The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic !! Just a short walk from Al Ain Mall 🛍️ The rooms were spotless ✨ and very comfortable, and I was truly impressed with how professional, polite, and understanding the service staff were 🙌😊 Everything about my stay felt smooth and welcoming, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Al Ain 💯👏

Nice comfy hotel with good amenity. The location is convenient as it has a supermarket nearby, great cafes around and Asia food.

Well placed and silent and 100% clean rooms next time i will try not to take a room which have connecting doors

Location was amazing. Room was good only need to have cabinets and coffee. They offer 1 free back of wood for the bonfire 🔥 but its not enough and extra one will be 50 AED very expensive so I suggest to them to make it at least 2 , luckily I had extra already Rood instead is not asphalt but you can use sedan car better if 4x4 or SUV Food is good but when arrived was not hot enough but its not there fult because the restaurant is far from the rooms I would like to say Thank you for the amazing stuff Mr Ariel .- Nasser- Meryam -Adil - Ben It's really a magical place to stay specially for cables

Had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Loved the central location and the rooftop pool! Special thanks to Raja from housekeeping for keeping everything perfect.

Since Al Ain is a very small and remote city, there are no hotel options to stay at the zoo for one night. The room is very general, the decoration style of decades ago, the facilities are very old, and the furniture in the room is old. Regardless of the good attitude of the hotel staff, the breakfast is in line with the standard of a five-star hotel. In addition, I booked a mountain view room, but the room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, and I was too lazy to change it...

Our stay at the villa was truly enjoyable. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax, but also included practical features that were perfect for getting a bit of work done. One highlight was the dedicated table and proper lighting setup—ideal for working remotely or taking care of personal business. The setup was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to stay productive when needed. The food provided was also a pleasant surprise. Whether ordered in or enjoyed on-site, it was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with a good variety of options. We also believe we received an upgraded booking, as the villa felt even more spacious and well-appointed than expected—definitely a nice touch that added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a great mix of comfort, convenience, and quality. Would definitely recommend it for both leisure and work-oriented stays.

Nice place for a quick trip to Al ain. The hotel and infrastructure are a bit old but nicely maintained. The place is a bit isolated but the amnesties are good.

I stayed over with a couple of friends, and overall, it was definitely worth the price. Ms. Moshi, who checked us in, was very polite and friendly, she even made conversation with us, which was a nice touch. The room service food was decent and reasonably priced, though the service was a bit slow we had to call twice for towels and slippers. The water slides were unfortunately closed during our stay (they are only open till sunset), but the other amenities were open. The pool water was quite cold (understandably, since it’s in the mountains), but we still had a great time. It also mentions billiards, though when we asked, we were told it’s not available. Despite that, it was still a fun and enjoyable stay, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it, I would definitely book it again for a longer stay.
