We renovated one room out of the 24 rooms in the building to offer nightly stays for guests.The neighborhood is a hub for students studying at a nearby state university. During the weekdays, students fill the streets as well as hustling street food vendors. The weekends are more peaceful and quiet as people rest and prepare for another week of studying or working. There are various food establishments and a public transport terminal for jeepneys and tricycles just outside of the apartment building. Friendly service, but very noisy room where I stayed (ground floor queen suite) - The pool was closed for some works when I went, and the noise from it can be heard clearly as it's outside my window. Noise from the hallway can also be heard with little insulation through the front door, and one night a hotel staff was even playing music on full volume in the hallway at midnight.
Inside the room - relatively clean, a small amount of bad smell, but I got used to it relatively quickly. The shower had particularly weak pressure and was barely warm most of the time. Old but functional AC unit.

the hotel stay lasted for six hours from travelling 210kilometers for an appointment the following day. the hotel was clean and accommodating and understanding for I was already exhausted for my drive since 9AM until 11:30PM from Region4, from two cities to Region 3. the staff gave me a room immediately together with a friend even booking confirmation was missing. the booking was made three hours prior and has to reach the Sogo personnel of Cabanatuan. the hotel personnel let me park outside of the premises for I was already exhausted at 57years old. the following day, the Sogo personnel brightly greeted me as we departed at 6:30AM.FromTHB 544

The studio unit measures 4 x 4 meters (16 sqm. or 172 sqft. floor area) with a double-sized bed, kitchenette, breakfast nook, work area, and a dedicated 3/4 bathroom.Magneth Building is a 3-storey apartment building near NEUST Sumacab (1-2 mins. walk, 150m), NE Pacific Mall (5 mins. drive, 1.8 km), NE Doctor’s Hospital (4 mins. drive, 1.7 km) and SM Cabanatuan (8 mins. drive, 2.9 km). We renovated one room out of the 24 rooms in the building to offer nightly stays for guests.The neighborhood is a hub for students studying at a nearby state university. During the weekdays, students fill the streets as well as hustling street food vendors. The weekends are more peaceful and quiet as people rest and prepare for another week of studying or working. There are various food establishments and a public transport terminal for jeepneys and tricycles just outside of the apartment building. Friendly service, but very noisy room where I stayed (ground floor queen suite) - The pool was closed for some works when I went, and the noise from it can be heard clearly as it's outside my window. Noise from the hallway can also be heard with little insulation through the front door, and one night a hotel staff was even playing music on full volume in the hallway at midnight.
Inside the room - relatively clean, a small amount of bad smell, but I got used to it relatively quickly. The shower had particularly weak pressure and was barely warm most of the time. Old but functional AC unit.

We booked this as it was the nearest hotel from the hospital where my sister gave birth, very accommodating ng staff, since alam nila na naglelabor iyong kapatid ko and we just need some place to stay while waiting na mag 7cm sya, they provided us the nearest room from the ground floor. the hotel stay lasted for six hours from travelling 210kilometers for an appointment the following day. the hotel was clean and accommodating and understanding for I was already exhausted for my drive since 9AM until 11:30PM from Region4, from two cities to Region 3. the staff gave me a room immediately together with a friend even booking confirmation was missing. the booking was made three hours prior and has to reach the Sogo personnel of Cabanatuan. the hotel personnel let me park outside of the premises for I was already exhausted at 57years old. the following day, the Sogo personnel brightly greeted me as we departed at 6:30AM.FromTHB 544
