Xinjiekou Area/Presidential Palace Nanjing|0.39km from city center
This is an old-school five-star hotel, located opposite Deji Plaza in Xinjiekou. It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, shopping, and transportation. I booked a Panorama Twin Room, which had a small balcony facing the inner courtyard and offered a lovely view of the dome. The small table and sofa on the balcony made for a very pleasant setup. It's a shame, though, that we had to keep the curtains drawn all the time for privacy. The staff were very friendly, and our room requests were handled quickly. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under renovation, which is a significant amenity for a four or five-star hotel, and this information wasn't updated on Ctrip. The room had USB charging ports, and the bathroom featured a separate toilet, shower, and vanity area.

The hotel called me a day in advance to ask about my room preferences. Upon arrival, I was even upgraded to a higher floor. The room was clean, hygienic, and well-arranged, with separate spaces for the washroom and toilet. The entire room was odor-free, and the view was expansive, directly facing the Xinjiekou commercial area, including Xinbai and Golden Eagle. It was excellent! The room was warm and cozy, and they even provided complimentary fruit. The Asia Pacific building and Jinling building are interconnected but are two separate buildings. The Asia Pacific building is a new, modern-style building, which is really nice! My stay was great! Very satisfied!

Xinjiekou Area/Presidential Palace Nanjing|0.98km from city center
The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to transportation. It's surrounded by attractions, making it incredibly easy to stroll along the Pearl River and admire the night views or explore historical and cultural districts. The overall service efficiency is consistently top-notch and responsive, which is very reassuring. Stepping into the lobby, the expansive space and high ceilings immediately create a sense of openness. The decor is exquisitely vintage, with cultural and artistic elements integrated into the details, making it feel like a small art gallery. The check-in process was professional and efficient; the front desk staff had warm smiles and were highly proficient, completing all procedures in just a few minutes. This professionalism and efficiency truly set a wonderful start to the trip. What first captured me was the bright window—whether overlooking the city's pulse or gazing at the flowing Pearl River, the view is superb. The room design perfectly blends elegant vintage with modern comfort, adorned with artistic touches, making the overall aesthetic both beautiful and refined. Most importantly, it maintained impeccable cleanliness everywhere. The bedding was soft against the skin and provided just the right amount of support, quickly melting away the day's fatigue. The lighting system was particularly user-friendly, with multiple modes adjustable to create either a cozy or bright ambiance. The room environment was tranquil, and the facilities were of high quality; staying here was a complete relaxation. The gym is well-equipped and faces a scenic view, making workouts enjoyable. The heated swimming pool has crystal-clear water, and a few laps left me feeling refreshed. What's more, cute service robots zipped around, delivering items quickly—full of technology and fun, loved by both children and adults. The dining experience was another major highlight. Breakfast offered a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western options, all delicious, especially the authentic local specialties. The Chinese restaurant was equally surprising, with a diverse menu featuring classic Cantonese dishes and innovative creations. The flavors were pure, and the service was attentive.

This well-established five-star hotel in Nanjing left a great impression. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and even upgraded my room. My room offered expansive views, was meticulously detailed, and fully equipped. The bathroom was well-appointed with a direct drinking water tap, a bathtub, and thoughtfully included disposable bath liners and bath salts – a really nice touch. The toothbrushes came with protective covers, ensuring hygiene, and the provision of dental floss and mouthwash was incredibly considerate. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. While the room wasn't huge, its clever design maximized the space, making it feel open and visually appealing. On the fourth floor, there's a unique sky garden and a well-equipped gym, complete with a surf machine – impressive! Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The dining options were also a big plus!

Xinjiekou Area/Presidential Palace Nanjing|0.58km from city center
I booked a two-night coupon package. I managed to book for Friday but couldn't get a room for Saturday, which was pretty awkward. I asked the front desk to help, but they just said, 'There's nothing we can do,' and that was that. Funnily enough, there were still rooms available on Trip.com for Saturday night, so I had to make a separate booking through them. I called the front desk twice, and both staff members assured me that if I split the stay, I could get a refund for the remaining night. But when I checked the rules, it clearly stated no refunds! Seriously, if you don't know the rules, just say so; don't give out false information. The hotel facilities and decor are quite old, but the central location is a plus. On the first night, I stayed in a twin room. For the second night, there were no twin rooms left, so I got a king-sized bed. They said it was an upgrade to a deluxe king room, but the room phone didn't work, and there wasn't another phone anywhere in the room. I had to call the front desk using the hotel's number on Trip.com. Why? Because I needed an extra blanket. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, and the vermicelli in the duck blood vermicelli soup was quite bad.

I have to rave about my stay here – Alice, our butler, provided absolutely top-notch service! She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout, and even proactively upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise during our trip. Whenever we encountered a minor issue during our stay, she was always quick to respond and resolved it perfectly, showing great professionalism and warmth. The room facilities were complete and well-maintained, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the amenities felt high-quality. What truly amazed me was the high-altitude view; the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain. By day, it was a stunning landscape of mountains and water, and by night, the city lights twinkled beautifully. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient. Both the soft and hard facilities are exceptional. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Nanjing, and I'll be back again!

The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. They even thoughtfully provided complimentary bottled water and fresh fruit. The front desk staff were excellent, with the 'Golden Key' emblem on their shoulders, indicating their high level of service. The concierge was also super enthusiastic, giving us great recommendations for local eats and attractions. There wasn't a single thing to complain about during our entire stay. The advantage is that there are few people. The temperature was very high this weekend, and the air conditioning in the room did not work for cooling and ventilation. The room was very stuffy at night, and the air did not circulate even when the doors and windows were opened. I couldn't get through to the front desk at around 8pm, and finally got through at almost 10pm. The staff sent a dusty floor fan, but it was still stuffy and I couldn't sleep. I fell asleep at around 2am. It was a really satisfying stay...

The location is good. It is opposite the main hospital, which is very convenient to go to the hospital. It is also close to the scenic spots. From the lobby to the room, the entire decoration reflects the unique characteristics of the Republic of China, which is good. The service is very good. There are responsible security guards at the door to direct the vehicle to park and cover it with a sunshade. Parking is also free. The lobby staff are enthusiastic and professional. They greet you warmly when you enter and exit. The consulting travel guides and tea and treasure boxes provided are very good. There are also free laundry rooms and gyms, which are very practical. The room is clean, bright and tidy. Every staff member is very enthusiastic and considerate in details. Xiao Xue at the front desk is very enthusiastic and patiently introduces the scenic spots and food. The free wheelchairs provided by the hotel are also super heartwarming. Room Room came with a beautiful view and the rooms here were above level 37. Downside was the air conditioner was centralized and no way to adjust the temperature. Our room was very warm and stuffy in a cold winter night. After speaking to the front desk, they offered a change of room, which was definitely way better than the first room. Location 20 mins car ride from Nanjing south station. A huge mall with many offerings, including an indoor playground for kids, could be reached within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast Great international spread with the usual stations - egg, salad, noodle, pastry, fruits, etc. Service Concierge at level one was very helpful! Proactive is offering assistance. Pool Temperature was alright during the winter. Although the water looks clean, our daughter had a stye on the eye after a swim.

I've always wanted to visit Nanjing, and with the kids off school for summer, I decided to bring them here for a trip. After careful selection, I chose this hotel with its Zen-inspired decor. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Metro Lines 1 and 2, making it incredibly convenient to reach Nanjing's main attractions. The rooms are clean and spotless, and even feature automatic bidet toilets. The staff are all very warm and welcoming. We connected with customer service via WeChat, and I was truly impressed by how patiently and promptly they responded to any questions or issues during our stay. The children thoroughly enjoyed their time here, from the food to the accommodation. Next time I bring my parents to Nanjing, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Hexi/Golden Eagle World/Wanda Plaza Nanjing|2.37km from city center
The hotel is great for the price. Good location across from a park with a lake. Beds were comfortable, and clean. The room was cleaned daily. Bottled water provided. The towels were soft and absorbent. The buffet breakfast, at 30 RMB was good. Coffee! A good selection of choices. You can fry your own eggs. Steamed buns and fried noodles. A good choice. Friendly staff. A convenience store right off the lobby. One peculiarity: The toilet was immediately behind the door, which always hit it when entering. The shower is small, and the water escapes to soak the bathroom floor... But towels provided. Toiletries provided are good.

We came for a weekend with our dogs (golden and Labrador) and it has been a wonderful weekend. The facilities of the hotel are amazing. There is a light and music show at night which is very nice. And they have a small farm, with different types of animals, to enjoy with the kids. Really recommendable! We will surely come back!
