The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets!
The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk.FromSAR 414

Everything was smooth and perfect. Booked a room 11th-hour due to a close friends wedding and they were extremely hospitable! Clean room, lots of products to use, and safe access using keycards. My only issue is that the wifi goes in and out, which crazy enough, cuts off while in the room and mostly available at ground floor and my other issue is that the breakfast buffet involved becomes moot by 8am. They informed us it goes from 6am-10am but We arrived at 830am and almost everything is gone. You just got to help yourself with the egg omelette maker. We had a short city tour offered by the hotel and we enjoyed it. I had a really pleasant stay at the Park Inn by Radisson. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. I arrived at the Hotel around 10 o'clock in the evening, the staff was nice and i was able to check in right away. it was a smooth checked in, from a long flight. and also i was surprised that they upgraded my room into a Deluxe room. The room is wide and clean, im also happy that they have hot and cold water. I highly recommend this hotel and probably i will comeback again. ❤

Cons: The location of this small inn is perfect, it’s off the main road but not too far from it, accessible to anywhere in the city; the food was very good, the inn employees were respectful and helpful. The single room was a good size with clean beddings, clean towels, bathroom was clean with hot and cold shower.
Cons: the inn does not provide toiletries so you have to bring your own, no change of bedding or towels for the 3 days I stayed, no room cleaning, absolutely no hooks to hang towels or clothes, food is served only in the room, no dining area or recreation room, no elevator but it’s only 3 stories.
All in all, if you only need a clean safe place to stay this is the best option at the best price and location.SOLD OUT

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help. 
We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests. 
One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. 
Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.  The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property. 
Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility. 
That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking. The hotel is in walking distance of the center and people's park. They have friendly and helpful personell. The breakfast and evening buffet was delicious. There are a lot of Philippine dishes in the buffet.
My room was spacious and comfortable. There is an outside pool of good size next to a bar. The problem with the pool is, that like some hotels in Asia, there is far too much chlorine inside the pool. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang.
Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.
Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.
Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.
No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries.

In the center of the city, there are 7-11 when you go out, there are bars and American restaurants in the courtyard, and San Pedro Church is also very close.
The decoration style is close to Chinese folk customs, and the overall is relatively comfortable. There is nothing to say about the service in the Philippines. The waiters always smile and try to help you solve all problems.
I found an open market nearby on the Baidu map and feasted on durian and mangosteen.

Rogen Inn is one of our go-to staycation spots in the city! The location is super convenient, and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby for necessities. It's also easy to commute or get a cab from here.

The authentic Chinese restaurant on the third floor offers generous portions at a reasonable price. Rooms are well-equipped, with disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste all provided. Breakfast was also decent.

I had an excellent experience in this hotel room. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were complete, and everything worked perfectly. The peaceful environment made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in walking distance of the center and people's park. They have friendly and helpful personell. The breakfast and evening buffet was delicious. There are a lot of Philippine dishes in the buffet.
My room was spacious and comfortable. There is an outside pool of good size next to a bar. The problem with the pool is, that like some hotels in Asia, there is far too much chlorine inside the pool. As I was swimming there, I became problems with the skin and the lips because of too much acid caused by too much chlorine in the water.

Everything was smooth and perfect. Booked a room 11th-hour due to a close friends wedding and they were extremely hospitable! Clean room, lots of products to use, and safe access using keycards. My only issue is that the wifi goes in and out, which crazy enough, cuts off while in the room and mostly available at ground floor and my other issue is that the breakfast buffet involved becomes moot by 8am. They informed us it goes from 6am-10am but We arrived at 830am and almost everything is gone. You just got to help yourself with the egg omelette maker. Place was clean, check in and check out was smooth, and they take tap pay which makes everything convenient. Congrats to the newly weds CharI and Alfi!

Nice grounds to walk in breakfast buffet is superb the staff are fantastic and the swimming pool is ideal if you want a good workout the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a re vamp the wi fi was good most enjoyable stay.

It was a great stay.Location is perfect for travellers who has an earlier flight.it is 5minutes away from the hotel. sorroundings are clean .you can find restaurants nearby.There is laundry store too.accessable if you want to go to the city center there are taxi and jeepneys outside .
