Excellent premium hotel. Excellent all-inclusive system. Top-notch food. Comfortable spacious rooms. I had a wonderful view of the sea. Very friendly and professional staff. Top-notch service. Personal assistant system. Clean. Well-kept large territory. Many restaurants and swimming pools. All food and drinks included. Not far from the hotel there is an amusement park and the streets of all the shops of The Land of Legends. There are many children in the hotel. It can be noisy during the day and on the beach. There are 16+ zones, but there are not enough of them, especially on the beach. In the evenings and at night until 00:00, 01:00 it can be noisy because of discos and concerts on the territory of the hotel, which for some reason do not stop at 23:00 as usual. The hotel is still more focused on families with children.

The air conditioner is not good, the room is old, like a sauna room, even when the air conditioner is turned off, you are sweating, so you have to sleep with the door open (through the balcony)..., no windows, not recommended

Очень понравился отель Megasaray Club Belek. Обслуживание на высшем уровне везде - на ресепшн, в ресторанах и кафе, уборка. Отличная локация и состояние объектов отеля. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор, также понравился кафетерий - и сладости и качество кофе. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Мирзе за поздравления моей маме на ее день рождения.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again in the summer for a perfect holiday spot. Best regards,

Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно.

This is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

My only complaint is that we are a family of 4 and a 3-person room was allocated to us. We had a hard time there as a family because the bed was narrow. The rest was very good and nice.
