1. The location is walk away from the platform no 1. Just that you need to cross the divider. Otherwise need to walk a bit and take a u turn via the vehicle route. 2. The best part about this place is the people. They are very well behaved and co-operative. They make it the property worth 4 stars even though the property is a bit expensive and you may need to demand water bottle etc. Sometimes. But they are very co-operative 3. Doormat near the washroom was missing in our room and that made things dirty a bit. The door to the wasroom was noisy a lot which could break the sleep of our roommate in the night. Also, the reception area being close to the rooms, the mobile ringtone in the night can be disturbing. 4. Good is not great but they do serve breakfast for free.

The jcb machine was operational throughout the night & it was impossible to sleep . What was the use of paying a high price in the name of the heritage property … rooms were small & everything is old including ac & linen … Over all not at all a satisfactory stay …

Saw a lot of mixed reviews, was a little worried but it turned out pretty well. Room was quite spacious and clean. Everything was provided all kits and room service was prompt too. Though i found a mosquito but the room had all out. The only thing was its cost almost 7k without breakfast was too much seeing the property and room.

We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. Location though was easy bang opposite Hotel needs to correct that. Very misleading info. The hotel reception staff that day was awful. Though rooms are average but it seems property is quite old. Room wall papers are peeling. Staff talks in loud voice in the corridor outside which disturbs the ppl inside the rooms. The room otherwise would have merited not more than 2000 on other than Kumbh days. Food was average and averagely priced too. Beds were clean and bathroom too was average clean. One can say that was the only saving grace. I booked in majboori only Should be booked in majboori only.
