In Las Vegas, the Black Sea in Batumi, this hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the sea. There are pharmacies ATM local supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurant lights in the surrounding area. But the hotel was renovated many years ago. It is slightly old, but the service of the service staff is in place and can ignore those old facilities. On the contrary, it gives people a sense of historical immersion. Batumi city is very small, taxis are recommended to call the local car software BOLT, very cheap, basically not more than 30CNY. The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

I'd like to point out the hotel's excellent location and delicious breakfast with a decent selection. The reception staff's friendliness was definitely average; they didn't seem particularly interested, and they couldn't even find a vase for flowers or offer even a bucket as an alternative. Haven't they ever had a single guest with a bouquet in their entire history? And of course, the hotel needs renovation. The plumbing in particular. The bathroom faucet didn't have a strainer, causing it to splash water everywhere. The shower head was literally falling apart, and we both got scratched. And the smell from the pipes, apparently... it made the whole room smell like a toilet. The bed was good, but there was no light at all except the overhead light, although judging by the switches, there used to be some lamps on the nightstands. All in all, a potentially great hotel, but a very tired one.

Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Каждый день этот отель преподносил неприятные сюрпризы. Никому не советую ехать в этот отель.

We stayed at the hotel from April 11th to 14th, 2026, as a couple. The hotel is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport (taxi fare is 7 Lari, approximately 210 rubles). You can call Yandex Taxi. The administrators at the hotel speak Russian. They explained everything clearly, gave us two keys, and showed us to our room. The room was very spacious, like a full one-bedroom apartment, with plenty of storage. Our room had a balcony with a sea view. It was a corner balcony, but you could still see the sea. We were on the 21st floor. There are many elevators, so you don't have to wait. The elevators are fast and smooth. The bathroom had a water heater, so there were no issues with hot water. There was plenty of water for two people. The electric towel dryer in the bathroom was super – the bathroom wasn't cold, and there was no dampness. One night it was cool, so we turned on the air conditioning for heat, and the room was perfect. There's a refrigerator and a safe. Besides the large, comfortable double bed, there's also an armchair that converts into a bed, if needed. There's a TV with many channels, and the quality is good. Definitely book a room with meals included! You won't regret it at all. The hotel has a restaurant. In the morning, you go up for breakfast, and they offer 6 menu options to choose from. The menu is substantial, and the presentation is like a restaurant! It's sooooo delicious. I had breakfast #3: croissant with spinach, scrambled eggs, vegetable salad, and casserole. Coffee, orange juice, tea, and milk are unlimited. Overall, the restaurant is excellent. The food is tasty. However, it's not cheap. Khinkali is about 2 Lari per piece, and you can order a minimum of 5. Khachapuri on a skewer is 20 Lari. Pork shashlik is about 40 Lari for 390g (but they gave us many pieces with bones! That was unpleasant). Typically, our average dinner bill came out to around 80 Lari without alcohol. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on the restaurant menu. We often ordered takeout (the 10% discount also applied) and ate everything in our room. This was because we bought wine for our room (wine in the restaurant was x2 the price). Plus, it was convenient to have dinner in the room right after a shower and then relax in bed. The sea is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The promenade is wide, long, and clean. Be prepared for many stray dogs in Batumi, but they are all friendly. We almost always traveled by taxi, calling Yandex, even though the city is quite small and everything is very close by. There are many currency exchange offices near the hotel. For the most part, all exchange offices have a similar rate. There's a Spar supermarket near the hotel, and many other shops a bit further away. There's also a large shopping mall across the street. The hotel is quiet. There are no rowdy or noisy guests. I want to specifically highlight the staff. They are wonderful people. Thank you to them! Very polite. I especially want to mention the administrator (a young man, I regret not remembering his name). He helped us buy tickets to Tbilisi. We couldn't pay for the tickets with our own card, and he bailed us out by paying with his own card. That was simply fantastic, a huge thank you to him. The room is cleaned every day, but we hung the 'do not disturb' sign because it was already clean. We were only there for 3 days. The towels are clean and fluffy. The bed linen is clean. There are two pillows per person on the bed. The pillows are good. The mattress is medium-firm, just how I like it. You can't feel the springs. Outside, you might encounter male beggars (Georgians). They seem to start a polite conversation with you, saying 'gamarjoba', asking where you're from, etc., engaging you in conversation, and then they ask for money. Any banknotes will do for them. I don't know if they bother women as much, but they often cornered my husband. They'll literally reach out to shake hands, and that's how it starts. We always said we had just arrived, had money on our card, and hadn't had a chance to exchange it yet. Also, be careful with Georgians selling excursions. As you walk past them, they'll speak to you in almost a commanding tone, telling you that you *must* go on an excursion with them. Just smile and pretend you don't understand anything, or that you've just arrived and aren't planning to go anywhere yet, haven't planned anything, etc. Conclusion: I definitely recommend booking this hotel. The staff is super, breakfasts are excellent, everything is clean, fresh, wonderful, and the view is good. You will not regret it at all. Don't hesitate, book this place!

The place is good and well-organized, with everything you need like a washing machine, iron, and a small kitchen. It's clean, but not the best. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas within walking distance. The only issue I had was that after the apartment was cleaned, my pajamas went missing. I asked at the reception, and they said the cleaning staff wasn't there. Since check-out was early in the morning, I gave them my number to contact me if they found them. Honestly, this whole thing made me uneasy; if pajamas can be stolen, what about other belongings? I was a bit stressed and insisted on following up to see if there would be any action, but unfortunately, they didn't care at all and didn't take the matter seriously. If you book here, make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don't let anyone in to clean.

Мы были окружены заботой и помощью в любых вопросах - от советов до покупки билетов в Тбилиси. От отеля пешком до моря всего 5 минут прогулочным шагом. Море - чистое и теплое. Чуть вдалеке от трассы, а потому ночью тихо. До действительно вкусных кафе - также 5 минут пешком. В номере есть все, что нужно, но если понадобится что-то сверх того - персонал готов помочь круглосуточно. В отеле всегда есть горячая вода в душе, кондиционер в номере спасал нас от июльской жары. В отеле идеальная чистота и крайне гостеприимный персонал. Мы с нетерпением ждем возможности вернуться, спасибо, Egrisi и Зауру за гостеприимство!

Overall, the apartment was decent for a one-week stay. The pros: great location near the sea, being on a floor above 20 with sea views was spectacular. It had two rooms, which was convenient, and we could cook our own meals (there was a stove and all necessary cooking utensils). Shops were nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the towels, bed, pillows, and mattress were all good. The apartments themselves are still quite new. Now for the cons: terrible soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin (you can hear snoring or conversations from next door). The Wi-Fi was bad, constantly freezing or slow, and the TV used internet-based channels. There was no housekeeping; they changed towels once in a week but never even cleaned the toilet, etc. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell, it was a nightmare. There are only three elevators, so there can be significant queues in the evenings. All in all, for the price we paid, it was tolerable, but we're unlikely to return here (to this specific hotel).

Карту от номера дали одну, очень неудобно конечно, естественно, электричество без неё не работает, если надо куда-то обоим в разные места, ну как-то приходится решать. Отличное расположение, до любых достопримечательностей можно дойти за 5-15 мин, до моря -2-3 мин. Но это центр курортного района, поэтому любые магазины и кафе с высокими и оч высокими ценами. В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20. Комната оч маленькая. Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу. Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!! Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё! Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!! Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса! По итогу -всё хорошо, кроме завтрака, который они так рекламируют!!!

Это шикарнейший инстаграмный отель!!! Виды потрясающие, дух захватывает. Такой там чистый воздух и так хорошо спится. Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года.

The listing stated check-in was at 4 PM, but we requested an early check-in for 11 AM beforehand, which was confirmed. However, we ended up waiting in the hotel lobby until 2 PM. Then, a hotel employee told us to give him 200 Lari, and he would arrange an early check-in. We pointed out that there were only two hours left until the official check-in time, and he replied that there was no guarantee we would even be checked in by 4 PM. In the end, we agreed to give him 100 Lari, and he promised to upgrade us to a premium room. He didn't put the money in the till. We did get an early check-in, but definitely not a premium room. Let me tell you this: they deliberately make things difficult for you so you'll pay extra.

The water in the bathroom basin is blocked and it is not hygienic. The restaurant has flies flying on the food. This is a problem. Facilities, the room size is small, and there is nowhere to put the suitcase. The better aspect is near the center of the old city. It is very close to the European Square and the church. We stayed in a 'Premium' suite. The concept of the complex is good, and the room itself is spacious. Pros: There's a swimming pool, grocery stores on-site, and a cafe. However, there are many downsides: the room lacks adequate lighting in the evening, the threshold in the bathroom is broken, causing water to leak from the shower with no drain to catch it. The showerhead sprays everywhere. The furniture feels flimsy, clearly an attempt to cut corners. Housekeeping is very mediocre. There's absolutely no soundproofing. Overall, if they improve the service, get a maintenance crew in, and fix some of these 'flaws,' it could be good. It definitely doesn't live up to being a 'Premium' suite.

Спасибо людям, которые писали в отзывах, как найти отель. Без них мы наверное никогда его не нашли. Это огромное здание, в котором находится казино. Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно обойти его и со стороны двора войти в дверь, где написано Reception B, и на лифте подняться на 33 этаж. В целом вариант неплохой. Мы брали номер Junior. Диван не раскладывается, для второго ребенка нам поставили дополнительную раскладушку. Есть маленький балкончик. Но вид не такой шикарный как на фото, потому что кругом стройка. Задние стоит торцом к морю, из номеров море видно, но между другими зданиями. Мы жили 5 дней. Номер убирали каждый день, полотенца поменяли на 4ый день. Постель нам каждый день заправляли, но вроде не меняли. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор очень маленький. Само кафе тоже маленькое, но уютное, там же на 33 этаже. Персонал все молоденькие девочки, по-русски почти никто не говорит, общались на английском. Депозит с нас не брали. Обратный вылет у нас был поздно вечером, мы попросили оставить сумки до вечера, оставили без проблем, но камеры хранения у них нет, просто на ресепшене стояли. Очередей в лифт не было (как в соседних заданиях orbi).

We were fully delighted with staying at the hotel. The hotel is clean, everywhere order. We were settled in an absolutely new room in which no one had lived before us. Everything fresh, correct and very comfortable.The cleaning was regular on the floor, but we didn't order, we just changed all the towels and gave water, tea, coffee. Special thanks to the staff on the respiratory - very responsive and pleasant people. Ready to answer any questions and help.

Very clean room, and a friendly front desk. The hotel is conveniently located near some good restaurants. However, it was a bit strange that a lot of non-guests were coming and going from the lobby on my floor.

Overall, the apartment was decent for a one-week stay. The pros: great location near the sea, being on a floor above 20 with sea views was spectacular. It had two rooms, which was convenient, and we could cook our own meals (there was a stove and all necessary cooking utensils). Shops were nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the towels, bed, pillows, and mattress were all good. The apartments themselves are still quite new. Now for the cons: terrible soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin (you can hear snoring or conversations from next door). The Wi-Fi was bad, constantly freezing or slow, and the TV used internet-based channels. There was no housekeeping; they changed towels once in a week but never even cleaned the toilet, etc. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell, it was a nightmare. There are only three elevators, so there can be significant queues in the evenings. All in all, for the price we paid, it was tolerable, but we're unlikely to return here (to this specific hotel).

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with fresh renovations. The location is super convenient: attractions, the promenade, the sea, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room comes with towels, a bathrobe, a hairdryer, a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, glasses, and a large TV. Breakfast was pretty standard: eggs, omelets, sausages, fresh and stewed vegetables, bread, pastries. There was also cottage cheese and yogurt, and pancakes. I would have liked to see some porridge added.

The listing stated check-in was at 4 PM, but we requested an early check-in for 11 AM beforehand, which was confirmed. However, we ended up waiting in the hotel lobby until 2 PM. Then, a hotel employee told us to give him 200 Lari, and he would arrange an early check-in. We pointed out that there were only two hours left until the official check-in time, and he replied that there was no guarantee we would even be checked in by 4 PM. In the end, we agreed to give him 100 Lari, and he promised to upgrade us to a premium room. He didn't put the money in the till. We did get an early check-in, but definitely not a premium room. Let me tell you this: they deliberately make things difficult for you so you'll pay extra.

The location of the host was ideal to the sea 5-7 minutes walk. I lived in a female room, on 4 beds with a balcony exit (you can smoke). I liked that each bed was closed by a curtain. I didn't like the truth that the lights were burning all night walking through the floor that even through the curtain prevented me from sleeping. There are lockers. Staff doesn't speak Russian. Two saunas and two showers. Very cozy lobby with beautiful chairs. I would come back here again.

Adding to my previous review, the air conditioning occasionally starts vibrating. The reason is simple: loose nuts. I asked the front desk for a wrench. Instead, they sent someone without tools. I managed to center it somehow, and it seems to have stopped vibrating. This situation is a bit surprising. My conclusion is, if you're immune to noise, it's a great hotel. The power went out for an hour, but the hotel has a powerful diesel generator. Locks worked, elevators worked, and the reception was operational. A definite plus for the hotel.
