We booked 2 standard rooms and I asked to update 1 room to deluxe, to get sea view. They said, that I have to update both rooms together and it costs 1000 euros for 5 day and two rooms!!!! And our standard room was witout balcony with view to the jungle (untended garden). Reall disappoitment for paid money. Pool was extreamly cold (ca. 18 degrees and most of guests did not swim).

This is an old castle remodeled. It looks amazing from the outside, but the hotel entrance is very ordinary, and the entrance is almost impossible to find. The other decorations and rooms are ok. Our three-day stay at the hotel is over. It's not a bad hotel, with its pros: proximity to the ocean, a pool, and a hammam. Cons: one 0.5 bottle of water per two for three days... and towels not changed.
The girl who checked us in was unprofessional: she sighed when we asked questions about the hotel.

It is an old four-star hotel in a relatively quiet location. It is surrounded by residential buildings. It is 5 or 6 minutes' walk from the beach. The train station is 10 minutes away. Next door is a shopping mall for shopping, laundry, and supermarkets. It is more convenient. The hotel facilities are older and the rooms are on the thinner side. The bathtub design is not reasonable for showering. Water will spill out and wet the ground. Be very careful when entering and exiting. The air conditioner is either too cold or leaking. Parking, fitness and indoor swimming pools all require a separate fee. I have stayed in hotels in so many countries. Fortunately, this is the first time I encountered them. Fortunately, the hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. The thoughtful gift of a cake on my birthday is very nice😊 The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the bread is delicious.
