Absolutely a wonderful hotel all around. The buffet breakfast was extraordinary with so much to offer. What is exceptional about this property that I learned once we got there was how they have an Asian spa version of rooms in their spa. They have a salt room, steam room, igloo room, a turkish bath, indoor pool, warm pool, cold pool, rainforest shower ... we went to the pool and in the sea off the cliffs everyday and it was just wonderful. At night they had live entertainment. One of the best hotels in the wrold!

Great location for solo female travellers. 7mins walk to the old town where you can get food and take day trips from. In the afternoon when it gets too hot, you can come back to the hotel for a siesta or chill by the deck chairs. House keeping was great with constant refreshing of the room. Would stay here again. Only negative is that there’s a live band playing at a nearby beach club from 8pm to around 10.50pm each night. Can’t get any rest until the set ends (even with ear plugs on). I had assumed that the live band was playing at a restaurant within the hotel as the music was so loud but the concierge clarified that it was from a nearby beach club and it’s because it’s summer. To be fair the music was nice but loud.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

I booked a newly built hotel, and it was clean. The location is a little far from the city's main tourist attractions, but the ocean view is in front of the beach, so the view is great. Is the high price due to the ocean view? The ocean view itself is beautiful, but the room is smaller than I thought, which is disappointing. There is only a shower booth, no bathtub. The general score of the room does not cover the high price, but the ocean view from the window is great. There are no advantages to the high price of the room, and the overall service of the hotel is disappointing, so I will not stay here again.

Had a great stay at the Royal Princess Resort. The hotels are all part of the same group so you can use the facilities across the properties. The walkway from the promenade into Lapad was so beautiful. Beaches are super clean and the staff could not be nicer. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so incredibly memorable. Dubrovnik city is only a quick Uber away.

It's okay for a few guys to stay, but if you are a couple, don't stay. Choose a sea view room! The scenery is too different! There is a bus to the old town 5 minutes away from the door! The drive takes about 20 minutes! It's very convenient! The breakfast is first-class! The lobby is simple! The room is clean and comfortable! There are several swimming pools!

Come to Dubrovnik in winter, it is really right to choose the Kaupas Hotel! As a seaside hotel, its environment is completely beyond expectations. The classic double room has a balcony. The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

Beach club lovers must not miss the beach zone. The atmosphere is very good. The water is extremely clear. The beach is a rocky beach. You must wear water shoes to play in the water. Not far away, there's a beach club nearby too. If you're bored, you can stop by there again. The room is spacious and can sleep 3 people without being cramped. The amenity smells great and is very nice to use. The hotel provides only one bottle of water for the entire stay, but the hotel breakfast is very good. Various and delicious too

Made a cancellable, last-minute reservation here when our flight out of Dubrovnik was delayed. Staff were very pleasant, rooms were spacious, and breakfast was fantastic. There was an issue with water when we arrived that maintenance needed to attend to but it was resolved in a few hours and the hotel was generous about offering to fully reimburse our stay if, worst case, the issue was not resolved.

Hotel at the end of the bay, along the promenade. Magnificent private beach of the hotel. Very spacious room and furnished in a refined way with great taste. Very efficient and professional room staff. Hearty and varied breakfast. Beautiful presentation. But where the only thing missing was fresh fruit juices. The staff at breakfast lacked attention and vigilance towards the customers (plates not cleared, lack of responsiveness for setting up a new table, ...) The reception at the reception lacked professionalism for a 5-star establishment. Very beautiful wellness area (unfortunately throughout the 7-night stay neither the bio sauna nor the steam bath were in working order). The common areas were majestic and very clean.

It really feels like a vacation! Hygiene: It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. It is clean and tidy, and the details reveal the quality of a star hotel everywhere! Environment: The hotel faces the sea, and the overall environment layout is very good. The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including seawater swimming pools and rooftop infinity pools! After the second day of the tour, come back and enjoy the romance of the infinity pool, accompanied by the sunset of the Adriatic Sea, don't be too beautiful! The hotel's breakfast is also a seaside table, where you can enjoy delicious food while watching the sea view. The hotel has several dinner restaurants, most of which are seaside restaurants with great views. We ordered food here both nights, and the dishes were very flavorful! 最上階のお部屋でした。とても清潔でセンスの良い建物、ロケーションもピレ門まですぐで便利です。 4階まで階段で登りおりしないといけないのですが、ホテルの方がキャリーバッグの上げ下げを手伝ってくださって本当に助かりました。キッチンの物もかなり整っていて、スーパーで買ってきたものでの食事も可能です。出来ればコーヒーメーカーの使い方を紙ベースで貼り付けて欲しいです。(ゴミマークが付いていて稼働しませんでした、でも機械を見たらゴミは溜まっていないようでした) また、シャンプーとバスジェルは二つずつあったのですがリンスが一つもなく…洗面台のティッシュやゴミ箱も欲しいですドライヤーはテレビ下の物置に結果的にはあったのですが、セキュリティボックスの奥に隠れてしまっていて探すのが困難でした。なのでアメニティ7はマイナス1とさせていただきますが、次回もしドゥブロブニクに行くことがあれば再度泊まりたいくらい良いホテルでした

A chic place. When booked, I didn't even look at the view from the window, which goes to the old staircase (hello, Serseya!). We even compared the frames from the series and saw the windows of the apartments in the 😅😅😅 series Nearby is a delicious pizza. Inside everything is very comfortable and beautiful, especially the ceiling and the bathroom there 😁😁😁 It is a pity that the door on the ceiling is broken and closed completely.

The hotel reached out to confirm when we were leaving the airport as they are not staffed all times. We provided updates but there was some miscommunication when I said the shuttle bus arrived at the airport around 3 pm so she could gauge when we would get to Old Town. When we finally arrived in old town via the shuttle bus 40 minutes later and got to the hotel, Anamaria seemed a slight bit pass ag as she thought I meant the bus arrived at Old town and took longer than expected. Nethertheless she was there to give us the keys and we were able to get into the room. There was no lift to the room so it makes luggage a bit difficult, but manageable. The room was modern but very marbly and was comfortable. At night the noise from the hallway was a bit loud on the first floor as the stairs creaks and there is extremely bright hallway lights coming into the room from the hallway. I suggest earplugs and night mask. The location was incredible right in the heart of Old Town and checking out was very easy.

They are sea view rooms, and you can watch the sunset while lying on the bed. The interior facilities of the apartment are good, and more importantly, the first floor of the apartment is fully equipped with supermarkets, restaurants and cinemas.
