The hot spring pool is a bit small, but it's natural and has a massage jet, so you can soak late into the night. It's really relaxing and helps you sleep well afterwards. Breakfast is just average, but it's enough. The bedroom is quite large, especially compared to other hotels in Japan, which is a plus.
The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second,
upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location on the Yotsubashi line. It's incredibly convenient for tourists, whether you're coming from the airport or returning after a day of sightseeing, as it's right outside the subway exit. This is especially good for tired travelers, as you don't have to walk far.
Facilities: The hotel is somewhat like an economy business hotel. The rooms are small, the hallways aren't very wide; everything feels a bit compact. It seems well-suited for business travelers or solo guests.
Service: The service is good. You can pick up amenities you need from the front desk yourself. If you want your room cleaned, you can put up a sign; otherwise, they won't clean it, but they'll leave fresh towels and amenities on your doorknob daily, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel's highlights are its hot spring and free evening drinks. The hot spring is quiet and comfortable with few people, perfect for relaxing after a long day. For those who enjoy a drink, the complimentary evening beverages can help you unwind and sleep.
Food: The breakfast is also good, offering a variety of typical Japanese dishes.

The hotel is located in a market, a little hard to find. It's about 10 minutes' walk from the subway station. The market is quite nice to visit. It's the kind of local market. There are Chinese services at the front desk. However, the room is quite small. A 26-inch suitcase can barely fit in the room. The hotel has its own hot spring service, but I didn't experience it. There is a bottle of mineral water and a small refrigerator. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
I love the entire resort/hotel has to offer. It is very near Rinku Jr Station but in an isloated corner. The rooms have great ocean views. Breakfast was good quality but quite limited varieties. Free nice onsen but paid gym. Slightly later check out time compared to some other accommodations. If robotic dinosaurs at the reception could change to pokemon or something, would provide a better experience and attract more crowd.

I was skeptical before stepping in but it was a pleasant surprise. They have individual shoe cabinets for you to lock your shoes, they even provide socks to walk around the hotel. The room is very clean and smells good, bed so comfortable i slept so well. The shampoo and conditioner, face and hand wash were of great quality and necessary amenities were provided.
Although its a public onsen, i love the thoughtful free ice cream after onsen which i went once throughout my 3 nights stay, the only bad memory was that at the shower area i could smell strong urine. Other than that everything was perfect. Train station very nearby, lots of food around and a Lawson just next door. I would like to book this hotel again when i return to Osaka.

Overall, the property feels quite dated, understandable as it's been open for a considerable time. The door lock also felt a bit insecure. On the plus side, the room was more spacious than I expected. The onsen bath was also quite small. However, the tatami bedding was surprisingly comfortable.

The location is incredibly convenient, very close to Dotonbori. The Japanese-style interior design and tatami flooring felt really fresh and new. The onsen (hot spring bath) experience was fantastic, and the complimentary ice cream afterward was so refreshing. The free ramen in the evening was also very popular. Being so close to dining and shopping, it's an ideal choice for tourists looking to sightsee and shop.
This is a Japanese hotel chain; I had a good experience staying at one in Tokyo before! The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Namba Station and also a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. It's easily accessible from Kansai Airport by subway in about 40 minutes, and Universal Studios is 50 minutes away by subway. The surrounding area offers great convenience for dining and shopping. There's a FamilyMart across the street and a 7-Eleven next door. Daimaru department store, Ichiran Ramen, and Don Quijote are all within walking distance. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, making it a great choice for shopping and transfers. The hotel facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. Although the breakfast is simple, it's well-prepared. The hot spring bath is very small, probably full with just four people. Self-service laundry is 200 yen, and drying is free. The room is very compact; once you open your suitcase, it's hard to open the bathroom door. On the ground floor, there's a lobby where you can choose pillows of different firmness and heights.
The hotel's night view is absolutely stunning! Every evening before 10 PM, you can watch the bridge and Ferris wheel light show from the 3rd-floor terrace. It's just one subway stop from Universal Studios, and the subway station is right across the street, just a traffic light away. If you prefer to walk, it's about a 15-minute stroll. There's also a Lawson and 7-Eleven just a few hundred meters away. The service is excellent, with friendly and polite staff. Plus, the rooms are super spacious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient. Fukushima Station is right outside the hotel, and Umeda is just one stop away, making it incredibly handy. There's a convenience store downstairs, a yakitori place right across the street, and even a delicious revolving sushi restaurant on the hotel's first basement floor – all excellent dining options! A pretty famous Oden restaurant (about a 7-8 minute walk away) is also worth checking out! Our family of four had a great rest with the four beds provided. Plus, it's not far from Universal Studios either.

Great
Ssingin-LThis hotel has a hot spring, and complimentary alcoholic beverages and Häagen-Dazs ice cream are available in the afternoon. Plus, there are different activities offered daily at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for guests to experience.
It's very close to the subway station, with a convenience store and a convenience store restaurant nearby, which is super handy. Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai Market are right across the street.
There are also many anime shops in the area, and Kuromon Market is just a short walk away.
It's definitely worth staying here.
GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic. Close to universal studios,train station and lots of convenient stores. The room was small for three men but managed to make it work. The under the sea theme rooms are impressive and the window view good but if you want a better view go up to the onsen and you'll have a spectacular view of the city. For an extra few dollars give the onsen a try it is amazing

OOlpl+The location was really nice, very serene with lots of mountains surrounding the ryokan;
+Relatively easy to access (pretty far from Osaka, but close to the train station);
+Staff speaks English, so you shouldn't have issues with communication;
+They have a lot of instructions/maps/manuals on how to fully enjoy the ryokan, so you shouldn't have trouble figuring out the basics.
~Food was mostly ok, nothing bad or spectacular, good portions;
~Although they do have some SPA elements, it's really not a lot (basically nothing except hot springs and massage)
-It's certainly on the older side (not in the sense of it being particularly historical, rather that it would benefit from some renovations), but maybe that adds to the ambiance for some people;
-The actual inn territory is rather small, so you won't have much to explore without going outside.
Overall, I think it's a good first ryokan to familiarize yourself with the culture a bit, but I wouldn't necessarily refer to it as particularly impressive/authentic experience.

JjbbfbbMe and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. The hot spring was really good the room, even though it was very small. It was adequate enough and the hotel staff were very friendly and everything else was good. We would consider coming back here again if we are ever in Osaka.
