Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. The building and the amenities are good. The receptionist and security guards were helpful. My biggest problem is the noise of cleaning crew at midnight. I’m not sure if they know that the rooms are not sound proof. I reported an issue with the power turning off then on again. Took a long time to resolve it by having me transfer to another room. The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The complimentary airport pick-up service was a huge relief, and our driver, Raphael, was polite and professionally dressed. As a non-smoking hotel, the environment was wonderfully fresh (a 3000 peso deposit is required). The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: there's an ATM next to the elevator, an Italian restaurant called IL Morso and a coffee shop on the ground floor, and even a Japanese bar, Chilo, on the fourth floor. You can even book in-room spa services, so there's no need to leave the hotel! The room had an amazing view directly facing the volcano. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise at night, as my room was street-facing. I'd recommend requesting an inner room if possible. We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.

Average. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!FromPKR 25,586
