We had a double queen bed room for three of us overlooking the lake. There was everything you needed in the room, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc… Outdoor Swimming pool, and gym which we used.
The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Conroe and the room was fantastic value for money. Good breakfast options and a little shop for essentials. Across the road form a service station and amenities also.

The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was dirty. We would have left once we came in, however there was no refund option or cancellation. The front desk guy was super rude at check in and you could tell he had no concern. We had to stay because I can’t drive at night due to my astigmatism. Definitely won’t be staying again.From$76

This is a Man-Cave, yet has everything the rest of the family can enjoy as well... swimming pool access, pool table, dartboard, chess, cards, dominoes, ping pong, and corn hole... plus two (2) - 55" Roku TVs with a sound bar! We are so close to Lake Conroe, there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood, and a boat pass is available upon request! And we've added a nice above-ground swimming pool in the backyard, but PLEASE NOTE the pool area is fenced in and accessible to this property AND two other rental units next door. We have room to unhitch your boat or trailer or you can back it in on the right side of the building, where you enter the back patio and building. The yard is completely fenced in, when all gates are closed, so it's good for your pups.The Queen bedroom area can be closed off for privacy from kitchen and living area by drawing the curtains that are ceiling to floor closed. The sofa bed is located to left of kitchen area near pool table; it is a bit of a tight fit, but totally functional. Lake ConRoy Manor is a mini resort to say the least! The house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath, with a 5th bedroom in a cute, cubby loft. Please note the 5th bed/loft is accessed via short wall ladder just inside front door (see pictures). The home also has a big front porch as well as a nice size screened-in back porch off the living room, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, plus Master BR off kitchen has a private porch. Pool table and dart board are located in front living area as you enter the home, plus a huge kitchen and dining room bar. And our pool table has a custom table top that can be utilized for up to 10 to dine together seating is stools though. Our Manor Home sits on 5 acres and is completely fenced in, however, please note a portion of the outdoor areas such as the private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, etc. are shared spaces with two other rental units on the property. It's a wonderful private mini-resort experience!ADDITIONAL GUESTS:Our properties are competitively priced for couples to enjoy affordable weekend getaways together. Our home sleeps a total of 6 people with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, as well as a sofa/couch in living room for extra guests. The 2nd bedroom (or sleeping area) is located in the loft. The living room sofa has been reported as not the best for sleeping, so should you have an additional guest or two, you may consider requesting a queen air mattress prior to check-in. There are smart TVs in all rooms. Guests also have access to host’s 5 acre main property a couple blocks away w/ a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, etc.This property is totally fenced in, when all gates are closed, and we have an additional fenced in area to the right of the house to put your pups, when gates are opening and closing.There is also a 2nd Unit on property next to our Cedar Shack home called The Side Pocket that sleeps 4 guests with a queen bedroom on 2nd level, plus a sofa bed downstairs next to the pool table and kitchenette. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Ebenso das Bad. Es gab eine Küchenzeile allerdings ohne Equipment wie Topf, Pfanne, Teller, Besteck oder ähnlichem. Uns war das egal, da wir sie nicht genutzt haben. Parkplätze sind am Hotel vorhanden. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 35 Minuten was für uns super war.From$79

We had a double queen bed room for three of us overlooking the lake. There was everything you needed in the room, microwave, fridge, iron, hairdryer etc… Outdoor Swimming pool, and gym which we used.
The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Conroe and the room was fantastic value for money. Good breakfast options and a little shop for essentials. Across the road form a service station and amenities also.
