Breakfast was okay with a decent variety, but nothing too special. Staff were nice and friendly. No issues during my stay. Parking was convenient and spacious, although the parking area was quite dimly lit, especially at night. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price. There is still room for improvement, especially in terms of room cleanliness and lighting.

We booked the Tioga Deluxe Suite and were accommodated in Block D. Although it was a bit of a hassle carrying our luggage up to Level 3, the breathtaking view from the room made it completely worthwhile. Just a quick tip: if you're travelling with young children or elderly family members, you may want to request a lower-floor unit, as there is no lift. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. One of my favourite parts of the stay was waking up to the sound of birds chirping every morning.. it was so peaceful and relaxing. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to try the breakfast, but I'm sure it's just as good based on the overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful 3D2N stay. We slept very well throughout the trip and are so happy we chose this place. The only minor point is that the property is a little secluded from the main road, and the road leading to it can feel quite quiet at night. Other than that, everything was great, and I'd definitely recommend it!

Our Family Quad Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for four people. The two large beds provided a great night's sleep, while the cool Cameron Highlands weather made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping within walking distance, making it very convenient for families. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast. There was a good variety of delicious local and Western dishes. My top breakfast choices were the wanton noodles, nasi lemak, fried noodles, freshly baked bread and pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruits, and hot coffee. Everything was tasty and satisfying, giving us a perfect start to the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, Rosa Passadena Hotel offers great value for money, especially for families looking for a comfortable stay in Cameron Highlands. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

Stayed here twice before and always had a good experience. This time, iron and ironing board no longer provided in room and we had to go downstairs to use them. It would be better if this is updated in the hotel info so guests can prepare and bring our own.no coffee or tea provided, and the towels were already quite worn out and fraying at the edges. Hopefully, these can be improved for the next stay.

The view was great. But the location is so far away from the main town. Like 15 min up to the hills. So at night, it will be very dark. We really dont like the room. We do not sleep there that night and decide to book another hotel at brinchang. Because I have a baby and I'm afraid the baby will not sleep well at night. For someone who looking a peacefull and quite place. Yeah... you can gi here There will be no bfast provided. So we book another hotel with breakfast.

The room is large, suitable for our group of 4. It comes with complete cooking utensils. Just a heads up, since they are used items, the frying pan burns easily. The TV isn't a smart TV, it has Astro (satellite TV). The bathroom is big with a bathtub, but the bathtub doesn't have a jacuzzi function, and there was a lot of dust coming out from under the bathtub after cleaning it. Forks, spoons, and cups are all provided, and there's a microwave and fridge. The microwave was broken during my visit and was only replaced on the day we checked out, so we didn't get to use it. They provided 4 towels and didn't replace them. There's also a small lift, making it easy to load luggage. FYI, the owner lives downstairs and is Indian.

The host's service was excellent. All my questions were answered promptly. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of beds, perfect for two or three small families. Each room had its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was also beautiful. The location is very close to shops, and Cameron Centrum is right next door. Everything was great. I loved it. I booked Misty Forest- 2 room suite and was told the room i booked is under renovation and we were arranged to stay in the room which is Vintage Theme. It was a very nice stay for us. I would like to recommend to the family travellers to stay here. The person in charge is really helpful, give us a very detail travel information including the tourist spots and place to eat. This homestay is in the apartment just right in front of the Pasar Malam (Only a few stalls opened when we come) and there are 99 Speedmart , My News Convenience Store and 7-11 Convenience Store at the ground floor of the apartment. The apartment we stay has the steamboat instrument, microwave oven, fridge, 2 kettles. Therefore, we have a great stay here.

All the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a quiet place, and the mountain view in the early morning is absolutely beautiful. I loved having a room with a balcony! ❤️ The only downside is that driving out can be a bit tricky due to traffic, especially since there was a night market setting up nearby. MYainnajwaroslanThe room is large, suitable for our group of 4. It comes with complete cooking utensils. Just a heads up, since they are used items, the frying pan burns easily. The TV isn't a smart TV, it has Astro (satellite TV). The bathroom is big with a bathtub, but the bathtub doesn't have a jacuzzi function, and there was a lot of dust coming out from under the bathtub after cleaning it. Forks, spoons, and cups are all provided, and there's a microwave and fridge. The microwave was broken during my visit and was only replaced on the day we checked out, so we didn't get to use it. They provided 4 towels and didn't replace them. There's also a small lift, making it easy to load luggage. FYI, the owner lives downstairs and is Indian.

Room cleanliness is acceptable. Not too clean, but not dirty either. There is still some room for improvement in terms of housekeeping. Breakfast was okay with a decent variety, but nothing too special. Staff were nice and friendly. No issues during my stay. Parking was convenient and spacious, although the parking area was quite dimly lit, especially at night. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price. There is still room for improvement, especially in terms of room cleanliness and lighting.

Stayed here twice before and always had a good experience. This time, iron and ironing board no longer provided in room and we had to go downstairs to use them. It would be better if this is updated in the hotel info so guests can prepare and bring our own.no coffee or tea provided, and the towels were already quite worn out and fraying at the edges. Hopefully, these can be improved for the next stay.
