          Our flight was delayed and we missed the final check-in time, so we had to check in late. However, we were lost in front of the hotel, not knowing how to do anything, so a female hotel staff member helped us out. We are very grateful that she called out to us and helped us out even though she had just finished work. 😭 She was very kind to us, despite our poor English, and we met again at the reception the next day, but we weren't able to thank her properly or ask her name, so we're writing this here! Thank you so much 🥹
