I found that the main door was not functioning properly. I only realised this on the second day of my stay, when I discovered that the door could be opened without using the access card. Fortunately, there was no loss of belongings or any security incident. The water taps were also confusing. At the sink, the blue indicator was for hot water and the red indicator was for cold water. However, in the bathroom, it was the opposite — red for cold water and blue for hot water. Since I have stayed here several times before, I would also suggest that the hotel provide a floor mat in front of the bathroom and sliding door area. As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool. In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet. Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶

The rooms are getting from bad to worse. The smell is turning more and more distinct each time i check in the rooms. The bed sheets are not clean. You can feel the stickiness the moment you lie on the bed. Sorry that the upkeeping of the cleanliness needs to be done. If not, it will be such a pity for a hotel of such good location not to do well.

I stayed at this hotel for the first night of my 4-day trip to Kuala Lumpur because it's close to the Pink Mosque. However, overall, the facilities and service barely met the minimum standards. 1. Perhaps locals are used to water heaters having a separate power switch, but as a first-timer in Malaysia, I clearly didn't know. After 2 minutes, the warm water turned cold, which was very unhelpful. 2. Breakfast was just passable. 3. This was the first time I've encountered an air conditioner's outdoor unit installed *inside* the room. As you can clearly see from the pictures, a corner was occupied by this noise source, and the noise was very noticeable when trying to sleep.

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

A staff member finally showed up, looking very annoyed, saying, 'I was eating.' She was cold the entire time. The toilet was broken; I had to use a kettle to flush it. It was, however, relatively quiet and clean.

Basic hotel suitable for transit and short stay if you’re not looking for a premium service. Provide checkin and checkout kiosk, able to perform checkin and checkout by ourselves. Initially planning to look for receptionist early morning around 530am before check out but nobody was there and left a phone number which unable to call in, have to drop WhatsApp and only reply around 8am. Besides I’ve already heard some customers were yelling to find any receptionist around 5am as there were no one around FYI.

The toilet has unpleasant smell - doesn’t seem to be washed properly since it has stain on its’ glass. The bed is quite old and torn (it was covered by thin white cloth so can see through. I know I paid less than 300 for two nights and I don’t expect it to look like hotel but at least clean and proper.

Everything else was great. The air conditioning was cold and comfortable. However, the bed on the upper level is extremely hard, and the springs can be felt, making it uncomfortable and causing body aches. I had to double up the blanket just to make it slightly bearable. Please consider replacing the upstairs bed 🥲

As the pool is within walking distance, guests often return with wet feet. Only one towel was provided, so I had to use the same towel both as a foot mat in front of the bathroom and to wipe my feet after coming back from the pool. In addition, there seemed to be some stains on the bedsheet. Nevertheless, I still enjoy staying here because the pool is very convenient and located nearby. 🫶

Waited about 10 minutes at the door upon arrival. Called three times, but no one answered. Had to knock loudly, almost resorting to contacting Trip. A staff member finally showed up, looking very annoyed, saying, 'I was eating.' She was cold the entire time. The toilet was broken; I had to use a kettle to flush it. It was, however, relatively quiet and clean.

The rooms are getting from bad to worse. The smell is turning more and more distinct each time i check in the rooms. The bed sheets are not clean. You can feel the stickiness the moment you lie on the bed. Sorry that the upkeeping of the cleanliness needs to be done. If not, it will be such a pity for a hotel of such good location not to do well.

I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.
