The environment is stunning; the view from the lobby is like a living painting. The service was fantastic; the front desk gave us room 666, which was great. The Egyptian staff are so welcoming and even allowed us a two-hour late check-out. When the hotel was busy, the manager personally drove out to pick us up, which was a lovely surprise! We were very happy and will definitely stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you, everyone here is so friendly.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's not far from the airport, and there's a street selling souvenirs across the street. As soon as we entered, a staff member spoke fluent Chinese and introduced us to the hotel. We even added each other on WeChat to stay in touch. Other staff members also greeted us in Chinese. Before leaving, I compared reviews of different hotels and found many complaints about the food, so I didn't have high expectations. But it was surprisingly delicious! 😂 We ate a ton of food as soon as we arrived, and drinks and alcohol were unlimited. The only downside is that there were very few Chinese tourists; it's almost entirely a white resort. Any problems were responded to and resolved promptly. Highly recommended!

I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very close to the port and the mosque, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

We booked a standard room and were given a family kids room. We had to complain twice to get a new room, and even then it wasn’t the standard room we ordered. Staff wasn’t exceptional overall.

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. If you are the kind of person who likes to play in the hotel, it is still very comfortable to live in this kind of all-inclusive resort. We didn’t play the other rides much, because our friends thought it was too far away from their dive shop, so we moved to the old hotel on the street after staying for two nights🙄

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

The resort is overall very clean with plenty of activities, the beach is clean and they have a wonderful animation team. The choice of food is also excellent and at any time of day you always have some food or snacks, which is a very good thing if you wake up very early or arrive very late from some excursion. The room I got has one bed and a balcony, overall a very nice room. If you travel solo, it is a bit far from the main attractions and there is not too much traffic and a large selection of restaurants, shops, and other things nearby, but for couples and families who want to relax it is a very nice place.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff is friendly and responds promptly to all requests. However, there are a few things this hotel should consider: 1) the person who escorts you to your room and helps you carry your luggage demands an Alyonka chocolate bar when you get to your room, which I think is simply unacceptable for such a hotel! 2) there's a stage on the hotel grounds where they play loud music until late. This wouldn't be a big deal, but when you have a 9-hour time difference and want to go to bed early, it's just cruel... 3) by the third day of your stay, you start to get tired of the food... the menu should be reconsidered. 4) the sea. You have to take a bus to get there. The beach is unkempt. Although, you'd think, what's stopping them from making it as beautiful as the hotel grounds? 5) everyone smokes everywhere. Overall, there's room for improvement.

Don't expect much from the room amenities; they're comparable to older Marriott hotels in China. The public areas are beautiful, but the service is mediocre. The breakfast tablecloth was left untouched by a guest eating on the table in front, leaving me to use it. I reported the poor service to the front desk, but they only gave a bland response and didn't take it seriously. For a 2,000 room rate, the service doesn't match the quality; don't pay for this place. It's a Baron Palace, but the waiters are the barons, and the Chinese guests are the targets of his arrogance. The concierge and security were excellent, but the tall, pale, and thin guy in the breakfast room, who spoke ”Hello” in Chinese, was a real letdown for the hotel's service.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the resort. The facilities, atmosphere, and most of the staff were excellent and contributed to a pleasant vacation. However, a serious incident significantly impacted our experience. We were confronted by an intoxicated guest who behaved in a rude and threatening manner, making us feel unsafe. We chose not to engage and immediately reported the situation to staff, requesting security assistance. We were disappointed with the response. Instead of promptly addressing the individual, we were advised to move to another area to avoid him, and no visible action was taken at the time. This left us feeling unprotected and concerned that the situation was not handled with appropriate urgency. We would expect resort management and security to respond more effectively in such cases, including immediate intervention, de-escalation, separation of the disruptive guest, and clear communication to reassure affected guests. Guest safety should always be the top priority. As dual citizens of the United States and Egypt, we expected a higher standard of safety and guest protection. While the rest of our stay was enjoyable, this incident highlights an important area for improvement in staff training and emergency response procedures.

We stayed in mid-February. The location is right on the beachfront, the water is clean but still cool and invigorating. The entry into the water is sandy and shallow, perfect for children. There's a great promenade along the shoreline, and you can rent an electric cart. The food is varied and has everything you need, including plenty of pastries and sweets. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but it didn't interfere with our relaxation. One pool is heated, while the other main pool has cool water, not heated. Our room was standard, but the balcony furniture needed updating, and chairs were missing, but they were brought upon request. The staff was friendly. Overall, we had a great stay!

Environment: The hotel isn't large; you can easily walk around on your own. Overall, it's very beautiful and a great place to relax. However, the area where the beach connects to the Red Sea isn't clean, and you can't swim directly from the beach. There are designated snorkeling spots, which is convenient. Service: This is the part I want to comment on most. The staff is polarized: some are very attentive, checking if we've eaten enough, while others are careless and even brought the wrong soup. The contrast is stark. Our initial room wasn't by the sea, and I wanted to change, but was refused. I suggested checking again the next day, but the front desk never followed up. However, we felt the privacy of being away from the sea was better, so we kept it. The beach staff were the most attentive to service, generally better than the restaurant staff. The hotel's location isn't in the city center, so there might be a charge for pick-up services for island hopping activities. It's perfect for relaxing at the hotel without leaving, as it's not crowded. Ordering food is better than the buffet!! Don't worry too much about the difference in service. There's a clay court court where you can play a couple of games! Bring some snacks, and you'll comfortably spend the day relaxing.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel, and overall I had a really good experience. The food was alright—definitely better than what I’ve had in all-inclusive hotels in Turkey or Tunisia. There was a wide variety of dishes, including lots of tasty options, cakes, tea, coffee (which was actually good), cocktails, and decent beer. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite and always willing to help—you can ask them anything and they’ll do their best. A special mention goes to Ahmed, the kitchen chef, who is an incredibly kind person. He really stood out, and I’d give an extra star just for him. The resort overall is not as busy as many other places in the area, which I really liked. It’s a smaller hotel compared to others nearby, with a simple, nice look—white buildings with brown windows, just like in the photos. It’s not a big aqua park-style resort, but honestly that was a plus for me, as I could relax without too many kids around. The beach is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. There are comfortable beds with shades/umbrellas around, so you can always find a good spot. The hotel has three swimming pools—the one next to the main restaurant is very large and usually empty, as most people stay at the smaller pool or by the beach. The sea water was a bit cold for my preference, but it’s beautifully clear and very clean. Many people really enjoy it, especially for snorkeling—there are amazing snorkeling spots right next to the resort. Rooms are cleaned every day, and you get two bottles of water per room daily, which is a nice touch. There are also plenty of activities: you can play tennis (though they only have one set of rackets), mini golf is included in the stay, and there’s a gym which is usually empty. There are snacks available by the pools and the beach, and a bar in the main restaurant. Outside the hotel, taxis are easy to find either at the lobby or on the street. Just make sure to agree on the price beforehand, or use the inDrive app—it’s usually cheaper than Uber or Careem, and you agree on the price upfront. There are a few shops nearby as well. If you need medication, it’s better to order from Self Care Pharmacy (you can find them on Facebook). For example, I ordered Antinal and rehydration salts with delivery for only 250 Egyptian pounds. They can deliver pretty much anything you need, and it’s much cheaper than buying inside the resort—definitely good to be prepared for emergencies. Overall, it’s a clean, more peaceful hotel with good service, plenty of food options, and lots to do. A great place to relax and enjoy the Red Sea.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Stuff was not focused with foreingers. Also, in my case, there was no napkins and bread on our table, it's small mistake, but anyway it's about focusing about all visitors.There was no even something decorated with flowers or electric candle on tables. Atmosphere was extremely heavy. It will be good to fix it for future reservations :) 2. Breakfast to room would be better to make more flexible with adding some preferences, what people would like to see in food.

It was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”. I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland. He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned. Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy. Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

Highly recommend especially if you are a family with young kids. We went as a group of friends and still enjoyed it, the water park has slides suitable for adult fun and also kids with a special area for kids only. The only negative is that the beach is a bit of q walk away, however there are consistent shuttle buses. The reception team and manager are very polite and helpful, the life guards and water slide guards are all very nice and are there for your safety and happiness. The food was amazing, there is also food all afternoon by the pool. Pools are big and there are more than one with an all adult only pool for pure relaxation. Very safe resort just keep your belongings near to you. I want to give the biggest thanks to the animation team, they are the ones who made this holiday, from day time entertainment to evening shows and night outs, they truly look after you from their hearts wanting you to have a great time in Egypt. Big thanks to Moose, Kariam, Omar and David. I very highly recommend this resort.

Very satisfactory hotel, the service is timely and in place. I was not very satisfied with the location of the sea view room I booked, so after some communication, I upgraded to a pool room. The beach is beautiful with its own beach and two public swimming pools. Mostar, the butler, was enthusiastic and attentive. He took us to watch the sunset on the second afternoon of our stay. The hotel also prepared wine, drinks and snacks. There was a free aperitif with live music on Monday night. The breakfast and dinner were rich. The oil massage was great, the masseuse was Thai. Super high value for money, worth coming again!

Choosing the Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay was hands down the best decision I made on this trip. The first and last parts of my Egyptian journey were quite exhausting, so these two days spent relaxing by the Red Sea were a much-needed and rare treat. The hotel's architecture is a stunning North African Moorish-Arabic style, with beige domes complemented by intricate carved wooden window screens, and every door is a gorgeous Tiffany baby blue – it's absolutely beautiful. I opted for a four-day, three-night all-inclusive package, which covered six meals, with breakfast and dinner each day. We arrived in Hurghada from Cairo at 8:50 PM on the first day, and by the time we reached the Soma Bay hotel, it was nearly midnight. Seeing that we were a bit tired, a bar staff member kindly offered us a small, delicious drink each. The hotel also provided dinner, delivered straight to our room, showcasing their incredible service. There was even a welcome amenity in the room, which really boosted our spirits. With its stunning private beach views and a surprisingly good buffet, I'd honestly give this hotel 120 points – it truly captured my heart. Personally, I found the hotel's night view even more captivating than during the day; the evening lights create a different kind of romance. The Kempinski Soma Bay easily ranks among my top three five-star hotels. The fact that they have hotel guides in Chinese is a fantastic bonus. Furthermore, I want to specifically commend the staff's integrity. We left a tip, but the staff didn't take it. When the room was being cleaned, all my belongings, including my wallet, were in the room, and my luggage wasn't locked, yet nothing was missing.

Hotel was absolutely unbelievable!! The hotel was absolutely stunning! Lovely, exceptionally clean, modern, beautiful scenery! All of the bar and waiting staff were 5* with their service! Always smiling and going above and beyond with their service!!! All day and all night 100000%/10!!!! Our cleaner was amazing we were room 2110! Always did something new with our room and always was lovely and always was welcoming and bubbly!! The food was really good! I have to say one of the best all Inclusive hotels I’ve eaten in! I’ve worked in these hotels and it was waaay better !!! We are in the Chinese restaurant! All I have to say is WOW! The service, to the table, the waiters, the manager, the food!! Absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond for my Birthday to make it super special! Will definitely be returning to this hotel 😍🤩

The hotel was excellent. The reception staff and the restaurant team were very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was delicious, varied, and very clean. Our room had direct access to a private pool, which was amazing and offered great privacy. The sea was absolutely stunning. The snorkeling experience was incredible, with beautiful coral reefs and plenty of colorful fish. The only point that could be improved is the evening entertainment, which needs more attention.

Okay...so, the lift was under service for 2 days, and The Baladis' will annoy light sleepers. Busy Roads adjacent. I love it here, And am back in March.Cant Wait to see all my Friends Again. First of all I have to make a special review about a guy in reception his name akram he is real employee representative for his hotel and even his country professional knows how to do his job.... hotel room has some problems like ac controller it's was freezing you can't control any thing .... beach is amazing needs 3 minutes walking but sand is perfect and clean water so clean and amazing .... but no food on beach for our hotel it's disappointing.... breakfast typically the same every day but good dinner 50 % but it's ok overall we enjoyed a lot

We’ve been to Egypt a lot of times. First time we are staying Sahl hasheesh - ZEN Resort. Very good hotel, spacious room, we had a good balcony with beautiful sea view. Everyone in the resort is very helpful,especially Mohammed Riad - front office manager, he helped us to rent a golf cart and was always there to support us when needed. Definitely recommend this place!a

Our stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic in Hurghada was absolutely fantastic! The overall environment is beautiful, with lush greenery, numerous pools, and relaxing areas everywhere, creating a wonderful vacation vibe. The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The bedding was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Housekeeping was prompt every day, and the attention to detail was excellent. The dining experience was also a big plus. The buffet offered a wide variety of choices that changed daily, and the food tasted great, catering to different preferences. The hotel's water park is definitely a highlight, with plenty of facilities perfect for families with kids or friends looking to have fun. The private beach is another gem, with fine sand and beautiful clear water, making for great photo opportunities. Overall, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel very comfortable. All in all, this is a highly recommended resort hotel with great value for money, perfect for relaxation and leisure. The front desk can also help book tickets for activities like dolphin watching and parasailing, with pick-up and drop-off service. It's only slightly more expensive than booking directly, but the convenience is a huge plus. There's a night market right outside in the evening, and the nearby seafood and barbecue restaurants are delicious, offering a variety of local specialties. It's absolutely perfect! One more thing: if you're going to the Cairo Pyramids, definitely avoid the hotel with the best views of the pyramids! Remember that!!!

An absolutely wonderful stay with exceptional service! The hotel is beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and the service is truly outstanding. I arrived early in the morning around 8:00 AM, and even though standard check-in wasn't until 12:00 PM, the staff was kind enough to let me enjoy breakfast first. On my departure day, I checked out at noon but had a late flight at 6:00 PM. The hotel generously allowed me to keep my beach towel card and continue using all the facilities, including the pool and the beach, until I had to leave. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality! 超级享受的一天，全包酒店，服务非常好。我非常享受
