I think this hotel stay could use a few improvements for better guest comfort. Arriving late in the evening, I was greeted and given all the necessary information. Upon reaching my room, I tried to find details about my stay, such as meal times, as I had booked a Deluxe Room with Club Access. However, there was no information in the room regarding how the club worked. So, the next evening, I went to the club at the last minute because I found out they were closing the buffet, but I could still grab something. I do appreciate the hotel's efforts to implement eco-friendly solutions. As always, the service was the best.From$85

At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okayFrom$44

Cons: The location of this small inn is perfect, it’s off the main road but not too far from it, accessible to anywhere in the city; the food was very good, the inn employees were respectful and helpful. The single room was a good size with clean beddings, clean towels, bathroom was clean with hot and cold shower.
Cons: the inn does not provide toiletries so you have to bring your own, no change of bedding or towels for the 3 days I stayed, no room cleaning, absolutely no hooks to hang towels or clothes, food is served only in the room, no dining area or recreation room, no elevator but it’s only 3 stories.
All in all, if you only need a clean safe place to stay this is the best option at the best price and location.SOLD OUT

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help. 
We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests. 
One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. 
Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.  The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property. 
Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility. 
That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking. Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. You might encounter an electrical brown out which is very unpleasant due to manual switch for the aircon.

What i like about this hotel is its very near to the facility where my appointment is and its also not that expensive. The overall experience in this hotel was good. I only stayed for a night and checkout on the following morning. There's no free breakfast for online booking so i look for a carenderia outside the compound of the subdivision. Restroom: 9.5/10 May water heater and no issues with water pressure, considering we stayed on the 21st floor. Small flaw is the tiles, medyo luma na but not a big issue at all.
Appliances included: 7/10 Fridge is big enough, may water heater, konti lang dishes ang silverwares na andun so we had to buy glasses to use. Wala din water dispenser. I suggest provide at least a microwave kahit hindi na cooking set.From$39

When mostly of your transaction is in Ecoland areas this is the best apartelle to book. Convenient, accessible,easy check in and out. In the center of the city, there are 7-11 when you go out, there are bars and American restaurants in the courtyard, and San Pedro Church is also very close.
The decoration style is close to Chinese folk customs, and the overall is relatively comfortable. There is nothing to say about the service in the Philippines. The waiters always smile and try to help you solve all problems.
I found an open market nearby on the Baidu map and feasted on durian and mangosteen.

I love Accacia hotel. Price value, amenities, friendliness of the staffs, foods and all. Easy check in and check out. Huge lobby, more seats and the size of the room, extra pillow. But it just need to be thoroughly cleaned up (comfort room), some part of the lavatory had molds.

It was an advantage that it was right next door the Central Lab building. Penong's was also also near and a good alternative to hotel food. A grocer was also nearby so buying essentials was not much of a hassle.

At first check-in we had an issue with our room. The room looked very old and dated the air-conditioning wasn’t working and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. I raised a complaint to 8 am the next morning. It took two 8 pm to follow the same day for them to rectify this and move as to another room. This room was outstanding. The air-conditioning was working. It was modern better looking not as tight as the other room, there was room either side of the bed to get in as the other room you could only get in one side of the bed as the bed was against the wall so this new room was a lot better. The only issue with the Hotel was the Wi-Fi was extremely rubbish non-existent would be the better word but this was the only issue that we had in our day. Everything else was perfect from the cleanliness to the staff and the buffet breakfast was acceptable just not much choice for the Western pallet but for a Filipino it was okay

The hotel has a nice resort vibe with some good waterfront views. However, due to its age, the linens are quite worn out. The general cleanliness is just okay. The facilities are pretty comprehensive, including dining and recreational options. It's suitable for a relaxed getaway with family or friends.

Great location,very accommodating staff and the room is soo spacious for 2pax..I booked the twin single bed room and select with window ur view at night is the Roxas Night Market during our stay..what u see on the page is what you see in person..😉 P.S sorry forgot to take pic on my room..😁😉
