A fantastic experience. I had no idea Egypt had such a vibrant blue sea beyond its deserts. Our few days in Hurghada provided a much-needed respite from the hot and hectic trips to Cairo and Luxor, allowing us to experience a different side of Egypt. The hotel's overall service and room amenities were excellent, and our room had a great location directly facing the sea. Unfortunately, the wind seemed quite strong during this season, and the waves were quite high every day. If you're planning on island hopping or dolphin watching trips, it would be wise to prepare some motion sickness medication.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's not far from the airport, and there's a street selling souvenirs across the street. As soon as we entered, a staff member spoke fluent Chinese and introduced us to the hotel. We even added each other on WeChat to stay in touch. Other staff members also greeted us in Chinese. Before leaving, I compared reviews of different hotels and found many complaints about the food, so I didn't have high expectations. But it was surprisingly delicious! 😂 We ate a ton of food as soon as we arrived, and drinks and alcohol were unlimited. The only downside is that there were very few Chinese tourists; it's almost entirely a white resort. Any problems were responded to and resolved promptly. Highly recommended!

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The service was good. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very close to the port and the mosque, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

The Wi-Fi in my room wasn't working on the night I checked in, and despite multiple trips to the front desk and phone calls, no one came to fix it. The night shift receptionist was dismissive, promising to come check the room immediately but never showing up or providing any explanation. It took repeated requests on the second day for someone to finally come and verify the issue, which led to us having to switch rooms. Not a good experience overall.

I had high expectations for Steigenberger Aqua Magic, but unfortunately my experience did not match the reputation of the hotel. The first disappointment started at check-in. I booked two rooms and sent a request in advance asking for adjacent rooms because we are one family traveling with children. The hotel is very large and consists of several buildings, so it is simply not reasonable for my children to stay in one building while I stay in another. At reception I was told that there were no rooms of the same category available in the same building. To solve the problem, I agreed to pay around €100 to upgrade the second room. However, even after paying for the upgrade, the rooms were still not next to each other. They were only on the same floor despite my repeated request. To make matters worse, I received the key to the first room after approximately 3:00 PM, while the second room was not ready until after 6:00 PM because housekeeping had not finished preparing it. Waiting several extra hours for a room after paying for an upgrade was very frustrating. Then, on the day of departure, shortly after 12:00 PM I received a call asking me to check out immediately. I found this difficult to understand. If the hotel expects guests to respect the official checkout time, then guests should also expect their rooms to be ready at the official check-in time. The standards should be the same for both sides. Another disappointing policy was the specialty restaurants. Although I booked an All-Inclusive package, I was only allowed to use one specialty restaurant because my stay was less than five nights. I do not think this is a fair policy. If a restaurant is fully booked, I completely understand, but if tables are available, all All-Inclusive guests should have the opportunity to dine there regardless of the length of their stay. Restricting access only because of the number of nights makes the All-Inclusive experience feel unnecessarily limited. I also felt there was a noticeable difference in how some guests were treated. I paid in foreign currency just like many international guests, yet I noticed that the building assigned to us was occupied mostly by Egyptian families and its overall condition was not maintained to the same standard, especially the unpleasant smell around the ground-floor bathrooms. Another incident happened at the swimming pool where my children were told that inflatable toys and floats were not allowed, and we immediately respected the rules. However, only a few minutes later we saw children of other nationalities using similar inflatables in the same pool without being stopped. This made me feel that the rules were not being applied equally to everyone. I also remember another situation at reception where a foreign guest requested to change rooms and was offered several alternatives. When I requested the same, the receptionist briefly searched and then told me that no rooms were available. Seeing another guest receive multiple options while I was told there was nothing available left me questioning why the same level of service was not offered to me. I am not saying this based on rumors; I am simply describing my own experience during my stay. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews whether its procedures and policies are being applied equally to all guests. Despite these issues, I would like to thank the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and cleaning team. They were always friendly, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated us. The hotel itself has excellent facilities and great potential, but the inconsistent service at reception and the feeling that some guests receive better treatment than others had a significant impact on our holiday. I hope the management takes these comments seriously because equal treatment, fair policies, and better organization at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience for everyone.

We booked a standard room and were given a family kids room. We had to complain twice to get a new room, and even then it wasn’t the standard room we ordered. Staff wasn’t exceptional overall.

We love this hotel. This is our first time in Hurghada and we made a great decision to stay here. The hotel is nice and clean, the room facing a swimming pool, with great AC, the only downside is the water pressure at the bathroom is a bit low. We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure.

During the Chinese New Year, we were the only two Chinese guests there—can you believe it? The staff immediately struck up a conversation with us as soon as they saw we were Chinese. The staff here have a particular fondness for Tiger Balm; two of them asked us for some, thankfully we had some with us. The all-inclusive experience was great, with food and drinks provided. Check-out was at 12 o'clock, but we could keep our wristbands, meaning we could still eat, drink, and sunbathe on the beach after check-out. It's a compact resort hotel, quite beautiful at night with the lights on. Oh, there's one problem with this hotel: insufficient guidance for Chinese guests. Perhaps because it's mostly frequented by Europeans and Americans, they gave us a QR code upon check-in, and all hotel service information required downloading an app—reservations, activities, restaurant hours, etc. The problem is, the app can't be downloaded by Chinese people; it requires a Google account. Since it's on the Google Play app store, even my Google account didn't work—the verification process was incredibly troublesome. Later, we asked Doubao (a popular online figure), and Doubao knew everything!

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

Every part of the hotel is beautiful, and together it's simply stunning. Photos don't do it justice; you have to experience it in person to be truly amazed. The hotel offers both buffet and à la carte options for dinner. The à la carte requires reservations, but I wasn't informed at check-in. After some hassle, I finally got to eat dinner at 8 PM. I had dinner twice; the first time was just okay, but the second time was unforgettable. So, I guess it's a bit hit or miss. I got lucky with my room, which had a direct sea view. The public pool isn't particularly large, but the beach is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs.

Cons: 1) Paid Wi-Fi (it's also dead in the lobby) 2) Everyone smokes everywhere 3) The paths to the sea are watered in the morning and afterward it's dangerous to walk on them, they are already slippery when dry (the question is, why can't they do this in the evening?) 4) The food, in general there is a lot of it, but it is tasteless ((( 5) They don't always bring water to the room (I had to talk about this at the reception. 6) Uncomfortable pillows in the room, after which my back hurts all day 7) The soundproofing of the windows is simply terrible, it's as if there is no window at all, you can hear absolutely everything! The city only quiets down around one o'clock in the morning... Overall, a solid 3-star.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff is friendly and responds promptly to all requests. However, there are a few things this hotel should consider: 1) the person who escorts you to your room and helps you carry your luggage demands an Alyonka chocolate bar when you get to your room, which I think is simply unacceptable for such a hotel! 2) there's a stage on the hotel grounds where they play loud music until late. This wouldn't be a big deal, but when you have a 9-hour time difference and want to go to bed early, it's just cruel... 3) by the third day of your stay, you start to get tired of the food... the menu should be reconsidered. 4) the sea. You have to take a bus to get there. The beach is unkempt. Although, you'd think, what's stopping them from making it as beautiful as the hotel grounds? 5) everyone smokes everywhere. Overall, there's room for improvement.

The breakfast tablecloth was left untouched by a guest eating on the table in front, leaving me to use it. I reported the poor service to the front desk, but they only gave a bland response and didn't take it seriously. For a 2,000 room rate, the service doesn't match the quality; don't pay for this place. It's a Baron Palace, but the waiters are the barons, and the Chinese guests are the targets of his arrogance. The concierge and security were excellent, but the tall, pale, and thin guy in the breakfast room, who spoke ”Hello” in Chinese, was a real letdown for the hotel's service.

The accommodation environment was pretty good, and the room was spacious and quiet. The hotel has a main buffet restaurant, but it felt like the same food was offered every day. There are also a few smaller restaurants that can be booked for free (dinner only). I recommend the Asian-themed restaurant (Soho) – it's quite suitable for Chinese palates. The hotel's private beach is a bit short, but it's enough. Now for the downsides: they really don't seem to respect Chinese people. Before checking out, it was hot and dry, and I wanted a glass of water. However, the front desk didn't give us wristbands on the day we checked in. So, the person said they needed to verify our identity, and if it wasn't correct, they would call the police. Haha, I was speechless with anger for a moment. But you have to stand up for your rights. I could skip the water, but disrespect is unacceptable! Also, the hotel is quite far from the city center, so I recommend buying all your travel essentials in advance.

We stayed in mid-February. The location is right on the beachfront, the water is clean but still cool and invigorating. The entry into the water is sandy and shallow, perfect for children. There's a great promenade along the shoreline, and you can rent an electric cart. The food is varied and has everything you need, including plenty of pastries and sweets. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but it didn't interfere with our relaxation. One pool is heated, while the other main pool has cool water, not heated. Our room was standard, but the balcony furniture needed updating, and chairs were missing, but they were brought upon request. The staff was friendly. Overall, we had a great stay!

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel, and overall I had a really good experience. The food was alright—definitely better than what I’ve had in all-inclusive hotels in Turkey or Tunisia. There was a wide variety of dishes, including lots of tasty options, cakes, tea, coffee (which was actually good), cocktails, and decent beer. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite and always willing to help—you can ask them anything and they’ll do their best. A special mention goes to Ahmed, the kitchen chef, who is an incredibly kind person. He really stood out, and I’d give an extra star just for him. The resort overall is not as busy as many other places in the area, which I really liked. It’s a smaller hotel compared to others nearby, with a simple, nice look—white buildings with brown windows, just like in the photos. It’s not a big aqua park-style resort, but honestly that was a plus for me, as I could relax without too many kids around. The beach is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. There are comfortable beds with shades/umbrellas around, so you can always find a good spot. The hotel has three swimming pools—the one next to the main restaurant is very large and usually empty, as most people stay at the smaller pool or by the beach. The sea water was a bit cold for my preference, but it’s beautifully clear and very clean. Many people really enjoy it, especially for snorkeling—there are amazing snorkeling spots right next to the resort. Rooms are cleaned every day, and you get two bottles of water per room daily, which is a nice touch. There are also plenty of activities: you can play tennis (though they only have one set of rackets), mini golf is included in the stay, and there’s a gym which is usually empty. There are snacks available by the pools and the beach, and a bar in the main restaurant. Outside the hotel, taxis are easy to find either at the lobby or on the street. Just make sure to agree on the price beforehand, or use the inDrive app—it’s usually cheaper than Uber or Careem, and you agree on the price upfront. There are a few shops nearby as well. If you need medication, it’s better to order from Self Care Pharmacy (you can find them on Facebook). For example, I ordered Antinal and rehydration salts with delivery for only 250 Egyptian pounds. They can deliver pretty much anything you need, and it’s much cheaper than buying inside the resort—definitely good to be prepared for emergencies. Overall, it’s a clean, more peaceful hotel with good service, plenty of food options, and lots to do. A great place to relax and enjoy the Red Sea.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

We stayed at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh for a few nights in June, and it was a great experience. Egypt is vast with attractions spread out, so we had early mornings and late nights every day initially, which was quite exhausting. Coming to Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh for some rest and recuperation was very relaxing. The check-in process was generally smooth. It took about 15 minutes, and while we waited in the lobby, a staff member brought us juice and a hand towel. After checking in, a staff member with printed materials gave us a detailed introduction to the facilities, restaurants, and activities. When we walked to the main entrance, another staff member helped us with our luggage and took us to our room on a shuttle cart. I prefer quiet, smoke-free environments when staying at hotels, and the hotel arranged a room for us in Building 6, which was very quiet and private. I loved the cave design! It has a primitive and rustic charm that made me feel very peaceful. Our room service was provided by Mr. Mahmoud Abd Elal throughout our stay. On our first day, shortly after we entered the room, he knocked on our door with a smile, asking about our preferences and needs. The room was always kept clean and tidy, with plenty of beverages, and we got cute towel animals every day! Mr. Mahmoud's attentiveness and thoughtfulness made our entire stay very comfortable and reassuring. All the staff members we encountered at the hotel were very friendly. No matter where we sat down, they would promptly come over to ask what we wanted to drink and clear our plates in a timely manner. I remember one chef who was quite interesting; he reminded me about not eating certain foods together, concerned that Asian stomachs might not be accustomed to them 😬. There was a small hut being renovated near the beach, and the staff would proactively stop drilling whenever we walked past, which was also very thoughtful! I met two kittens here; one was very shy and looked dusty and very thin. I hope they continue to live well there. I miss them! ❤️

There are several hotels of this type in Hurghada, with slightly different names. Don't give the wrong address when taking a taxi, the one shown on Ctrip is correct. This type of hotel is everywhere in Hurghada, and all of them include food and accommodation. The facilities of this hotel are a bit old, especially the kettle is plastic, and the water smells like plastic. Friends who want to drink tea or hot water are advised to bring their own thermos cups. Hot water is available in all restaurants. Various activities start at 10:00 every morning, which is really colorful. It is recommended to book for two days. Although the food is unlimited, it is not very delicious. You will definitely be full. Juice, wine, coffee, cheese, fruit, beef eye, shrimp, and hamburgers are all available. There is also a large water park next to the hotel, and hotel guests can play for free with a wristband (which will be given to you when checking in).

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

An excellent hotel I'd love to visit again. The staff were very friendly towards Chinese guests, unlike many hotels that show a subtle preference for European guests (not severe discrimination, but they tend to favor Europeans, which I understand due to spending habits). The hotel facilities are fantastic and fun, and the rooms are very child-friendly. The pool for younger children is heated, truly embodying the spirit of a family-friendly hotel. Playing in the water in February was a bit chilly, so bringing a wetsuit for the kids would be better. Everything is designed adorably. Don't think of this as just a kids' hotel; adults will have a great time too! All the pictured attractions are complimentary.

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.

We were here in May 2026. We stayed for 3 days. Pros: Close to the airport Rooms are tired, but clean Buffet - plenty to choose from. Sea - there's a large shallow area, and then there's a deeper spot. Overall - ok. Staff - they do a good job, but due to the number of people, they seem a bit tired. Cons: Tired rooms, AC roaring, toilet button only flushed if you ran and jumped to press it :) Lots of people, and a lot of them smoked. Loud music, and I didn't like the selection, but that's a matter of taste. It felt like a barge full of German pensioners capsized off the shore. You feel like you're in a retirement home. And while I'm glad pensioners have the opportunity to relax, for a youth vacation, you should definitely choose something else. Before this, we stayed for three days at the Grand Makadi. It's the same hotel chain, the same price, but the level of comfort is significantly different. The service is okay, but you have to choose the atmosphere according to your preferences.

We stayed in Jaz hotel for 4 days in early April in a deluxe pool-view queen room. Positives: - The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, on the touristic promenade and quite close to the airport.  - The pools are great, the hotels has in total 6 pools and even though we sometimes had difficulty finding an empty spot to sit at the main pool, we could always find a spot on the other pools where the atmosphere was equally amazing and very relaxing. - The restaurant quality is top notch, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had anywhere, with a big variety across the different days, along with a focus on egyptian food and seafood, which i appreciated. The restaurant’s head chef himself supervised the dinner serving and gave us daily recommendations. Negatives: - The staff is helpful but not as overtly friendly and willing to help as we had experienced in other hotels. Service can sometimes be quite slow. - The room furniture, even though it’s modern, looks a bit used and is not very well maintained. - The rooms are clean, but again not at the same level of cleanliness you would expect at this price level. - Internet speed is quite low (2-3 Mbps), so no streaming possible - There are daily nightly entertainment programs, however, they are not as varied or extensive as other hotels i had experienced. I got the impression that the hotel is more targeted towards older travelers who prefer the peace and quiet and don’t care about nightly activities, but it may be because of the time of the year I visited in. Overall, it was a good experience and the negatives I listed can be considered nitpicky, but honestly, at this price level, I would expect a flawless experience and I have had better experiences at this price level in Hurghada. The only clear positive for Jaz is the quality of the restaurant.

I had high expectations for Steigenberger Aqua Magic, but unfortunately my experience did not match the reputation of the hotel. The first disappointment started at check-in. I booked two rooms and sent a request in advance asking for adjacent rooms because we are one family traveling with children. The hotel is very large and consists of several buildings, so it is simply not reasonable for my children to stay in one building while I stay in another. At reception I was told that there were no rooms of the same category available in the same building. To solve the problem, I agreed to pay around €100 to upgrade the second room. However, even after paying for the upgrade, the rooms were still not next to each other. They were only on the same floor despite my repeated request. To make matters worse, I received the key to the first room after approximately 3:00 PM, while the second room was not ready until after 6:00 PM because housekeeping had not finished preparing it. Waiting several extra hours for a room after paying for an upgrade was very frustrating. Then, on the day of departure, shortly after 12:00 PM I received a call asking me to check out immediately. I found this difficult to understand. If the hotel expects guests to respect the official checkout time, then guests should also expect their rooms to be ready at the official check-in time. The standards should be the same for both sides. Another disappointing policy was the specialty restaurants. Although I booked an All-Inclusive package, I was only allowed to use one specialty restaurant because my stay was less than five nights. I do not think this is a fair policy. If a restaurant is fully booked, I completely understand, but if tables are available, all All-Inclusive guests should have the opportunity to dine there regardless of the length of their stay. Restricting access only because of the number of nights makes the All-Inclusive experience feel unnecessarily limited. I also felt there was a noticeable difference in how some guests were treated. I paid in foreign currency just like many international guests, yet I noticed that the building assigned to us was occupied mostly by Egyptian families and its overall condition was not maintained to the same standard, especially the unpleasant smell around the ground-floor bathrooms. Another incident happened at the swimming pool where my children were told that inflatable toys and floats were not allowed, and we immediately respected the rules. However, only a few minutes later we saw children of other nationalities using similar inflatables in the same pool without being stopped. This made me feel that the rules were not being applied equally to everyone. I also remember another situation at reception where a foreign guest requested to change rooms and was offered several alternatives. When I requested the same, the receptionist briefly searched and then told me that no rooms were available. Seeing another guest receive multiple options while I was told there was nothing available left me questioning why the same level of service was not offered to me. I am not saying this based on rumors; I am simply describing my own experience during my stay. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews whether its procedures and policies are being applied equally to all guests. Despite these issues, I would like to thank the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and cleaning team. They were always friendly, professional, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated us. The hotel itself has excellent facilities and great potential, but the inconsistent service at reception and the feeling that some guests receive better treatment than others had a significant impact on our holiday. I hope the management takes these comments seriously because equal treatment, fair policies, and better organization at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience for everyone.

Overall, it was great, no real flaws, right? If I had to point out something, it would be the per-person charge, even if two people share a room. But I'd recommend staying a maximum of two days, otherwise the all-inclusive hotel buffet will get boring. - The hotel's main restaurant has a stylish, natural, and simple decor, and lots of birds come to eat scraps. - The hotel's private beach is beautiful, but the sea nearby isn't particularly clear or light blue. - The service was exceptionally good. Even when sitting in the lobby restaurant without drinks, someone would proactively ask what you'd like and offer you a drink. There was no overcharging for tips. After checkout, they didn't take back your wristband, so you could continue sitting in the lobby waiting for your flight, and someone would still come to ask what you'd like to drink. Going to eat after checkout should be fine too, but we didn't. Overall, the service and environment are probably the best in Hurghada, as long as it's relatively new.

But I'd recommend staying a maximum of two days, otherwise the all-inclusive hotel buffet will get boring. - The hotel's main restaurant has a stylish, natural, and simple decor, and lots of birds come to eat scraps. - The hotel's private beach is beautiful, but the sea nearby isn't particularly clear or light blue. - The service was exceptionally good. Even when sitting in the lobby restaurant without drinks, someone would proactively ask what you'd like and offer you a drink. There was no overcharging for tips. After checkout, they didn't take back your wristband, so you could continue sitting in the lobby waiting for your flight, and someone would still come to ask what you'd like to drink. Going to eat after checkout should be fine too, but we didn't. Overall, the service and environment are probably the best in Hurghada, as long as it's relatively new.

Great value for money! There are plenty of restaurant options, and breakfast was better than lunch – I certainly ate my fill. However, I didn't get a single hot shower during my three-day stay; the water was always lukewarm. The in-room phone wasn't working, and when I called the front desk from my mobile to report it, they didn't offer any solutions. Looking at other reviews, cold water seems to be a common issue. I was in a hurry to check out, but they insisted on a 10-minute room inspection. After the inspection, the front desk didn't bother to inform me, and their attitude was generally unhelpful.

We reserved sea view and it was fabulous , they have very helpful stuff , the quality of the good was not that much as I expected. Also the private pool is two minutes walk from the hotel . For the beach, it’s good but not attached to the hotel as I thought, it 10 minutes per car and they provide transportation for free
