Coming to the hotel, this is my 10th stay in this hotel. Every time I visit Goa, I book this hotel, because it provides good facilities at an affordable price. I have stayed in a value queen bed room, the room size is good. The desk and a chair are available to work from the hotel. Mobile networks are good, hotel wifi is poor. Breakfast is good, you will have bread options, south Indian breakfasts, and an egg menu. The swimming pool is big and clean.

This hotel has a great location. It is right on the candolim road and 2 min from candolim beach Likes: Breakfast menu was good. I can see chef taking lot of effort and approaching guest to take their feedback. Rooms were decent size. 2 pools Nice cozy gym Nice place to sit arnd pool and relax. Dislikes: It is very open and their is no cozy feeling in the hotel. It feels like everything someone is just coming in and going out.. Pool were not very clean. They don't follow proper dress code for the pool as some guest were in appropriate cloths for pool. This makes it unhygienic. Overall a decent property to stay in. As I am a novotel fan

The hotel is very new, the hardware facilities are very good, the service is very good, there is a welcome juice when you go to check-in. But the location is a bit off, it takes ten minutes to walk to the beach, and the airport comes to the taxi for an hour and a half. Hotel catering is mainly for Indians, and there is basically no international taste. There are so many restaurants around, you can eat steaks in all tastes, the price is not expensive, and the taxes are few.

The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their de***ds to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

Unfortunately disappointing experience. The hotel is quite expensive, but imho it shouldn’t be such expensive. On the territory of the hotel is the renovation of some houses. The cottage house looks tired, the water was licking from the bathroom to the bed, the furniture is old. The swimming pool is ok. The breakfast is good, unfortunately they don’t have coffee machine. The service is good. The wifi is not working in the room.

I am glad I've changed my decision to stay at some random hotel and to stay at the ”Piggy Hostel”, i had a four night stay and was never bored of the environment there. Have to mention about the hospitality showcased by Neha, Sangam, Philip, Abheer and Chef Ankita. The staff over there are so friendly and have helped me throughout the stay to explore Goa. You also get to meet new people in dormitory which is cleanly maintained and sanitised before your stay. Even the private rooms are of affordable rates. But if travelling solo, the dormitory is the place to be. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Calangute! PS: the beaches are nearby!

The hotel is done up to a nice standard. The reception, hallways and pool are lovely. The room was also a nice. We had a few issues with the room itself, the WiFi and the gym. The room had a damp feel to it and some of our things and the bed sheets felt wet a lot of the time. The gym was not up to date and not in use. We couldn’t even use some of the equipment. The WiFi did not work. We could not connect and when we did, it was slower than slow. The service was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

The property and the stay was good, but the staff was overlooking and over working. The bathroom and washbasin had hair clogged. Taps were shaking and cobwebs all over. No towels were there and when asked they gave a pair which was leaving follicles, when asked for change they asked for the old towel 1st once given then they gave a new pair. Upon check out the moment we left the room the staff immediately went to check if their things were in place before we left the hotel.

The hotel is on a side street, which makes it a little quieter at night. When I was there, it was mostly Indian and English people. The breakfast is not really for European tastes. *** can order eggs in any form, but otherwise it looks poor. It didn't bother me, though. The rooms are great. You have a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and fridge. The prices for food and drink are not excessively higher than outside. And it's not far from the beach. *** just shouldn't trust Google because there are lots of small alleys that take you on a shortcut. I felt very comfortable, which was also helped by the super friendly staff and management.

Везде очень чисто, уборка в номере регулярно и очень хорошо. Территория отеля, бассейн в полном порядке, очень красиво: зелень, цветы. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, доброжелательная, уважительная.Завтраки вкусные, в основном индийская еда,но можно всегда найти что-то для себя. Голодными никто не останется... Фрукты свежие и разные каждый день, не одно и тоже. Завтраки, в общем ,на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить работу менеджера Габриэля. Он нас встречал, все рассказал по отелю. В дальнейшем оказал сразу же содействие в решении по замене холодильника и чайника. В общем, без лишних вопросов, все очень быстро сделали. И все очень доброжелательно с теплотой в отношении. A great hotel, perhaps the best in Goa and certainly the best in Calangute. The location is superb, right on the beach, with loungers under palm trees, reminiscent of hotels in the Caribbean or Thailand. It's hard to find another hotel in Goa of this standard. The hotel grounds are abundant with greenery, so you practically don't feel the heat, and you can spot plenty of birds and squirrels. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily (upon request), well-appointed, with daily water, tea, toiletries, etc. The restaurant is right on the beach, so you can eat and enjoy the view. Breakfast could be more varied, as it's the same every day, and the selection is average. However, lunch and dinner are fantastic. Truly excellent Indian cuisine, everything perfectly prepared and seasoned, and served at very reasonable prices, not much higher than average street restaurants. The staff is a special treat in itself. They are excellent, helpful in every respect, and respond quickly to all requests. It's clear that the staff are thoroughly instructed and properly supervised. From talking with the staff, it was clear that most of them have been working here for many years. By the way, in the small hotel restaurant, I counted at least 16 waiters, responding immediately to every request. Importantly, there's no blaring music in the hotel, nor are there any silly entertainment programs. And one more thing – compared to other places in Goa, there aren't many visitors from countries where you pay in rubles. Does the hotel have any flaws? Yes, but they don't detract from the overall excellent rating. Firstly, if you get a poolside room starting with number 9, ask to be upgraded to a room on the other side of the pool. Rooms starting with number 9 have direct sunlight all day, so there's no way I could sit in a chair by the entrance to the room. Secondly, some of the furnishings (especially the restaurant tables) need replacing. The worst part about the hotel is the proximity to the beachfront restaurant, where loud music can drown out the hotel restaurant's solid music in the evenings. But there's nothing you can do about your neighbor, and fortunately, according to Goa regulations, guests are required to turn off the music at 10 PM.

В отеле чисто, приятно находится. Убираются каждый день. Мент полотенца. Брали несколько раз завтрак шведский стол. Но больше индийской еды. Но в целом хороший завтрак. Официанты молодцы. Быстро убирали, подносили напитки. Отель современный. Всегда была горячая вода. Хорошая техника. Был телевизор и youtube, приятно порадовали. Из минусов только плохая звукоизоляция. Если у вас шумные соседи с детьми, очень слышно. Однозначно рекомендую отель.

In an area dotted with hotels and lodges, the first thing that attracts your attention to Sairaj Beach Resort is its bright yellow colour. Less than a year old (it opened in 2020), it has all the facilities of costly five stars, but is much more pocket friendly! Rooms are spacious, though not huge, and the food spread is tasty and adequate, though not lavish. The staff are friendly and try to make the stay comfortable. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Calagunte beach and other attractions like Baga beach and Fort Aguada are within 15-20 minutes drive (***y options to hire bikes or cars nearby). Overall, a very good hotel for a Goan holiday!
