Our villa is only steps away from the sparkling emerald sea. It is located in a private Cul De Sac with 8 villas.The beach in front of the villa is white and sandy, with relatively calm waters protected by Stocking Island. Good food and bars are just next door at the new Exuma Beach Resort and Augusta Bay. Only a 5 min walk to Jolly Hall Beach ( one of the best beaches on Great Exuma as well as the popular local Fish Fry where you will find the best BBQ ribs, fresh grilled fish and conch salad. Newly remodelled one bedroom villa for a couple or couple with 2 children below 12 years. Brand new modern kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoy the airy living room with LCD TV, high speed WIFI, our fully equipped kitchen with microwave and oven or enjoy free use of our kayaks. The property is cleverly separated into 2 buildings which are about 10 metres apart. Building A has 4 bedrooms and building B houses the club area for recreation, kitchen and laundry. Because of the strategic separation the late risers will not be disturbed by those who wish for an early start and at night the party people will not have to feel guilty of disturbing those who need all the rest possible. Building A is 2 levels. Each level has 2 well appointed bedrooms. Each room has an a/c unit with ceiling fans. (Standing fans are available on request). Each room contains a queen as well as a double bed. The bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and double faucets.Building B. The club house has a large recreational space with a powder room attached. The kitchen is large with stove and oven, along with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and utensils. The laundry has a commercial sized washer and dryer.
