The hotel is well located about 2 kms from the main attraction mahabodhi temple. We had booked deluxe premium room which was extremely good, well maintained and clean. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel had arranged for tuk tuk to visit mahabodhi temple and other local temples at rs350/ and we had good tour of all the local temples. The hotel also arranged for cab (rs2500)to visit vishnupada temple and magagowri temple and other places and we had a pleasant trip. Breakfast spread was good. I stayed there from 8th April to 11th April'25 with my 2 elder sisters.It's location is near to Gaya railway station,only 3-4 minutes walking distance.As far as their services were concerned--some of the reception staffs behaviour were very polite and some were not so.The same were also true for the restaurant staffs also.Food quality was good.Room cleaning staffs behaviour was not good.But the reception staffs arranged one gentle panda with reasonable rate for thePINDADAN rituals without any harrasment.They also arranged us good quality cars with well behaved drivers at a reasonable rate for local sight seeing.As a whole I could mark them 3'5 out of 5.FromSEK 165

I went to gaya for pindadaan of my parents in january when the temperature was dropping down to 7 deg c. So i was searching for a decent hotel with nominal charges located near bharat sevashram sangha. Hotel city surya is conveniently located but still in a nice and quiet place away from the main traffic. The deluxe room was specious with wardrobe, single sofa, centre table, side table, electric kettle, clean bathroom with complimentary soap and shampoo. Amazingly liquid handwash at the wash basin which i have never found in any hotel in any place. Mosquito repellent oil machine, tv and excellent room service. Only they requested to let them know when the geyser connection is needed to avoid misuse. The ao smith geyser worked perfectly.SOLD OUT

Then after a while, he sent someone to bring a pair of pliers to me. I was speechless. It is very expensive to hire a taxi from the hotel to the train station, 1700rs+. The most important thing is that the hotel is just 250 mtr away from railway station. no need to book any taxi or auto from station. Hotel room need to be cleaned. the pillow, the bed were bit dirty and damaged. Hotel staffs are very polite and supportive. In house restaurant is not there. Good location, the property is near to the airport about 30 min drive and 30 min to Gaya. Food was excellent! The chef also prepared our requested customized dishes ! Very friendly staff, new hotel with clean and good facilities as you would expect from Hayat group. What could be improved is the no of staff and their training. Front desk at times was managed by only 1 person and long queues could be seen. There was no staff both at Lounge and Gym.FromSEK 643

Stay was pretty good, the security guard at the main door showed me to my room and was very friendly, the exhaust in my bathroom let in a lot of mosquitos which i was not prepared for on the first night, so that was terrible, so if anyine goes make sure to close the bathroom. There was a lot of stagnant water due to construction near the property so its a high risk for diseases if you get bit by them. Other than that the stay was comfortable and staff was goodFromSEK 255
