Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was wonderful, Deluxe room with Sea view. Clean and lots of extra treats, cakes and chocolates daily and mini bar stocked with non alcoholic drinks. The staff here are exceptional, friendly providing a first class service. The Evening meal in the restaurant was gourmet food at its best and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wines. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice.
The hotel itself was beautiful, the location great, the parking was easy.
The spa facilities were truly wonderful.

The location is not bad, the conditions in the room are frankly spartan, but it was enough for me for several days.
Very friendly staff at the reception.
Breakfast is average, there is not much choice at all, there were no vegetables.
And there was no bottled water in the room.
What I really didn't like:
1) in the room there was a huge cockroach, which was 10 cm long, and it’s good that I saw it only on the last day, when I was already checking out. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to stay there. Very unpleasant!
Also, when I stopped by, when I turned on the light in the bathroom, some kind of centipede ran, but it was small.
In general, there are problems with living creatures there.
2) room cleaning is very bad. Despite the fact that I constantly hung a sign on the door asking for cleaning, no one did anything. I think they were only sweeping the floors. Towels were not changed. One day they didn’t even take out the trash - they took a plastic bottle out of the trash, put it on the sink and left. Well, that's it.

Standard three star hotel. Fantastic location and easy to get to all the main sightseeing stuff. Some aesthetic issues in the room. Cigarette burn in the cloth headboard, bathroom sink bowl wasn’t bolted down, and the top rain shower head didn’t work and the shower area had mold. Pretty standard European two single beds pushed together, no bigger than a dorm room mat and about as soft as a box spring. The air conditioner controller is just for show, the main staff has control over it. But other than a hard bed that would split down the middle having you fall through and in between the mattresses, a hot room, and a bathroom sink almost torn from the fixtures and nearly dropped on the ol toes the staff is amazing and the just having the sheer proximity to the lively restaurants and beaches overshadowed any of the negativesFromSEK 773

The main thing about this hotel is the location. The view from the window and the terrace is magnificent. The sea sounds just outside.
The bed is comfortable, the WiFi is good. There's a coffee machine and a refrigerator in the room. The staff is friendly.

Our three-day stay at the hotel is over. It's not a bad hotel, with its pros: proximity to the ocean, a pool, and a hammam. Cons: one 0.5 bottle of water per two for three days... and towels not changed.
The girl who checked us in was unprofessional: she sighed when we asked questions about the hotel.

It is an old four-star hotel in a relatively quiet location. It is surrounded by residential buildings. It is 5 or 6 minutes' walk from the beach. The train station is 10 minutes away. Next door is a shopping mall for shopping, laundry, and supermarkets. It is more convenient. The hotel facilities are older and the rooms are on the thinner side. The bathtub design is not reasonable for showering. Water will spill out and wet the ground. Be very careful when entering and exiting. The air conditioner is either too cold or leaking. Parking, fitness and indoor swimming pools all require a separate fee. I have stayed in hotels in so many countries. Fortunately, this is the first time I encountered them. Fortunately, the hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. The thoughtful gift of a cake on my birthday is very nice😊 The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the bread is delicious. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was wonderful, Deluxe room with Sea view. Clean and lots of extra treats, cakes and chocolates daily and mini bar stocked with non alcoholic drinks. The staff here are exceptional, friendly providing a first class service. The Evening meal in the restaurant was gourmet food at its best and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wines. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice.
The hotel itself was beautiful, the location great, the parking was easy.
The spa facilities were truly wonderful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have the right balance of providing luxury whilst being family friendly.

Be sure to book a sea view room! ! awesome! ! We slept with the balcony door open at night, and it was so nice to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. The new decoration of the room is great, but there is a smell. location number ONE! !
