Absolutely a wonderful hotel all around. The buffet breakfast was extraordinary with so much to offer. What is exceptional about this property that I learned once we got there was how they have an Asian spa version of rooms in their spa. They have a salt room, steam room, igloo room, a turkish bath, indoor pool, warm pool, cold pool, rainforest shower ... we went to the pool and in the sea off the cliffs everyday and it was just wonderful. At night they had live entertainment. One of the best hotels in the wrold!

I had the best hotel experience during my stay in Dubrovnik. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Dine (or Jane) — she was absolutely wonderful, proactive, and a true asset to the team. I sincerely congratulate the hotel for having her. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable — 100%. The location was also perfect — 100%. Services were of a very high standard. Breakfast was a joy, and the restaurant team was outstanding. They greeted every guest warmly and genuinely helped make each morning a pleasant start to the day. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I will definitely return, and I strongly recommend staying here. It’s truly worth every cent.

Hotel Lero Hotel Lero was a great choice during my time in Dubrovnik. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and the breakfast had a nice variety. It’s a short walk or quick drive to both the Old Town and the boat port, which made getting around really easy. Would happily stay again!

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

I booked a newly built hotel, and it was clean. The location is a little far from the city's main tourist attractions, but the ocean view is in front of the beach, so the view is great. Is the high price due to the ocean view? The ocean view itself is beautiful, but the room is smaller than I thought, which is disappointing. There is only a shower booth, no bathtub. The general score of the room does not cover the high price, but the ocean view from the window is great. There are no advantages to the high price of the room, and the overall service of the hotel is disappointing, so I will not stay here again.

A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town. The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon. Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel. Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

Although this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night. My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly. Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic. The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person. As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, featuring a bathtub, a rain shower, heated floors, and eco-friendly toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, stopping by our room each evening to say hello and surprise us with chocolates—a charming touch! The mini bar offered good quality tea and coffee, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The overall atmosphere was classy, particularly in the bars and restaurants. I also appreciated the spa and swimming pool facilities for relaxation. Taking a walk along the coast next to the hotel was delightful, especially with the friendly cats wandering about. We discovered a fantastic Asian restaurant nearby that added to our enjoyable dining experiences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

Beach club lovers must not miss the beach zone. The atmosphere is very good. The water is extremely clear. The beach is a rocky beach. You must wear water shoes to play in the water. Not far away, there's a beach club nearby too. If you're bored, you can stop by there again. The room is spacious and can sleep 3 people without being cramped. Hotel at the end of the bay, along the promenade. Magnificent private beach of the hotel. Very spacious room and furnished in a refined way with great taste. Very efficient and professional room staff. Hearty and varied breakfast. Beautiful presentation. But where the only thing missing was fresh fruit juices. The staff at breakfast lacked attention and vigilance towards the customers (plates not cleared, lack of responsiveness for setting up a new table, ...) The Royal Princess Hotel is the best hotel in this European tour, no doubt about it! Facilities: The luxurious sea view suite chosen this time is decorated in a medieval style, luxurious and atmospheric, very palace style, with two super large rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a double sink. All bedding, mattresses, and bathrooms are of super high configuration. Outside the luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass windows is the endless Adriatic Sea. Sitting in the room to watch the sunrise and sunset is simply amazing! The hotel gym is fully equipped with equipment, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. After dinner, you can experience it. It really feels like a vacation! Hygiene: It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. It is clean and tidy, and the details reveal the quality of a star hotel everywhere! Environment: The hotel faces the sea, and the overall environment layout is very good. The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including seawater swimming pools and rooftop infinity pools! After the second day of the tour, come back and enjoy the romance of the infinity pool, accompanied by the sunset of the Adriatic Sea, don't be too beautiful! The hotel's breakfast is also a seaside table, where you can enjoy delicious food while watching the sea view. The hotel has several dinner restaurants, most of which are seaside restaurants with great views. We ordered food here both nights, and the dishes were very flavorful! Service: The lobby staff was enthusiastic and patiently introduced the surrounding attractions, the location and functional layout of each area of the hotel, and drew them one by one with a pen, so that we could have a pleasant experience here! If the rating standard is 100, I would give the Royal Princess Hotel 120 points! It's too good value and meets all my wishes for a sea view room!

Although it is a bit far from the old town, it is still very convenient for self-driving. The hotel is very new and the scenery is nice. I could have given it full marks, but the attitude of the waiter at the hotel's seaside bar at night was really bad, so in order to avoid unpleasantness, it is recommended not to stay in the hotel. Consumption, in addition, as a five-star hotel, I found that the sofa bed was not covered with sheets at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the three people who had reserved it had to make the bed themselves. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that the waiter would get off work at 10 o'clock. The hotel reached out to confirm when we were leaving the airport as they are not staffed all times. We provided updates but there was some miscommunication when I said the shuttle bus arrived at the airport around 3 pm so she could gauge when we would get to Old Town. When we finally arrived in old town via the shuttle bus 40 minutes later and got to the hotel, Anamaria seemed a slight bit pass ag as she thought I meant the bus arrived at Old town and took longer than expected. Nethertheless she was there to give us the keys and we were able to get into the room. There was no lift to the room so it makes luggage a bit difficult, but manageable. The room was modern but very marbly and was comfortable. At night the noise from the hallway was a bit loud on the first floor as the stairs creaks and there is extremely bright hallway lights coming into the room from the hallway. I suggest earplugs and night mask. The location was incredible right in the heart of Old Town and checking out was very easy.
