I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely delighted! From the moment I stepped in, I felt well taken care of. I was greeted with a warm smile at reception, check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room and gave me tips on the most atmospheric cafes and interesting attractions nearby. The staff are incredibly attentive and responsive – if you have a question, they'll immediately provide detailed information and assistance. The hotel's interior is meticulously designed: stylish details, a pleasant color scheme, and a cozy atmosphere. The exterior is equally impressive: the building looks elegant and blends harmoniously with the city landscape. The hotel also has its own parking. The location is simply excellent: within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Interactions with the staff left a truly pleasant impression – everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. You don't just feel like a guest, but a valued visitor. I will definitely return here again and happily recommend this hotel to my friends!

A large room, pleasant toiletries, a comfortable mattress (though a bit short for someone 180 cm tall), plenty of pillows, heated floors in the bathroom, helpful reception staff, and an excellent breakfast. The room has a kettle and capsule coffee machine, along with Lavazza tea and capsules, including decaf. We checked in two hours early. Two swimming pools. Still, due to the tiredness of the rooms, this is a 4-star hotel instead of a 5-star hotel. Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet. Some shelves in the closet need to be updated and the furniture needs to be dry-cleaned. The towels need to be more carefully monitored for wear. The rooms also have vinyl wallpaper, which can easily be cleaned from tea and coffee stains, but for some reason, cleaning seems to ignore this.

We had issues during check-in. We had booked a suite for a family of four – two adults and two children aged 7 and 12. Upon entering the room, we realized there were no beds for the children. The front desk promised to resolve the issue once, then twice, then three times, and by the fourth time, we had to get assertive. Eventually, sleeping arrangements were made for everyone, but it took us 7 hours of constant reminding. Overall, it's a great hotel with good breakfasts, a gym, and an indoor pool. The cleaning is good, and the staff is polite.

In Las Vegas, the Black Sea in Batumi, this hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, built by the sea, and has a panoramic view of the sea. There are pharmacies ATM local supermarkets, Indian restaurants, Ukrainian restaurants, Georgian restaurants, Georgian seafood restaurant lights in the surrounding area. But the hotel was renovated many years ago. It is slightly old, but the service of the service staff is in place and can ignore those old facilities. On the contrary, it gives people a sense of historical immersion. Batumi city is very small, taxis are recommended to call the local car software BOLT, very cheap, basically not more than 30CNY. I booked this hotel for 2000 rubles a night, come on! Then I read a bunch of bad reviews saying it was a waste of money, dirty, etc. But for me personally, everything was great. My room was nice, they checked me in kindly, and they were always reachable. (Block K) The only inconvenience was the casino music 24/7, but that's the only downside. I had a blast in every sense!

My wife and I stayed here from May 3rd to 8th, 2026. It's a good hotel with an excellent location. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely the best. The breakfasts were delicious. However, you have to specifically request toothbrushes, and sometimes they forget to bring them. Also, the exhaust fan downstairs makes a constant, loud humming noise.

The hotel is a bit old and looks quite different from the photos, but that doesn't make it a bad place at all. A significant downside is that the spa and pool area weren't working. The hotel promotes itself as vintage and antique, which helps to mask its age well. We booked the cheapest room, but it had all the necessary amenities, even a veranda with a city view. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed, and the room was regularly stocked with water, tea, coffee, and a small kettle. The room itself was clean. The location is perfect, with all key attractions within walking distance, essentially right in the city center. I especially want to mention the beautiful dining hall and the varied breakfast; there was a wide selection, all the food was delicious, and it changed daily. Overall, I liked the hotel. It has its quirks, of course, but for the price, it's excellent and pleasant accommodation.

The location is excellent, right on the seafront, with a full sea view, at least in my room. It's several stories high in a residential complex, starting on the 14th floor. The finishing is decent, and there are decent household cleaning supplies. Now for the bad news: 1. The superior room I stayed in seemed to have a decent size, but in reality, it was a narrow, long corridor and a tiny little room. 2. As of mid-May 2026, construction has begun right under my window. The noise from construction equipment is constant. 3. The hotel doesn't have parking!!!! Even though it's listed in the amenities (as usual... Georgia...). The staff sends you to the university parking lot, which is extremely busy during the day and full at night. I was on a motorcycle, and of course I found a space. But for travelers traveling by car, it will be difficult. During the day, the parking lot is packed into several rows. Would I come back to this hotel? 100% not.

Не меняли белье и халаты , тапочки в течение 11 дней. Уборщица делает замечание и хамит постояльцам в СПА. Подушки гигантские, спать не аозиожно. Выбора подушек нет. В ресторане отеля получили сильное отравление, скорее всего мясом. По ночам музыка в бассейне не отключается. Орёт, спать не возможно. Во время пребывания возник пожар, персонал отеля очень старался, однако было видно, что он не обучен действовать в чрезвычайных ситуациях, а руководство отеля даже не потрудились принести извинения перед постояльцами. Каждый день этот отель преподносил неприятные сюрпризы. Никому не советую ехать в этот отель.

We were accommodated in a sea-view apartment on the 22nd floor. As mentioned earlier, the staff speaks Russian, they're very helpful, and they even offered to help us buy train tickets to Tbilisi! We didn't have meals, so we ate breakfast wherever we could, including downstairs. The staff was equally friendly and helpful. There's also a great cafe in the building next door. The elevators are efficient, with three passenger elevators. The room is spacious, with plenty of room to move around, as is the bathroom. The shower was on IVF, so after you'd thoroughly washed your hair, everyone else wouldn't get a chance, so we had to wait. Our bathroom door also had trouble opening (it kept hitting the floor), and the sink leaked. In the shower, unless you hold the shower head in your hand, it would pour down the glass onto the edge and the floor. But it wasn't a big deal, and we got used to it. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens every three days. Mosquitoes sometimes fly onto the floor, so be aware. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, which is convenient. The balcony had room for two chairs, so you can sometimes sit there and drink wine. The old town (ski lift) is just an hour's walk away. We walked along the embankment every day; it's very large and beautiful! Near the hotel there are many currency exchange offices, shopping centers, fresh bread, shops, etc. We are happy with our choice and recommend it.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment and generally felt very comfortable. We especially loved the location on the 23rd floor and the beautiful balcony with the view. The apartment was modern, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. Although the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, it didn't bother us much overall. The bed was comfortably firm and very cozy, the closets were large enough, and the bathroom was particularly nice and spacious. Even small details like toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided. The hand and bath towels were clean, soft, and lovely and fluffy. The kitchen was well-equipped with glasses, cutlery, a small knife, etc., so it was easy to prepare something small. However, dish soap, a sponge, and a dishcloth were missing, which we found a bit disappointing. A few things could still be improved regarding cleanliness: Unfortunately, the floor wasn't entirely clean – our feet were quite dirty after walking barefoot. The fabric sofa also had some noticeable stains. However, the most unpleasant issue was the occasional smell from the drain in the bathroom. It was sometimes so strong that it was hard to stay in the bathroom and even caused headaches. Luckily, this didn't happen constantly. Aside from these points, we really liked the apartment. It's a beautiful, modern, and cozy apartment with a great view – we would generally come back and hope that the minor issues have since been resolved.

However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible. The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

Карту от номера дали одну, очень неудобно конечно, естественно, электричество без неё не работает, если надо куда-то обоим в разные места, ну как-то приходится решать. Если вас ещё и больше двух, может стать проблемой.В остальном все ок- при заезде всё было чисто, хозяин апартаментов всегда на связи, всё работает, никаких доплат сверху заявленного не просили. В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20. Комната оч маленькая. Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу. Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!! Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё! Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!! Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса! По итогу -всё хорошо, кроме завтрака, который они так рекламируют!!!

Это шикарнейший инстаграмный отель!!! Виды потрясающие, дух захватывает. Такой там чистый воздух и так хорошо спится. Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года.

We stayed in a 'Premium' suite. The concept of the complex is good, and the room itself is spacious. Pros: There's a swimming pool, grocery stores on-site, and a cafe. However, there are many downsides: the room lacks adequate lighting in the evening, the threshold in the bathroom is broken, causing water to leak from the shower with no drain to catch it. The showerhead sprays everywhere. The furniture feels flimsy, clearly an attempt to cut corners. Housekeeping is very mediocre. There's absolutely no soundproofing. Overall, if they improve the service, get a maintenance crew in, and fix some of these 'flaws,' it could be good. It definitely doesn't live up to being a 'Premium' suite.

Спасибо людям, которые писали в отзывах, как найти отель. Без них мы наверное никогда его не нашли. Это огромное здание, в котором находится казино. Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно обойти его и со стороны двора войти в дверь, где написано Reception B, и на лифте подняться на 33 этаж. В целом вариант неплохой. Мы брали номер Junior. Диван не раскладывается, для второго ребенка нам поставили дополнительную раскладушку. Есть маленький балкончик. Но вид не такой шикарный как на фото, потому что кругом стройка. Задние стоит торцом к морю, из номеров море видно, но между другими зданиями. Мы жили 5 дней. Номер убирали каждый день, полотенца поменяли на 4ый день. Постель нам каждый день заправляли, но вроде не меняли. Завтраки вкусные, но выбор очень маленький. Само кафе тоже маленькое, но уютное, там же на 33 этаже. Персонал все молоденькие девочки, по-русски почти никто не говорит, общались на английском. Депозит с нас не брали. Обратный вылет у нас был поздно вечером, мы попросили оставить сумки до вечера, оставили без проблем, но камеры хранения у них нет, просто на ресепшене стояли. Очередей в лифт не было (как в соседних заданиях orbi).

The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas within walking distance. The only issue I had was that after the apartment was cleaned, my pajamas went missing. I asked at the reception, and they said the cleaning staff wasn't there. Since check-out was early in the morning, I gave them my number to contact me if they found them. Honestly, this whole thing made me uneasy; if pajamas can be stolen, what about other belongings? I was a bit stressed and insisted on following up to see if there would be any action, but unfortunately, they didn't care at all and didn't take the matter seriously. If you book here, make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don't let anyone in to clean.

Let's start with the location. Some people think it's a long way to the sea, but I'd say it's equally easy to get there from this point. Yandex.Go works here, and rides around the city cost 5-7 lari. The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are luxurious, living up to the luxury label. The service is excellent. The entire staff is responsive and friendly. The balcony is spacious. The place is quiet, and the city noise doesn't bother us. We really enjoyed it here. If we're ever in Batumi, we'll definitely come back. The room is a duplex, very spacious and beautiful, and the hotel facilities are complete. The location is excellent, with many attractions nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the waterfront. The service was great, and they were quick to help solve any issues. The only thing to be aware of is the lively band at the bar next door, whose music plays until 12:30 AM. The hotel tried to intervene but it didn't work. I decided if you can't beat 'em, join 'em, so I went to the bar for a bit. I got to see a more free-spirited side of the locals, which I guess was another kind of travel experience.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment and generally felt very comfortable. We especially loved the location on the 23rd floor and the beautiful balcony with the view. The apartment was modern, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. Although the walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, it didn't bother us much overall. The bed was comfortably firm and very cozy, the closets were large enough, and the bathroom was particularly nice and spacious. Even small details like toothbrushes and other toiletries were provided. The hand and bath towels were clean, soft, and lovely and fluffy. The kitchen was well-equipped with glasses, cutlery, a small knife, etc., so it was easy to prepare something small. However, dish soap, a sponge, and a dishcloth were missing, which we found a bit disappointing. A few things could still be improved regarding cleanliness: Unfortunately, the floor wasn't entirely clean – our feet were quite dirty after walking barefoot. The fabric sofa also had some noticeable stains. However, the most unpleasant issue was the occasional smell from the drain in the bathroom. It was sometimes so strong that it was hard to stay in the bathroom and even caused headaches. Luckily, this didn't happen constantly. Aside from these points, we really liked the apartment. It's a beautiful, modern, and cozy apartment with a great view – we would generally come back and hope that the minor issues have since been resolved.

Отличное расположение, до любых достопримечательностей можно дойти за 5-15 мин, до моря -2-3 мин. Но это центр курортного района, поэтому любые магазины и кафе с высокими и оч высокими ценами. В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20. Комната оч маленькая. Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу. Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!! Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё! Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!! Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса! По итогу -всё хорошо, кроме завтрака, который они так рекламируют!!!

The hotel is at the end of the Boulvar - 30-40 minutes walking from the center,but if you make it in the evening,you will see the whole city in the attractive light.The hotel room is fine,but the restaurant is too small for the number of rooms they have and at 1 hour before breakfast ends the amount of food is limited and never replaced.

We didn't expect to find such a great hotel for the price! We had an emergency flight to Georgia within an hour because we needed to catch another connecting flight. We booked right before checking in and were amazed that you could get such a cool hotel for such a low cost. Our main goal was just to sleep, so we were pleasantly surprised. We have something to compare it to, as we visited 4 countries on this trip, and this was the only place with such an amazing price-quality ratio.

We had issues during check-in. We had booked a suite for a family of four – two adults and two children aged 7 and 12. Upon entering the room, we realized there were no beds for the children. The front desk promised to resolve the issue once, then twice, then three times, and by the fourth time, we had to get assertive. Eventually, sleeping arrangements were made for everyone, but it took us 7 hours of constant reminding. Overall, it's a great hotel with good breakfasts, a gym, and an indoor pool. The cleaning is good, and the staff is polite.

We stayed at Sheraton Batumi Hotel expecting the standard of a global 5-star luxury chain. Unfortunately, while the location is beautiful, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The property’s location, right in front of the beach, is stunning. The views are lovely and the building itself looks impressive. Sadly, the service and operational quality did not match the pricing or brand promise. Here were the key concerns: 1. Language & Service Gaps For a luxury, premium-priced international hotel, it was surprising that several staff members struggled to understand basic English. This made even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. 2. Inedible Food on Day 1 On the day we checked in, we ordered a ciabatta pesto sandwich. The ciabatta was so hard it was impossible to chew. It literally sounded like knocking on wood. We had to remove and eat only the filling. This is basic food quality control that should not fail in a 5-star property. 3. Repeated WiFi Failures Within an hour of check-in, the WiFi stopped working. I had official calls to attend, yet even after 2–3 hours, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next day, the WiFi again went down for 2–3 hours. In a hospitality business today, reliable internet is non-negotiable. There also seemed to be no backup plan or proactive communication. 4. Shower Head Burst - No QC? The following morning, the shower head burst while in use, flooding the bathroom. My belongings got wet and it completely disrupted the morning. When a room is marked “ready,” basic quality checks should ensure fixtures are functional. 5. Breakfast Quality Below Standard The breakfast buffet was largely cold. Vegetarian options were extremely limited. Even the falafel was undercooked. The omelette was overly oily. At the very least, for a globally known chain, one Indian option or more diverse vegetarian choices would have been appreciated. 6. Room Service Delays Ordering water to the room took nearly an hour and required four calls. That level of delay for something so basic is difficult to justify. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service standards, food quality, maintenance checks, and responsiveness did not align with what one expects from a Sheraton property. For the price paid, this was not a luxury experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on operational consistency, staff training, and basic quality control.

Это шикарнейший инстаграмный отель!!! Виды потрясающие, дух захватывает. Такой там чистый воздух и так хорошо спится. Сам номерной фонд очень скромный, но эти фантастические виды перекрывают все минусы. Хотя о каких минусах речь, просто не понятно. Ну был не набран один бассейн, но при этом работал другой. Завтраки не такие может разнообразные, но всё очень вкусное и докладывается по мере необходимости. Свежевыжатый сок из апельсина также улучшает настроение. Единственное что б можно было улучшить это тоненькие блинчики(вот они совершенно не тоненькие). А так все на высшем уровне! Ужинали у них вечером тоже все было очень вкусно и по нормальному ценнику. Единственное, подруге хотелось бы что б бассейн был с подогревом, это б позволило людям купаться в любое время года.
