There was one employee working at the front desk and handling the breakfast for the whole weekend. She was very overworked and hand a hard time juggling everything. Some guests got upset and were yelling at her on Saturday opening about breakfast. She did a good job in my eyes but I am rating low because the hotel management needs to fix that.
