|8.39km from city centerthe food is most generous and sumptous, and very high standard. We stayed in couple room with a private onsen tub. This make our stay most memorable as my wife was recovering from a major surgery. When we request the staff to add another layer to the futon mattress, he told us to do it on our own since the futon are in the room. When we told him that my wife is unable to do so due to the surgey, he oblidge to our request but unhappily. Apart from this unpleasant encounter, we decided to return again to this place.

The meals per night are different and unique. The staff in the hotel were very polite and introduced different attractions.

The room is old and should be renovated at least 20 years ago.

The quality of the meal is very good.  The group itself is an inter-fishing company, and several other hotels nearby are open.
The hot spring is not big, but it is a natural hot spring. 
The biggest disadvantage is that Trip.com booked a room and got a meal, and saw people eating crabs.

|0.3km from city centerAlthough Shanyin itself is a relatively low consumption place, it is incredible that 20,000 yen can eat and stay for two people... Living in Japan for nearly 100 hotels and hotels is definitely in the top three. Although it looks like an old hotel, it can be seen that the woman will make everything in the room for better service, and then the carbon fire dinner is amazing, all the ingredients are big and fresh, It took the two men an hour and a half to finish eating. After dinner, the girl will also specially ask her son to drive us to the nearby hot spring bathhouse. Thank you very much. It was a very satisfying night.
I believe many passengers who get off at Yue are going to Tangcun Hot Springs but I think it's totally possible to stay here without going back there (close to the station) for the night, and I highly recommend staying here for friends who don't have to ask for a private bathroom. This hotel is amazing.
