free.
The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far away. It is said to be 150 meters away, but it is conservatively estimated to be 300 to 400 meters. The breakfast is good, but the dinner ordered in the restaurant is indeed average.
This is basically the best (most expensive) hotel in Huai'an, so whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong here.
The room was incredibly bright and spacious! My child absolutely loved the panda-themed decor. From the balcony, you could catch a glimpse of the tigers and enjoy a view of the lake, watching the sunrise in the morning. It's super convenient to enter the zoo directly from downstairs. The zoo's grand circus was spectacular; my 3-year-old was captivated, clapping and cheering. There's a racoon restaurant just beyond the breakfast area, serving lunch and dinner, which really excited my little one! You can even order bubble tea delivery to the hotel đ„€. I was a bit hesitant to use the outdoor hot springs at night because it was so dark, and the indoor pools were a bit crowded with only four or five people. Overall, I'm very satisfied! The package inclusions were perfect for entertaining the kids for two full days.

The room was great, right outside Exit 4 of the subway station, not a long walk. The room was new, and even though I arrived late, they upgraded me as requested.
However, here's the problem: when I went for breakfast, the woman at the registration desk was arguing vehemently with a customer as soon as I entered the restaurant đ„Ž. The customer was relatively calm, but the woman at registration was shouting and was incredibly aggressive. Regardless of who was right, it was extremely rude to speak to a customer. While the service wasn't exactly top-notch, the way that woman talked to the customer was infuriating. Because of one person, I hate the whole place.
Just a casual customer, afraid of getting yelled at, I'm never going back. Other customers considering staying at this hotel, please be careful not to get yelled at đ€«

The hotel belongs to the second phase of the Zhuhai International Conference Center. Since it is further inside, it is also more private. Each room is equipped with a hot spring bathtub, and dense bamboo forests can be seen through the windows. The room facilities are also relatively new, including a smart toilet, which is very avant-garde. However, the wireless signal in the room is not very good, and there is no USB interface, which is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was quite rich, and it was probably shipped from the conference center next door. The service is good, including welcome yogurt biscuits and parting gifts of black rice, like it đ
From 05:30 to 07:30 in the morning, you can go to Zhuhai Park for a walk and check in for free. You can take photos freely because there are basically no tourists.

What we liked: Spacious and nice room design. Separate bath and toilet. Toilet has automatic flush, seat cover is also provided. Lots of snacks and amenities provided. There are amenities at the front desk such as disposable bath cover, disposable floss, mask etc you can collect from front desk. You can also ask for warm bottled water. Responsive staff, can communicate your needs via WeChat, very convenient. There are 3 lifts, very convenient. Snacks and drinks are free. Bath robes, room and bath slippers are provided too. Awesome that we stayed on the same floor as the lobby, very convenient. Location is near metro, malls, shops, and attractions, very convenient. I like that there are bath robes and different types of towels provided. What we think can be improved: We thought the big bath was indoors and wouldnât be so cold in the winter but it has two open windows and it gets quite cold when the wind blows. It takes about 1.5h to fill up about 60-70% of the tub and you need to tap every 30 minutes or so to keep the water flowing. Quite time consuming to get it ready for a bath. Housekeeping is inconsistent, the cleaner left a towel on the floor on one of the days, left a cup unwashed, took away our straws and left the sink cover by the sink instead. They have a centralised heating system so it can get quite hot but the staff offered us a fan and we opened the balcony door for wind to enter so it was comfortable to sleep at night. There was some drilling going on in the early morning around 9-10am, it was just opposite our room so it disrupted my sleep, would be better for them to schedule it during non-sleeping hours. When we were checking out, the staff at the counter shared about them getting audited and if we donât give a five star review, they will get a fine, I had never heard of it from other hotels and found it quite strange. She was insistent on us doing it on the spot even though we have to catch a train, that was not pleasant. We just went ahead to rush for our train. Not much to watch on the TV unfortunately.

Check in was not that easy since nobody was at reception - it was however very late in the evening. Rather than that everything was very good, nice accommodation, cleanliness, organisation. Thanks! Rafael
Food: Breakfast was varied, with westernïŒasian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using Meituan set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.
The hotel is conveniently located, with free parking for those driving. The natural hot springs are tranquil and relaxing, completely soothing any fatigue. The staff were excellent and attentive. The afternoon tea and breakfast were plentiful. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I'd definitely go back.
Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service, which set the tone for an amazing experience for our entire family. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kidsâ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldnât have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and weâre already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great time during our stay at the hotel. Although we stayed only for one night , we managed to enjoy all facilities and did hiking in the morning. If you come here, do not stay in your room, go out and explore! Special thanks to Kevin for upgrading our room!

Very Good
I recommend it. It is also good for family trips. The rooms are large and the beds are relatively wide. The breakfast is also delicious. The swimming pool and hot spring are separated, so everyone can use it for free.
We stayed here for one night at the start of our Yangzhou trip to enjoy the hot springs, and overall it was a mixed but pleasant experience. The room was large and spacious, which we appreciated, but it didnât feel especially comfortable or cosy compared to other hotels we stayed at later in the trip. The layout felt more functional than relaxing. One important thing to note is the private hot spring attached to the room. While it sounds great in theory, in our case it was located close to a road and not very private, with limited screening. The shower area was also visible from outside, which made it feel a bit awkward to use and reduced the sense of privacy we were expecting. That said, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made a positive difference to the stay. The location is very nice, especially if you enjoy walking. The hotel is close to Slender West Lake, with its beautiful old bridges, pathways, and water crossings â very pleasant for a slow walk. We also enjoyed having tea by the lake, although it was a long walk from the hotel. Breakfast offered a good variety, but most items didnât feel very fresh. The coffee, unfortunately, was among the worst weâve had â definitely not one for coffee lovers (said with a smile đ). Overall, this is a good option if your priority is hot springs, walking access to the park, and attentive service, but it may not suit travellers who value privacy, comfort, or a more refined in-room hot spring experience.
